Wonderfully. Very happy with the professionalism, courtesy and quality of the workmanship. Rob, Clint and Todd represented Precision Door Service very well.

I now have a virtually silent working garage door for a lot less money than it would have cost to replace it with a new one. The work was preformed quickly and VERY PROFESSIONALLY and he took the time to explain why the work was needed and the difference in the quality of parts being removed verses the quality of parts being installed. The Door works like a new one and I now have Industrial Grade components that are warrantied for Life. The technician was EXTREAMLY COURTIOUS AND RESPECTFUL. He also informed me that he would respond 24/7, Day or Night to fix the problem. I could not be happier with the entire process. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to ANYONE who is having any problems with their garage door. If I could rate them higher than "A" I would.

Tech was extremely professional very knowledgeable. Idid not over sale, solved the problem took time to look for the problem without pushing and up-sale. Will certainly ask him to return when we need a new door.

I scheduled a "Big Deal" for my door to be "tuned up" and the rollers replaced. I knew the door had some broken rollers, and some other issues. The provider called to schedule the service, very polite and professional on the phone. The service provided arrived as scheduled, and looked at the issues with the door. They said they could not do the rollers due to the other problems with the door and explained the issues clearly and professionally. The prices provided for the extra work seemed to be too much, so, I called a reputable competitor and ask for an over-the phone quote for the same components and service. The price I was given was less than half of that from Precision. I told the technician, and he explained that they had a lifetime warranty, and the best quality parts. I decided to use the competitor. Precision was very professional, and I have no doubt they would have done quality work. But, no amount of "extended warranty" is worth double the cost. I recommend shopping around.

He balanced it and added a reinforcement bar to the top of it, and added a sensor. He'd originally just come out for an estimate on replacing a panel, but he was able to do the work right then. We even saved some money because we were able to take the panel back; we didn't need it.

They were very nice to deal with but I ended up cancelling the deal because my home warranty covered the necessary work.

So pleased we chose to go with this company. We did our research, received other estimates, and looked at the reviews on Angie's List. This company uses the best materials to install your door. Our garage door is now much quieter when opening, and closes smoothly. Everyone we dealt with the schedulers, technician for estimate, and both installers who came out were extremely polite and answered any questions or concerns. The installers were very knowledgeable and you can see they truly take pride in their workmanship. Would highly recommend!!

He came to the house, removed the old unit and installed a new opener. He was there less than an hour. I am very6 happy with the service.

They took a look and told me I would need to replace the spring, which would be $650.00. He couldn't do the work unless I replaced the spring, so I cancelled the deal.

Chad Prater answered a service call to help me select a replacement side garage door. I was very impressed with his punctuality, personable manner and obvious expertise. I selected a ProVia replacement door based on his recommendation. He did not steer me wrong. It is an outstanding door, perfect paint job and came keyed to my Schlag locks. It is just absolutely beautiful with a great warranty. Clint Faber performed a expert and clean installation leaving nothing to be desired. Personable, knowledgeable and an excellent technician, Clint did an outstanding job. I am totally satisfied with Precision Door and would highly recommend this company to anyone needing garage door, entry door or window replacement or service.

I had contacted other providers for estimates, and decided to go with Precision Door Service. I am so happy that I did. Chad came to give me an estimate for the work I wanted done, provided me with 3 different price points depending on my budget, and was so nice when I called back a couple of different times to have him change things and give me new estimates! He was very understanding and helpful, and wanted to be sure I got exactly what I wanted. My doors were ordered, and once they came in they were inspected to make sure there were no problems, and then the installation was scheduled. Both Shannon and Darla from the office were fantastic as well. They both did everything they could to answer my questions on the spot, and if they needed to run things by someone else, they were always prompt with returning calls. You can tell a lot about a company from the performance of their front office staff, and I was impressed by them from the start. Mark and Clint came to install my doors and reset my window yesterday. They called when they were on their way as I had been told they would, and arrived promptly thereafter. Having the doors removed was a bit stressful for me as I have a cat that can sometimes be an escape artist. They were very conscious of that, and did everything they could to prevent that from happening. They were both very personable, and happily addressed all my questions/ concerns. I even apologized to them a few times because I was watching them work. They both said it wasn't a problem, which was good because I was so impressed with their attention to detail and how much they cared about the job they were doing. There is definitely an art to doing the finish work like the aluminum wrap, caulking, and interior trim, and they both attained artisan status with me! I couldn't be more thrilled with the finished product, and I think they left their work areas cleaner than when they started. All in all, this was a great experience from start to finish. I will be contracting them again in the near future to do more repair work to my remaining windows, and I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to friends and family.

It was an awesome experience. Mark and Clint arrived, "we" got a game plan together (rain was expected the next day), and the two promptly got to work. They even took the time to explain things to me as they went along. On day 1, we got 7 windows installed. All I could do was stand and admire their workmanship and my new windows. At the end of the day, they removed all trash and debris from the property. Day 2 was cloudy with the possibility for rain showers. Mark came up with a plan to at least get 4 more windows done that day. As he and Clint continued to work, Mark would occasionally check the progression of the storm to make sure he didn't have the interior of my home exposed to the rain. At the end of the day, they removed all trash and debris from the property. On day 3, they installed 8 more windows and again they removed all trash and debris from the property. On Friday, they installed the remaining 3 windows and our journey together was over. Mark and Clint were very professional, detail oriented, and extremely knowledgeable. They definitely took pride in their work and I look forward to seeing them again when it's time for my doors to be replaced. I can only hope that my other home improvement projects go as well as this one and that the people are as nice and personable. I wish I could have posted a few pictures. A big thank you to Mark and Clint...I love my new windows and my house feels new all over again.

The service man evaluated the the system. I had thought it only needed a connection from the travel bar to the garage door. He indicated and showed that while the bar had pulled away from the door...the real problem was the motor. He installed a new system...fine tuned....put in new rollers. The job was done quickly and professionally. I was pleased. It's working fine.

Other than the $700 it cost to replace a roller or two or three.... readjust the normal wear and tear and install the new system.... Garth came as scheduled. Took a quick 10 minute-ish over-view and provided me with a few two different options. First time ever dealing with garage door repair, boy was I in for a shock at the over all cost of having what I thought to be a few things repaired. He did install a new tension opening system and complete the needed tune-up items. Over all, Garth was awesome, friendly, had a few choices, and it took him about 45 minutes. I was ..... extremely surprised to hear the total price for the amount of work to be completed. Although there is a lifetime warranty with the full repair.. it was either $300 and change or $500 and change to have the warranty. Better to be prepared for the worst than not be covered I guess in this case
