Good people, friendly, fast. Did a good job. Highly recommend them.

They provided great service and they were on time. We did have one problem and they came out and took care of it. There was something that they had to come back out and fix. It is quiet as it supposed to be. They came right out and said that they found a bolt had popped out on our garage door. We were wondering where it came from. They cleaned up the mess. They came within minutes of when we called to fix the problem and we haven’t had a problem since. I would use them again.

They came out with in a couple of days of my calling. They were prompt, courteous and did the work that I requested. You know the work that I got the big deal coupon for. The garage door is that much more quiet now. I would use them again.

Excellent service. Technician explained all the steps he was going to do. Found where original installation was wrong and fixed issues. Very knowledgeable and made sure we understood what we needed to look for any future issues because it was such an old door and motor.

The garage door we bought from Precision Door Service was wonderful and the installation was quick. We had one problem with it and they immediately responded the same day to repair the problem. They were very professional.

Let me start off by saying that every company should run business like Precision Door Services. They were absolutely amazing! My garage door broke at 8pm on a Wednesday night. I immediately called Precision and explained the situation. They were very polite and nice over the phone and told me that they would have someone out within an hour. It turns out that they do NOT charge you an additional fee if services are rendered afterhours. They charge the same service fee at all hours! Twenty minutes after I placed the service call, the repair man (Rob) was knocking on my door! He was able to identify the problem within minutes and effectively fixed the garage door in a timely manner. He went above and beyond his service requirements stating that "his name was on the service call and that above all things he wanted the job done right." Not only did he replace the cables, axels,and the bar for the garage door, he also replaced a 2X4 that was rotting that was being used to hold up the mechanism that controls the garage door. He stayed for 4 hours fixing the garage door and went above and beyond his call of duty. In the future, I will ONLY use Precision Door Services.

I was able to arrange service easily and promptly by a very courteous office manager. The service was performed by Rob who is exceptional in his knowledge of garage door systems and the potential service issues that might arise. He performed a maintenance service, disassemble the motor housing and inspected everything very thoroughly. He lubricated the door hinges and installed a terrific external access keypad. Super friendly and professional service. I've got their business card and will certainly call them for all my garage door needs. Terrific Outfit!!

The technician was very knowledgable about the specifics of the spring tensions and door cycles. The quality of the parts were a lot better than the original parts. The best part is that I get a lifetime warrantee on the door.

They were good. I got a deal from Angieslist for $149. They were going to charge me again on that, but then they said that they wouldn’t because I got the whole thing replaced. I just thought about that after I dealt with them. I don’t have anything to compare the price with; the price seemed okay. Their quality of work was great and I haven’t had any problems at all. Their responsiveness was very good; next day service.

There was their offer on Angie's List to rework our garage doors. They improved the operation of the doors and cut the noise down too.

Our overall experience was awesome--again we have a system that we trust, a company that backs it up, and a technician that was up front from the beginning on our options. Garth did what we decided to do given our options--professionally and exactly spot on!

Came a few minutes early and were quick, professional, and polite. Very thorough explanation of how to operate the doors and the maintenance required. Cleaned up after themselves and hauled away all the trash and old doors and tracks. Great experience and would recommend them highly!

I was very pleased with their work.

I recently replaced a 15 year old gargage door opener. The door was also a little tight opening/closing and needed some service. Precision Door popped up on Angies List Big Deal for $89 reconditioning package. Angies List reviews appeard to be quite favorable for this company, so I bought the package. Rob, the service tech showed up on time and immediately launched a sales pitch for a new door, explaining about a a dozen problems with my door. I was dumbfounded since it's a really nice door. I was pretty sure it was a scam when he said 'I'm not a salesman' but returned with a detailed quote estimate for a door replacement. He also did not want to service the door, stating that it would not solve my many problems (none of which were apparent to me or that I agreed with, by the way). I wonder if this is because Angies List assigns a low weight to reviews for which service is not completed? Nevertheless, since Precision Door came to perform service and part of that service is evaluating the problem, I consider in this case that at least some work was performed. After he left, I contacted Angies List and they returned my prepaid $89. Another company came out a couple days later and adjusted my springs, lubed the door, adjusted the drums and rails etc. The technician spent close to an hour out here for $65. He commented on what a nice door I have, and it's now running great. Before he left I asked him what he knew about Precision Door? He listed 3 or 4 other companies that he thought were legit and did good work, but said to stay away from Precision Door. I told him about my experience and that it appears to me that they run a scam and their techs are trained to do it. He had heard the same.

The technician was punctual, professional and very informative!!! The coupon was a good value and the price for the door gasket was reasonable. The door looks and sounds better.

It was great. I bought the coupon on Angie's list for the inspection, called and scheduled for an appointment. On the day of the appointment, Brian called about 15 minutes before coming (well within the appointment window) to let me know he was on his way. He was extremely thorough when he came -- inspected the entire garage door and all the parts of the opening mechanism. Not only did he fix my problem that I called him out there for, but he also fixed some other things that I didn't even know were an issue. And everything was covered by the coupon I had bought! I would DEFINITELY recommend them and will be using them again when it's time to get a new garage door.

Overall experience ended up being very positive

They were very good. The gentleman who came was very nice and was on time. It was just a service call to check what was needed and he actually fixed the door which the people who installed it in 1993 never did right. I liked everything and I really didn’t dislike anything. Like I said they fixed something the original installer of the door, didn’t even get right the first time.

The experience was great! Garth came over was quick, to the point and gave me the estimate. He explained the system that he recommended and why and how it would be different from what I have now. Garth installed the equipment himself and did a great job! Overall I am extremely pleased with their service.

scheduling was last minute (day of) which was very accommodating. Garth was able to show up 2 hrs earlier than scheduled! he did a visual inspection of all components and noticed a missing bolt, which he provided. he then proceeded to replace all rollers and tested their function. Garth lubricated all moving parts of the door. I was also having an issue with the force limiter, which we tweaked. now I don't have problems. he provided a brochure of other services at the end of the visit. a "thank you" and off he went! EXCELLENT representative of the Company!

As soon as I purchased it I received a phone call to set up an appointment. I originally set the appointment up for the following Saturday, but we received a phone call on Monday morning asking if we'd like to have our appointment that day instead. The technician arrived promptly and performed the service in just over an hour! Some bolts and wheels were replaced. Our door now moves smoothly and does not squeak! We're very pleased! We feel this was definitely worth the price, and we'll certainly call them again if we need any service to our garage door.

Chuck and Junior arrived on time and ready to work. After Chuck explained what they would be doing, they got to work and had everything in place and operational in less than four hours. They disassembled the old rails and took them and the old doors away when they finished. I am very pleased with the new doors and it's obvious that these guys know what they're doing. I would definitely deal with them in the future!

The young man,Robin,was right on time,explained carefully exactly what he would be doing,carefully and fully explained other actions that should be taken in the future. There was no pressure,no trying to push me into anything other than the maintenance. He cleaned up any debris (not much),I asked about an approximate price should I replace what is a 50 year old door, (The bigdeal included a wireless garage door opener to the garage door opener I already had). I had suspected for a long time that I needed maintenance on the garage door mechanism to open and close the door,the bigdeal provided me with something I could afford.
