Description of Work: The serviceman came and checked out the refrigerator and dishwater (cleaned coils, etc.) and determined that my drum was bad on my front-loading washing machine, unfortunately. Made recommendations for replacing it. Performed what I paid for very professionally, although quicker than I expected (I wasn't here when the refrigerator was inspected).

Description of Work: Cleaned out clogged dishwasher and rerouted the hoses connected to it. Very prompt, extremely courteous and a pleasure to deal with. Also worked on our microwave. Highly recommend and will use again.

Description of Work: A young man showed up and almost immediately was trying to "sales pitch" additional services before he even truly got down to business with the service he was hired to perform. None of these services are necessary as the house is only 8 years old. Worse yet he did a terrible job doing what he was hired to do. We had to point out 2 of the tasks he had not done - as he began to pack up to leave. So he half heartedly does them - but leaves a mess. Overall experience shocking - in that being hired through AL had to know this evaluation was going to show up. It was all about the sales pitch for unnecessary add on services!

Description of Work: My fridge stop sending cold air. I called Mobile Services late in the afternoon and they came out the very next morning. I told Mr. Nick that i thought it was the overload switch that gave out. He took a look at it and found that the condeser fan motor also needed to be replaced. He gave me the amount it was going to cost me $260.95 after my 10% Military Discount. I agreed and he fixed it on the spot. Parts have a 1 yr warranty. He was very polite and professional. i didnt like the price BUT, it beats buying a new fridge!!

Description of Work: Replaced shattered glass top of my maytag cooktop electric cooktop dropin. I had already got the part from repairclinic.com and arranged for another repair person, whom I had used before and who has great reviews on Angies' to do the work. When he saw the task on Friday, he felt it was beyond his competence. I called several other Angies' recommended providers but could only get appointments for Monday or Tuesday. Finally, I called Mobile about 10am and they were out by 2pm the same day (Friday). They were professional and pleasant. They took the broken part as well as all the packaging to dispose of saving me an unpleasant task. When I mentioned the other person they said that they knew him and that he did good work, demonstrating their professionalism. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone.
