Precision Garage Door

There is a beam in my garage which doesn't allow for a garage door opener to function well. I'd been told this before. I had to spring for a wall-mounted opener, which was more than I wanted to pay. I have no complaints about it, though.

8 months later and it still runs well. Would recommend.

Technician showed up on time, very courteous. However, he wasn't given good or accurate information from the customer service rep I spoke with while setting up the appointment. As a result, he was unable to discuss any part of the project I was looking to contract out. He said he'd get good info and call me ASAP, and it never happened. I did however rearrange my work schedule and lose two hours of my own time.

Nick called to let us know he could arrive early which was welcomed and appreciated. We already knew what the major part of the repair would be (replace the springs) and assumed other things would need to be done on a 15 year old garage door that had never been serviced. This company was quick in scheduling me an appointment and had my garage door back in action on about an hour! The technician was very helpful and friendly.

Nick was my technician. He arrived early, calling first to let me know he could be here in 5 minutes. He was kind and courteous and did not talk me into buying anything for the door I didn't need. In fact when I had asked about replacing the opener, he looked at it and told me it didn't need replacing at this time, instead pointing out where my wire coils were fraying. He replaced the wire coils on either end of my garage door and the company honored a coupon I had purchased from Angie's List way back in October but had not been able to use because of illness that had suddenly occurred in our family. They went above and beyond to do the job right even when they ran into a snag with the coil not wanting to fit correctly because it is an older garage door - Nick called in help and they figured it out. The door is working better than it has since we've moved in! Very happy with their service and would use them again in the future.

They came out to do the tune up but found that i needed a whole new garage door. They came out and did the job quickly. They had the whole door removed and reinstalled within a couple of hours. They were very polite and non-intrusive. I am very satisfied with their work. Their customer service is outstanding! The Gal in the office was just terrific. I really appreciated how they were so understanding and accommodating because i had to keep rescheduling because of my health. I had a great experience.

Absolute first class production from start to finish. The initial estimate provided me with a thorough analysis and several alternatives to fixing our broken door. The scheduling team was extremely courteous and remarkably flexible in working around severe weather issues and still managed to get our new door installed within a week. And an absolutely outstanding job with the installation, to include some very creative brace work to make our door fit perfectly. All aspects of the company were very professional, courteous and extremely responsive. I wouldn't shop around if I needed this kind of service again...they earned our business!

Gartjh did an excellent job. He adjusted the garage door, He oiled the door. And he installed a new light bulb because the original had burned out. He was very professional and knowledgeable about garages. And he has a good personally.

I was pleased with the prompt scheduling this company offered. Just purchased my home and the garage door made loud noise and off balance when closing. The tuned the door, oiled, and replaced rollers. I purchased the deal on angies list. They inspected my door and let me know that some things will need to be replaced in the near future but not at all pushy to sale me on it that very moment. Did give estimate for how much future work may cost which I appreciated. My door opens quitely and is even and smooth. Very happy with the work performed and the tech that came out to my home. I will be using them in the future.

They gave me a refund. There technician is really bad. I purchased the service and I also paid extra for them to fix my garage door, the track, but they didn't tune the whole and they didn't tune the garage door opener so they damaged my whole door. So there service is really bad. There management called me and gave me a refund. So I had to pay extra to fix my door. I think they use you guys to sell there other service. I purchased this service and asked them to fix the small issues but they didn't fix it so it's not good. So I cannot give them a good review. They came about two weeks after I purchased the deal. I called them. They charged me a hundred dollars for one hour of service.

They responded immediately to my original complaint and there "no show" was due to a clerical/communication error. Technician called on his way to advise arrival time and arrived on time. Very professional attitude and work. Fully explained what issues he had found Overall an "A+" response and solution

Love that i receive a picture of the person that was coming out. He was friendly quick and told me what to look out for to keep it operating well.

Tech was on time and very professional. He performed the special that I purchased - a tune up but also showed me things that require my attention. He provided a couple quotes for us. The garage has been working perfect and when we're ready to upgrade, will definitely call them back.

It was fine. I've had them twice before. He really didn't do too much. Their products are good products.

Friday morning, garage door wouldn't open. Noticed the wall control button had no power. (garage door opened with all wireless remotes.) Checked the circuit breaker but nothing had tripped. I performed a reset but still no power to the wall button. I made a call from work to schedule a call-back service visit, but Garth's next opening wasn't for 4 more days, so scheduled Brian to come out the following evening. Garth saw the ticket and arranged to come out that Friday evening, saving his co-worker from a Saturday service call, what teamwork! Troubleshooting showed defective internal electrical wiring from the garage door opener to the wall button (installed 5 years ago when the house was built), so opted for external direct wiring from the opener to the button. The wires were pretty discreet, and Garth did a superb job running them along the wall in a clean-looking fashion. Service visit lasted about 45 minutes. Thanks for another excellent service!
