+ -1 moreAppointment when very smooth. Repairman call to let us know when he was within 15 minutes of our house. The repairment worked unsupervised while continue our yard work. At the conclusion of the appointment the repairment gave us a review of his work and quote for future work.
Description of Work: Serviceman came out and performed maintenance to garage door. Gentleman replaced rollers and adjusted tensioner.

+ -1 moreOverall it went very well. It took a little longer than anticipated, but that is probably because we needed some wood replaced. Chad worked very hard all day and came back the next day to finish. The door looks wonderful and it is nice knowing we will not have to replace it down the road.
Description of Work: We had our front door replaced with a quality Pro via steel door along with leaded glass sidelights. We also got a premium screen door that matched the front door's color so that the bars that separate the glass in the screen door will not show from the street. The entire door frame was removed and any rotted wood around the frame was removed and replaced with new wood. On the inside, the wood frame was replaced with new wood that they painted ahead of time. New quarter round was also installed under the door. Aluminum siding went around any exposed wood outside around the door frame, except for the base of the door, which was replaced with treated wood and will be painted. All cracks were caulked and our salesman/installer Chad, did a fabulous job. He had a helper for part of the time, Trent, who also did a good job. Chad went the extra mile to make sure we were pleased. We couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend this company.

+ -1 moreHe seemed very knowledgeable and my husband got along with him as two mechanics would do. ei replaced the berings and the pullys. Basically he rebuilt the complete door mechanism. Also he was very fast.
Description of Work: We initally had the Deal of the day thingie. However, the garage door is very old. This visit was to rehab it as best as can be. It was a pleasure to have the same employee as for the deal. He is very knowledgeable and a an asset to the company. He reconditioned the entire system.

After the service was complete, the garage problem was fixed completely. In fact, this door has not performed this well in years. Great company, I would highly recommend them without reservation.

I was pleasantly suprised when they were able to come out to the house the next day..SATURDAY ! The technician, Brian Gambale, was on time and very thorough in his evaluation of what repairs would be necessary. After taking the time for a good explanation of what he would be doing, he got to work, completing the job in about 30 minutes. GREAT experience.
