Description of Work: sloppiest paint job I've ever seen. Didn't use a drop clothe until I commented. I would not recommend him to anyone!! To use him is to court disaster.

+ 2 moreThe Mikes Crew, covered walls and exposed furniture with plastic, prepping to remove the popcorn ceiling, Within four hours the popcorn was completely removed and ceiling repairs began repairing bad spots in the ceilings, prior to leaving for the day they cleaned up. Next morning the crew was back on time ready to mud the ceilings and prime and day three the whole ceiling was painted and looks brand new. Motivated crew with the customer in mind, to make their lives less stressful. Day 1: Crew showed up at 8 am, ready to work removing all the wall paper in the Stairwell and cleaning up all remnants prepping the wall for primer coat of paint. Day 2 plastered the walls and primed them Day 3 painted the Walls and Ceiling cleaned up Great Job, whole crew was punctual and ready to work, professional and dependable. Painting by Michaels crew, mudded the walls on all three bathrooms in the first day covering up all the holes and divits in the walls, next day they sanded and primed the walls and on the last day painted out all three bathroom and caulked the base boards. Bathrooms look out standing
Description of Work: All rooms Downstairs (4) (includes:to remove popcorn ceilings then repair all damaged plaster areas where needed. then apply two coats of flat white to all ceiling areas.) Stairway (includes: remove remaining wallpaper, repair all damaged wall areas, apply one coat of ceiling white to ceiling, apply one primer coat then two finish coats to walls. apply tow coats to hallway walls.) Paint three bathrooms (downstairs bathroom includes: to finish painting walls only, apply one coat of oil base primer, then one finish coat of white gloss to door jam. Apply on finish coat of white to door.) (Upstairs bathrooms include: to plaster all damaged wall area, sand, then apply one coat of ceiling white to ceilings. Apply one primer then one finish coat of semi gloss to walls. Caulk all areas where needed.)
