Description of Work: They made minor replaces as advertised. More interested in selling me a new system than fixing the old one. This is a system from 1992 so it might be too hard to repair and the right answer might be to replace it.

Description of Work: The gentleman that showed up was courteous,punctual, and professional. The company was very responsive to my request for service. However, I paid $50 for a can of grease. The only "service" provided was the lubing of the door rollers. Beyond that, the technician was only here to up-sell items that were not necessary (new spring, heavy-duty guide rail, and etc.). I could have greased door rollers myself for about $5 and saved 20 min. of my time on a sales pitch. I may be partially to blame for the misunderstanding but I assumed that a "tune-up" would mean a bit more service and less sales. I will not use their service again.
