Description of Work: Bought the garage door tune up deal. Though they didn't contact me to set up appointment, they were very informative, punctual and professional. I actually called them to make the appointment. They did say we needed a stronger door but with a little work on it, it works fine for now. Will call them if needed in the future.

Description of Work: I had taken the Angie's List special for a garage tune-up for $89 but once the service rep started to show me the other repairs needed I ended up getting a new system. Mind, you this may have sounded like bait and switch ploy but because my neighbor had the same issue and didn't fix it, their garage door collapsed requiring them to replace the 2 car garage door. So I wasn't surprised that it could happen to me. The rep was professional and I think he was honest with his quote. It was more then I budgeted for but the alternative if I didn't do it would have cost me double or more. I am satisfied.

Description of Work: Serviced two garage doors. One door was very difficult to open and lock. The tech readjusted a cable which was off its track and readjusted the opening mechanism and it opens like it was new.

Description of Work: The technician, Jeff, arrived at the scheduled time. He checked the garage door, which had been installed by the previous owner had installed many years ago. Jeff informed me that some parts were getting old and needed replacement sometime soon. Jeff explained all the parts he would replace (rollers, drums, plates, cables, etc.)and I decided to do the job right then and there. The job came with a lifetime limited warranty. The Angie's List coupon of $75.00 was applied to the invoice. I am happy with my well rolling garage door.
