They are very professional. I always get the same girls who always come out and they know what to do.

I thought price was a little high. I would use them again.

We have used Molly Maid service for over ten years... very good - reliable service- consisted of visit every two weeks... 2 hours per visit- to clean 8 rooms which we select each visit. Two cleaning personnel per visit... so it's a 4-man/hr job.

Okay. Different teams. Some teams do better than others and are more thorough.

They did a good job and did small extras when I asked-i,e, vacuum refrigerator coils. Always friendly and professional. I recommend Molly Maid. My budget was the only reason I don't use them at this time.

Molly Maids have serviced my home since 2006. The ladies are very professional, clean and polite. They are responsive to requests for special emphasis and make a note in the 'book' to ensure the item is taken care of each visit. I recommend Molly Maid to anyone who asks who I use to clean my home and noticed that at least 6 neighbors also use Molly Maid.

I have been using Molly Maid for many years. They are reliable and do a pretty good job for a service company.

I am not sure if cleaning services are supposed to pay attention to detail but Molly Maid did not pay attention to any detail. Sometimes, the sheets would be placed on the beds sideways. The shower door rail was full of mold and was never addressed properly (I found this out myself when I cleaned the bathroom). They did not clean around the back of the toilets. You could still wipe up dirt off the kitchen floor the very same day the cleaning service was here. They did't move pieces of furniture or light items even if it rolled. Rugs were not pulled up so the floors underneath the rugs were not cleaned unless you specifically asked. If a corner could be cut, it was. Disappointingly, I spent a lot of money for this cleaning service and after spending the time cleaning my own home, I realized how much they did not do.

They have been cleaning my house for about five years. I've never been happier, having used many cleaning people over 40 years. They provide all the cleaning materials, so you have to factor that into the cost. I have them every other week and have been very pleased with the work and professionalism. I trust them completely and often leave them to lock up. Highly recommend.

The girls did a fantastic job! They always leave it clean and smelling fresh. They are good with my dog, too!

They were fantastic. They told me when they arrived that they thought it would take 3 hours to clean my house; they ended up only taking 2! The supervisor came by and did a white glove test all over my house. They called me ahead of time to let me know they were on the way which helped me out a lot. The 2 cleaners were Amanda and Shenita and they work on route 18.
