Mechanic was on time, pleasant and knowledgable. He did a safety inspection of my garage door and made some recommendations for safety and the preventive maintenance of the door.

I have used them before in a previous home. Their service is very good. The guy was very helpful and answered my questions. Also, I wanted more work done. However, he told me it was not necessary to spend the money now. I felt they were honest. They were right on time and showed up when they said they would. If I need additional work, I will use them again.

Tech was the same who worked on my house in Poquoson. Showed up early and got right to it. No problem whatsoever. Great service and great professionalism.

The overall experience was good but I would have liked to know that the garage door opener had problems BEFORE I spent all that money on the working parts of the door, rollers and springs. I would not have done anything with the door if I had know there were mechanical problems with the opener. I could have bought a new one for less than what I paid for these repairs and I still may have problems with the motor on the opener. A through check before starting on the obvious problems would have been a smarter way to handle the situation. The technician was helpful and felt really bad about the additional cost of $155 to repair the opener itself but I still spent a lot of money on an 8 year old system and if I had know beforehand would not have chosed to do so.

The experience was pleasant. We called Precision Door Service based on Angie's List reviews. Shannon was very helpful and set an appointment for the same day. The technician called and asked if he could come early which was great for us. Two technicians arrived shortly after the call. Both were professional in appearance and manner. They completed the work efficiently with no disruptions. Upon completion of the work they demonstrated the operation of the door and gave us the warranty on parts and labor. The cost was on the higher end of the scale, but well worth it.

I hired Precision originally for a garage door tuneup but decided to upgrade to new doors as ours were cracked and the lift system would not work properly. Replaced a single and a double with top of the line carriage doors that look great and are insulated. The doors were ordered and installed within 10 days and they did great work and a really nice job caulking around the trim. So glad we spent the money on some quality doors.

We had a small incident when someone had fallen into the door when they were fooling around so it did not close smoothly. They fixed the problem and installed a remote door opener. They did such a good job we hired them to tune up our other garage door and install a remote opener for that door also. If we have any problems with our garage doors in the future, we will call Precision Door Service.

.After we signed up for the quick deal to adjust the garage doors and replace moving parts, the company called within a day to set up an appointment. On the appointed day, the technician arrived on time, we discussed the overall condition of the garage door, and he recommended some essential repairs in addition to those covered in the deal. I authorized them, and he completed the work within two hours. The garage door operates "like new" and safely. The adjustments to the rollers and tracks greatly improved the operation of the door closer. Over all, we are extremely satisfied with the experience.

When I called to make the appointment the young lady on phone was lovely, cheerful and friendly. Called one day, Rob came out the next, called me to see if he could come earlier - Yes! He showed me the issue (totally my fault). He replaced light bulbs, reprogrammed outside keypad. I couldn't find remote so he gave me instruction on how to reprogram to new code. Dog friendly! Super service all around. Very professional and tech savvy. Highly recommend.

Bought $89 Angie's List deal -- although it said good for only one door, the company gladly honored it for, and I bought, two. Tech called in advance as requested and showed up on time. Work was professional and completed in a timely manner. Tech made additionjal adjustments not covered by the deal at no extra cost, and told me what to look for as the doors and openers continue to age.

I was totally satisfied and they did very well. They were friendly, on time, did a great job and explained everything. Their price was pretty reasonable and they responded to my inquiry immediately.

Jeff thoroughly explained all aspects of the work to be performed and provided recommendations for enhanced operation and reliability of the mechanical upgrades his company has to offer. Jeff put in the extra effort to ensure correct adjustments were made to the door in spite of weak and worn original components. They were prompt. They did exactly what they needed to do and gave good recommendations on maintenance.

The installers arrived on time - neatly dressed in a quasi uniform (shorts and polo shirts with the company logo - and got to work right away. The old - and very badly installed doors were removed together with all the tracks and pulley systems and button controls. All of this "debris" was taken away by the workmen. The new doors were installed without incident and the workmen cleaned up after themselves as the job progressed. They were cheerful and helpful and after the installation gave me a thorough briefing on the operation of the doors. The finished result is two well fitting very attractive doors. We just purchased our 1995 home and one of the first things on our to-do list was having a garage door opener installed. We had originally set a budget for a door opener, but we quickly discovered we needed to do much more (call an electrician, have the door overhauled). Appointments were made in a timely manner (Shannon in the office was great - "How does today sound?") and Jeff took good care of us. Very professional service: Cars are clearly marked, clean uniform, uses a tablet to create your bid and email it to you right then and there! The door itself has been a vast improvement - MUCH quieter (which is important, because we have a room above the garage) and you can't even hear the door open and close now. The opener is a belt drive, came with two remotes and an outdoor key pad, compatible with Home Link and is made in USA. Very happy customers.

After the technician evaluated the condition of my door, he explained that it would be in my best interest to replace it.

Technician arrived on time & inspected garage door. Replaced exterior-trim weather stripping, bottom of garage-door rubber seal, & installed new exterior keypad. Technician recommended a garage-door overhaul service since he stated that the original installation was done incorrectly. I declined the extra-service recommendation. Technician completed the original work in about 45 minutes. Overall prompt, courteous service.

Everyone one from the person who answered the phone to the tech who performed the service are great. A bit pricey but more than worth it!

Brian Gambale, the service tech,arrived promptly for the estimate appointment,thoroughly explained everything, and provided a detailed estimate and information packet. The installation went smoothly. The installation team was efficient and professional. After they had finished the job and left, a very small gap in the bottom sealing gasket was noted. We called Brian about the problem. He was back at our house within an hour and worked diligently to completely resolve the problem (settling in the concrete floor). Super job from the whole team!

Everything worked well! They called first to confirm the appointment, and arrived at the agreed upon time. The service provider was courteous and thorough. If and when we decide to have the additional work completed, we will likely select them!

Tech came out after service was completed, a new garage door opener was installed, also installed two new garage doors. The tech was very professional, he went over the pro's and con's on the condition of the garage door opener, which was dated, and so were the garage doors. The new garage door opener is so quite, the doors are insulated so the garage is warmer and so is the room above the garage. Yes I would recommend the company to a friend

The young man was very nice and knowledgeable. He called prior to coming and was early. However, we have commercial size garage doors which was not covered under the Big Deal. I would use them again in the future if they were offering a deal we could take advantage of.
