Precision Garage Door

The technician was prompt, very professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the garage door opener that I had. The moment he arrived, he immediately inspected the garage door, opener, and rail system. He corrected some discrepancies, and recommended that I lubricated the rollers/hinges every six months. Otherwise, the garage door and opener was operating in good condition.

Within 5 minutes of purchasing the Big Deal on Angie's List, I received a phone call to schedule the tune-up...the very next day. Approximately 30 minutes prior to the appointment time, I received another phone call to let me know that they were on their way. The technicians were pleasant and professional. They were able to witness the door acting out and performed the tune-up. Since their visit, the door has malfunctioned a couple of times, indicating that I probably still have some sort of an issue, but it definitely sounds better than it had in the weeks leading up to their visit. If this keeps occurring, I'll definitely contact them to see if they can come back out to evaluate/repair.

They did a good job. I just was not sure if I need to replace my garage door at the time. I was asking them to do garage door fine tuning but end up to replace the door.

Great service!! I bought this service in December and wasn't contacted by the company. I had to call them and they were very apologetic and said that they weren't notified by Angielist of the purchase. They had someone out within 2 days of the phone call. The Technician came out and replaced rollers on our garage door and re-enforced the track. He was very professional and gave us advice on preventing the spread of rust that we have on a small section at the bottom of our garage door. We also needed garage door openers which he had on hand and programed for us. I've already recommended them to a neighbor.

There was a minor problem with communication because they used the number I called from and not the one I gave as a best to contact me on but it did not have any impact on the service call. Justin came out promptly and got right to work. He was very thorough and took time to answer every question I had. He did a great job and I added some services to the job which he took care of very quickly as well. I was very pleased with how attentive he was to help educate me on things most of us probably don't think about with garage doors until they don't work and some periodic maintenance I could do to help prolong the life of the door and mechanism. I would absolutely recommend this company and will very likely have them back to do a little more work that was not desperately needed but should be done soon.
