The response from my very first phone call to the final repair was very quick and friendly. My repairman was Nick and he found the problem in mins. Nick came back the next day with the parts and was in and out in no time. While Nick was at my home I mentioned another appliance problem I was having with my fridge and instead of him taking advantage of the situation and billing me he told me an easy way to fix it myself. I would highly recommend this company. .

The repair man did something completely selfless!! He gave me enough information OVER THE PHONE so that I was able to fix the problem all by myself. Unfortunately, I was the one who had goofed it up to start with. I had no business opening up a drain line and then I could not get it to close properly. (my own darn fault) But they called be back after hours when NO ONE else would do so. THESE ARE THE PEOPLE TO TRUST>> THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

Replaced ice maker drive motor, reset water feed hose to ice maker, installed new water pump and installed ice maker auger. Service involved 3 visits. Tyler was tech for each trip. Very pleasant and professional. Scheduling appointments was easy and people were very friendly. Saved me from shopping for new appliance.

My microwave stopped working on 8/8/2013. I called my home warranty company and they referred me to this company, a tech came out on 8/9/2013 and said it was the whole front panel that needed to be replaced. I paid the tech my $100 deductible and the warranty company ordered the part and said it will be delivered no later than 8/16/2013 and I was told by the tech that once they received the part they would give me a call to set up a time to install and finish. I have spoken with my warranty company they say part was delivered however I haven't heard from the tech and neither has my warranty company and when I call Mobile Appliance they tell me to call my warranty company and when my warranty company calls Mobile Appliance they don't answer or don't call back!! THIS COMPANY IS SHADY!!!!!!!!!! If the parts were delivered back in August why has my microwave still not been fixed??? It has been four months and still nothing!!!

We have used them many times over the years and they always provide excellent service and work. They diagnosed problem and ordered replacement part and came back in a few days and replaced.

Timely response to request for service. Unable to secure replacement component, and therefore unable to repair refrigerator. Recommended replacing refrigerator with one not made in China. Took his advice.

I got them from Angie's List, and I like their price. They solved the problem, because they were responsive. I was just very satisfied with their service.

We were very impressed that this company would suggest we buy a new washing machine rather than take our money to repair our existing machine. We will use Mobile Appliance Repair in the future for our appliance repair needs.

Came and assessed the problem and ordered a new part for the ice maker. Came back next day and replaced the assembly and fixed the vibration problem. He was on time and professional. Very good job!

Tyler (the owner's son) arrived punctually quickly and systematically diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He preformed a number of tests and checks to see if he could determine what was the cause and what might need to be done to prevent a re-occurrence. The dryer quick working on Friday morning and we needed to have it fixed before we left the beach on Monday. This company responded with next day service.

We selected Mobile Appliance Repair based on Angie's List reviews, and it worked out great. Our Whirlpool high-efficiency washer has pretty much required a piecemeal complete rebuild over the last year, and Mobile has done a good job at getting us through it. They show up on time and know the model quite well.

Technician arrived with an hour of calling and knew exactly what the problem was, a simple relay had failed. In fact he had brought the part in the house with him. Repair was accomplished within a half an hour and the refrigerator was working again. Larry was extremely professional, experienced and friendly. I would highly recommend Mobile Appliance Repair for any emergency repair of an appliance.

Technician Nick called Friday Morning informing me he was on his way. Upon arrival I took him to the patient dryer. Within the hour he correctly diagnosed the problem, found he did not have the part on his truck or at there warehouse, but located the part at a local vender called Tubbins something. After quoteing me a price on the repair and replacement of the defective pump and informing me the repair could be completed on installation of the new part I authorized the work and Nick went to get the pump from Tubbins. He maintained his work area, removed all water and dust from the work area, successfully installed the new pump, and successfully retested the washing machine. I happily paid with BBT Visa thanked technician Nick for his professional service and called the wife with the happy news. Three loads of laundry later it still sounds like a new washing machine. They gave me some options based on repair vs. buying new washer. Honest evaluation and best opinion. Will use them again.

Within 1.5 hours the repairman arrived diagnosed the problem and had me cooling again awesome and very professional.

Larry Williams came within a couple of hours of my call to look at a leak coming from under the right front of the clothes washer (Kenmore Elite). I suspected that it was the water pump and Larry confirmed it immediately by tipping up the washer and checking the water pump. He had a pump in the truck and replaced it in about 15 minutes (the total time on site was about 20 minutes). He said that they use a standard labor rate guide to compute cost. Based on that standard rate the bill was $189.95. When I asked for a breakdown of the charges they said it was roughly $125 for labor, $61for the pump, plus tax of $3.07. I normally do this type of repair myself so I wasn't really prepared for the sticker shock. This computes to about $300 per hour labor charge after allowing for $75 travel time/cost of gas (generous). Overall, other than the cost, I was happy with the service. Larry is very knowledgable, efficient, and friendly. If cost is not a consideration I would certainly recommend Mobile Appliance Repair (Larry) but believe the standard rates could be prorated somewhat based actual time spent on the job.

After reading review on Angie's list we decided to give them a call to see if it could be reasonable fixed or if we should get a new oven. I never expected a same day visit on a Saturday, let alone a visit in one hour! Larry was very professional, communicating and showing us every step he took to check the oven. As it turns out it just needed some cleaning and very minor tweaking. Leak resolved and oven is in good shape just for the price of a service call saving us from getting a new oven (in wall ovens are expensive!). He also gave us good some tips about maintenance on our heat/AC. I highly recommend this company!

He was extremely knowledgeable. I called him and he came on that same day.

I called because my GE Side by Side refrigerator would not dispurse water, but would dispurse ice. A technician promply called me back and had looked up my product and told me how to fix it on my own. Come to find out there was a recall on the product where the water line freezes because of a lack of insulation. Unplugging the refrigerator for about 4 hours seemed to have fixed the problem. Thanks guys. Your my first call next time around.

On the phone the tech thought it was a siphon problem. Came just a few hours after I called. When he got here he knew that was the problem and secured the washer drain pipe higher to drain properly. Charged just for the service call.Was a quick efficient repair.

Larry called to say that he was running ahead of schedule. I met him at the house and he greeted me with a smile. Larry went straight to the washing machine and began to press buttons, look and listen. He told me what he was looking for and the possible issues. Within 10 minutes he knew what was wrong and what needed to be replaced. He wrote up what it would take and what it would cost to fix the washing machine; however, he honestly told me that it would be more cost effective for us to buy a new machine. I paid Larry for his time and he told me that I could apply that amount to the service fee if we decided to go forward with the repair. Larry was super nice, personable and honest. I will certainly call him for any of my repair needs in the future.

I called Mobile Appliance Repair around 8:30 a m they gave me the choice of Thursday or Friday and a few time slots- and explained their pricing for checking appliance and the cost of an estimate- they will deducted that amount if they repaired the washer - I was pleased that they would be able to come out on Thursday and I was informed that they would call before the service person would come out - I asked if it could be before 12 noon- I was uncertain if I could be there or my son but schedule the time. I was called and informed they would make service call between 11-1 which was great - They called and were there by 12:30 if not a little earlier - everything was completed before 2 p m- service person very professional and provided information about the repair - pump needed to be replaced and had it available GREAT JOB! - Thank you and yes I would use Mobile Appliances Repair again

Phone conversation with the owner was very pleasant. The owner was apologetic regarding not being able to provide this service and referred me to another mover repair shop.

Nick arrived on time and cleared the drain in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again! Great Job!! Thanks Nick!
