Called Percission Garage Doors after purcasing the Special offer from Angies list.$89.00 Big deal Garage Door Queiting/ reconditioning package. Once I called and talked with the Lady at the office and explained my problem with the noise and the door not goin down on its own and then at the time of the call for this service the gargafe door would not open either. She was very helpful in directing me to the services need to fixed the door and use the special offer coupon from Angies list, the Tech arrived on time on the scheduled day and took his time to check out the problem and recommended solutions. I selected the best solution he recommend and he completed the repair and the replacement of all the rollers and cable and replaced a swithc for the garage door opener. The garage door opens and closes after this work with no problems and is very quite. Great job. I would use them again if needed and Highly recommned Percission Doors to anyone needing Garage door repairs.

Rob was great. He was right on time and quickly assessed the issue with my garage door and had it fixed and running smoothly in 15 minutes. My door and opener are a bit aged so I was waiting for the sales pitch that everything needed to be replaced and it was refreshing not to have that happen. I would recommend precision to anyone.

I followed the instructions on line to pay for services. The office manager was super nice. She called right away to setup the appointment. We needed a Saturday appt and she accommodated our request. The technician was very prompt and pleasant. He called to let us know he was on his way, arrived, and begun work right away. He not only serviced the pulleys, cables, housing that held the door openers, and the door openers, he corrected a problem that would have caused one of garage doors to shimmy. I was very pleased with the company's professionalism and how prompt they responded. We plan to get a service contract with this company when the other service contract expires. Simple tune-up developed into a major service, all work was necessary

Everything went great - called for an estimate - Mr Prater came out same day and outlined what would be best replacement for front storm door (old one in awful shape). Showed me various doors sold by Precision and what warranties went with what door. Explained how door would be ordered and length of time it would take to get door and install it. I finished gathering other estimates and decided on Precision since I had used them before and felt comfortable with the company. When door was received by Precision I was called and a time and date was set up to install door. 3/28/2013 - between 1 and 3 in the afternoon. Mr Prater,the installer, came about during that time and installed the door. Took the old door away. Left my front porch as neat as a pin. Finished,left me with warranty. I hope this explanation passes muster. I love this kind of installation/work process. No drama - no mess. This is 2nd time I have used this company and will always think of them when I need something like this done.

Service helped but most of noise was from opener itself. Several weeks after the service, they gave me a great deal on a new opener and reduced install cost to account for all svc provided prior to install of new opener. They were a pleasure to deal with, very honest and direct!

Shannon, the office manager, was most pleasant and flexible in setting up an appointment (a 2 hour window). Brian, the mechanic, called to advise me of his arrival time so I wasn't just sitting and waiting during those 2 hour. That was most appreciated. He explained what the Angie's LIst special Reconditioning package for $89 covered. In addition, I had him install new rubber insulation on the bottom of the door and configure a new door opener. Although those two items cost extra, the pricing was reasonable ($94). He had to climb over construction supplies (we're rehabbing) but he was most pleasant. He worked quickly and efficiently, an hour later he was finished. This was a good experience and I will certainly recommend them to the neighbors and my friends.

As mentioned before, the work has not been completed as of yet due to my own rescheduling. I feel confident in the company based on the reviews, and also, my phone conversations with Shannon.

It did quite the door. They send out a maintenance representative to do the work, it only takes several minutes. He explains everything very well. However after everything is explained there is too much pressure to do something additional. It wasn't anything vital but things to upgrade. He didn't spend a lot of time telling me what could be done or should be done to enhance my door.

I bought the garage door tune-up for $79, which included new rollers. The repairman showed up on time, had some suggestions on how to make the door even smoother and he "up-sold" me the main-pulleys for the door. I thought the price quoted was for two, but they turned out to be each, so he made off with about $50 more than I planned. Still, the door is now so quiet and smooth. He did a great job and I now have essentially a new door. I am tickled. Had I realized the pulley price was each, and not a pair, I would have gone to home depot and done the work myself.

They were prompt and did a good job setting up the opener and replacing the seal. There was a little pressure to purchase additional services. The replacement seal price was more than I expected to pay.

They were great. It was excellent. They showed up on time. They did what they were supposed to do. The quality and response was good. I would like to use them in the future.

I was very disappointed in their service. I wrote them a detailed letter about the experience, and I said I would not embarrass them here on Angie's List. So I will not. But the coupon did not lead where I expected; and they never responded to my email relating my disappointment.

After Precision Door Service of Hampton Roads left I had to readjust the garage door a few times before it would settle horizontally. However, their price was reasonable and they came when they said they would.

I have used them multiple times in the past. They do a fine job. They did a garage door tune up.

The person doing the work was neat, friendly, and appeared very competent to do the work. He was a little late for the appointment. We didn't expect that our bill would be as high it ended up,but the spring system we had wasn't the proper type and it was over 20 years old. Lesson: be prepared for higher bills when they do tune-ups or check-ups. The door works just fine and I am pleased with the results.

Our experience was highly satisfying and I would recommend this company to any consumer in the market for similar services. We scheduled the service for a time and date which was met by the company without a problem. I observed most of the work and would note Precision's professionalism and knowledge.

Work was done quickly and professionally... Old door taken away for disposal... Final portion of work, installing the upper seal, was delayed several days at my request to allow me to accomplish some minor structural repairs...

Well, the tech was on time and did his work quickly and efficiently.

We noticed a loud dragging noise when our garage door opened. Bought the deal, coordinated with Precision Door Service, got a call when the technician was on his way, and had the service accomplished well within the promised window. Long and short, great learning derived on my part and great satisfaction on the part of both my wife and I. Terrific service. Will definitely use these guys next time I have a garage door problem.

The experience was excellent. I am recommending this company to anyone who is looking for door replacement! Chad was very honest, and hard working. He takes pride in what he does and it shows with the quality work he performed. Chad was easy to work with, is very knowledgeable about doors and installing them. I feel the money was well spent and I plan on having this door for many years to come! I am going to use Precision to replace doors in the back of my house as well. My new door is beautiful and looks like a showpiece in my neighborhood!
