They did a good job.

Great experience!

An employee crossing the parking lot saw me pull in and offered his assistance. He carried my 3 rugs into the shop saving me the struggle. The women inside behind the counter were friendly, humorous and efficent in arranging for my cleaning. I had called in advance and gotten an estimate of $130 for the 3 different sized rugs and at the time did not order pet treatment but decided to add this service on my arrival. That increased my estimate to $195. My chosen pick up date was 4 days later. When I returned to pick up the rugs, again I encountered friendly, funny employees who seemed happy to be working there. The rugs were clean, fresh smelling and bright, especially the light pink one I had. And best of all, my cost was only $105.... a wonderful surprise even with the pet treatment. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

He was on time. He spent extra time with me on tips for purchasing new carpet and flooring. He was just great.

I was very satisfied by the company's performance and responsiveness. They answered all questions and completed the project in a professional and timely manner.

They were actually fine. They did a great job. I had them to do some extra things which were fine. I'm happy with their service. The workers were fine. They were quick, professional and informative. Everything is fine. The main problem was apparently the people before me had some pets and so I had them to deal with that. I would recommend them to others. They were excellent.

They did a good job. I had a coupon out of the phone book and I got $20.00 off. Everything turned out well and I was happy with them. Both the guys were real good. I would use them again. They called the day before to confirm the appointment and they called that morning to say that they were on their way out. They were here actually early.

I appreciated that they were prompt and got my 5 rooms thoroughly cleaned. They came out the same day I called to do an estimate and got it was approved. They called me the day before they were coming to make sure everything was still on schedule. They did the work fairly quickly and I approve with the results. I will continue to use their service.

They did an excellent job of repairing the carpet around doorways that were frayed and coming loose. They did an excellent job of pretreating stains and steam cleaning five rooms. My carpeting looked clean and brighter. The second time I used them for pretreating and steam cleaning 5 rooms, they gave me an arrival time of between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m.for arrival and by 11:15, I received a call that they were delayed and would be at my house within 1/2 hour and asked if it was still ok. I appreciated the courteous call. They offered other services but did not press me. I also received a free 12 oz bottle of pet stain removal for future use. The technician was friendly and courteous.

They dried out the bathroom, but the quality of the work they did was unacceptable. They got paint on the floor. Their technician didn't show up one day and they said he was sick. When he came the next day he said he wasn't sick, but they had double booked him. They called to apologize only after they got caught. I would try to find someone else if I needed work like that done again.

They did a very good job on our carpet and they also do furniture. They came back and re-did a couple of small sections for me that didn't look right at no extra cost. They did everything they could to satisfy me. It is a small family owned business. They did an excellent job.

I thought every thing went great upon their arrival. They were very courteous and kind. They let me show them what I wanted them to do in detail with out interruptions or opinions that were not needed. After it was all finished, it looked great. I could see myself calling them to come back and do another cleaning job for me. In fact, I plan on calling them real soon to do an apartment I have.

Everything went fine. I had no troubles at all. The people were friendly and kind while doing the job. I would not have any problems hiring them again. The carpet that they cleaned had dried very quickly and looks beautiful. There was a huge stain on it and it has totally vanished since they were here. I am happy with this company and highly recommend them to anyone.

This company definitely knew how to clean carpets the right way. Our carpets looked brand new again. I was very happy that we chose to go with these guys instead of another company. They came out exactly when they told us they would be out.

Peerless Carpet Care & Restoration did an excellent job on all of my carpets. The guys that came out were friendly, polite and very respectful of me. I was happy with them and their services. I felt their prices were very reasonable.
