Description of Work: The technician Brian, was prompt and porfessional. He told me what he was doing as he worked and answered any questions I ask along the way.He replaced all the rollers, greased everything that needed it and checked the tension. Brian also explained that the garage door did not have "stops" that were usually installed when the door was originally put in. He did not pressure me to buy them just explained how they worked. His work was as expected, great! This is twice I used Angie's List to have work done and have not been disappointed.

Description of Work: My garage door would make a great banging sound when initially opening, but would re-open normally. The Precision service man attempted to find the source of the problem and made a few adjustments. A few days later I called and told him that it was not fixed. He returned promptly and did fix the problem. Good work!

Description of Work: Brian was on time and very professional. Initial job was just for a tune up but I ended up needing a complete system. I pretty much already new that the springs were worn out and needed replaced. The door was 14 years old. I am very happy with the results and the cost.

I had two wooden doors which were improperly installed and treated by a previous building contractor. The technician expertly took on the task and did an exceptional job re-setting the doors and adding additional hinges to our 4 foot X 8 foot front door. The technician and scheduler were both very courteous and knowledgeable of doors, and the caring required to maintain wooden doors to the highest standards. The technician was hard working, dedicated, and professional technician who expertly applies his skills and talents for quality service and support. Based on my experience, it is quite evident why Precision Doors enjoys such a fine reputation for excellent service.

Description of Work: I was experiencing problems with my garage door getting stuck when I tried to open so I went to Angie's List to find a company to have my door serviced and signed up for a garage door tune up. Within 30 minutes of making my purchase on AL, a representative from Precision contacted me and we made an appointment on Monday morning since it was a Friday evening. The representative diagnosed my problem as soon as he walked into my garage as a broken spring. He discussed my options and he immediately began the work. In less than 45 minutes he had changed the springs, changed and lubed all the rollers and my door was operating smoothly.

Description of Work: The Technician (Rob) arrived early and upon my arrival was prepared to go right to work. Signed up for the garage door quieting and reconditioning package. Received exactly what I paid for at an extremely good price. No hard sell tactics. Rob provided a good review of his inspection results and things for e to consider in the future. I have already recommend to others.

Description of Work: Door had loud grinding noise. The person quickly found and repaired the problem. Since it was under warrantry, I paid only the call fee.
