Description of Work: Complete new ac and heating unit, air cleaner, one new and one additional thermostat. They were prompt, clean, went straight to work and were very professional the whole time. Had to relocate the outside electrical box for the outside unit. They covered my entry way, stairs and upstairs carpet. They kept me informed as progress was made. It took them an extra day due to a faulty part. I live in a flood zone and the platform I had was not large enough for the new unit. It was also shorter than code for my area. They purchased new lumber, built a new platform on site and installed it. They made sure it would not sink into the ground as my original one had done. I am waiting for the city inspector to come out and inspect their work on the gas and electrical. I delayed the inspection due to circumstances beyond my control or I would have had them out within a week or two of completion. The job took 3 days due to the faulty part. They made sure I knew how to operate the new thermostats and knew what filters my unit takes before leaving. There were no surprises and no additional charges. My only suggestion is that someone who actually installs ac/heating units come out when the estimate is done or when the contract is signed and let the homeowner know how long the job will take. The person who came out and did the estimate told me that it would be a 1 day job and that there was the possibility that they might have to come back the following day to tie up loose ends but it would take only a couple hours. When the gentlemen arrived the day of the install they told me that the job would take at least 2 full days. Luckily I was able to be home or have someone there the second day. I was very satisfied with the work that they did and would recommend them.

Description of Work: We moved into our home 2 years ago and were never told when we bought the house, the HVAC system had a transferable warranty. Luckily when our technician was looking at our system after we called when the AC went out, he went out of his way to do some research and discovered our system was covered by a warranty. We only had to pay the transfer of warranty fee and a regular service call fee and the remainder of the cost was covered by the warranty. We truly appreciated his extra effort and will continue to use the company for any future household needs.

Description of Work: Heat pump tuneup-maintenance contract. Very professional. Explained everything they checked and the results. Took precautions to not bring debri into home. Offered suggestions but did not try to sell me anything. Arrived right on time and began to work right away. Will definitely use these folks again.

Description of Work: On May 29, 2012 I placed a contact request on the companies web site and promptly received an email stating that someone would contact me shortly. It is now the end of May 31st and I have not received an email or phone call. Clearly they do not need the business, so I won't be going with them.
