The team of ladies that clean my home are great! I can always tell when "my team" has done the work.... or when a "substitute team" has been in my home. My team does a terrific job of giving the house an extra shine! Thank you!

There's some discount if we got their information through Angie's List so it worked out great. I love the price. They were very effective and efficient. They did my entire house in 3 hours. We did have some of our personal belongings in the house and they were very courteous about it. There were just a few things that they weren't able to get up, as far as the bathroom, and they explained why they couldn't get them up and what treatments they attempted to use. I really appreciated that they kinda kept me in the loop with that.

Molly Maid has been super. I have been using them for two years. The same two ladies normally clean my home so they know all of the ins and outs. I look forward to seeing them once every two weeks. The company is very flexible when I'm out of town or if I need an extra cleaning for some reason. I am totally satisfied with the service.

THE CONSULTATION ENSURED ME THAT MY EXPECTATIONS WOULD BE MET. THERE WEREN'T MANY THINGS THAT I REQUIRED DONE ON THE LIST THAT THE MOLLY MAID CONSULTANT WROTE DOWN. THIER MAIDS FAILED TO EXECUTE ACCORDING TO MY EXPECTATIONS. THOUGH THE MAIDS HAD A SET CLEANING ROUTINE, THEIR LEVEL AND QUALITY OF CLEANING LEFT A LOT TO BE DESIRED. THEY LACKED ATTENTION TO DETAIL SUCH AS CLEANING THE FRONT OF THE CABINETS, THEY FORGOT TO WIPE DOWN ONE COUNTER INTHEY KITCHEN, THE DID NOT WIPE OR CLEAN THE BOTTOM OF THE REFRIGERATOR OR DISHWASHER. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO WIPE DOWN THE WALLS LEADING TO TO THE FAMILY ROOM. THEY DID NOT WIP DOWN THE WALLS IN THE BATHROOM, OR ANY LIGHT SWITCHES. THIS WAS A SPRING CLEANING AND IS SUPPOSED TO GO INTO A THOROUGH CLEANING. THIS WAS NOT A THOROUGH CLEANING. MY RECOMMENDATION IS TO REQUEST THOUGH YOUR CLEANING AGENCY THE TYPE OF CLEANERS THAT FIT YOUR PROFILE. I AM METICULOUS ABOUT CLEANING BUT CURRENTLY PREGNANT.

They had a consultation first then a women came out and gave a quote so they were very professional. We set up a schedule and it cost a little more the first time because they have to start from the beginning and get things ready for the two weeks maintenance cleaning. They were here a few hours and there was a lot to be clean. I had a coupon which helped with the initial cost and I will use them again in the future.

Have been using them for 2 years. Delighted with their service. Polite crew, even gave us a sympathy card when our dog died. Accommodating, professional, willing to shift days, morning to afternoon etc. Have recommended them to many people.

"Molly Maids" is a great company, I believe you can set the frequency in which the can come and clean the house. My wife set it up. I would definately recommend this service to the family on the go and doesnt have much time to do a good cleaning. Set up at once every other week we have been very satisfied with Molly Maids and will continue to use this company in the future.

They come every two weeks. They are very reliable and do a good job with the cleaning.

The work was basically fine, but they moved items to dust and left them (didn't move them back). Also were VERY late often enough that I canceled the service. I was never advised they would be one and a half to two hours later than the scheduled time, which caused serious scheduling problems for my day. I had advised them in previous instances that this was completely unacceptable, and was told it wouldn't happen again. They were wrong.
