Technician found a broken spring in the lift function. He gave me a quote for repairing the problem with a new spring and said he had the parts to do the repair with him. He was very efficient in fixing the problem. My only complaint is that I thought the price was a bit high. When I compared the final cost with some friends and associates, They told me they had similar work done at lower cost. The technician was very knowledgable, efficient, and personable.

Appointment was easy to schedule and the technician showed up on time. The work was performed as promised. I'd definitely hire this company again.

Company called within minutes after purchase! Technician came next day early at my request and did an outstanding job. Lubricated, tightened all bolts, made adjustments to opener and generally checked entire door system. Polite and professional ! Would most highly recommend and will use again.

Performed tune-up and also left a new remote garage door opener. The remote alone was worth the cost of the service. Door works perfectly.

Called and said he would be at my home in about 20 mins and he was. Got right down to business,explained what he was going to do etc - having used them before I knew to expect the process to go quickly and it did

He did a thorough look at the door and whole setup. Told us rollers looked worn too. Gave us two prices with one being a lot higher for some 5 year warranty. We declined. We inquired about the price so high and he told us it was because the springs are of a higher quality than what others mostly use. He proceeded to replace the springs but not the rollers. He told us then that the lower of the two quotes don't include the rollers!! He finishes the springs and says you know you got a crack in the door starting here. He never said that before prior to our accepting to fix the springs. When I asked about the timing on that with the door life he said could be soon and that he could replace the door too but he would have to use all new springs that actually come with the new door! We just spent $555 and he quotes us roughly $1200 for a new door that would include new springs after he just charged us $555!! Now 6 months later the door has cracked enough to need to get that door replaced now. I had a quote done with another company today and I told them about the $$$ I already spent. He said let me guess who you used - Precision Door. The second quote from another company - the same thing! Boy did I make a mistake but one I won't do again. Totally ripped off and scammed. Had I been a member of Angie's List 6 months ago I would have written this review then. Never too late to hopefully forewarn the next guy.
