Jeff that came for the inspection was awesome and very knowledgeable.

I interviewed 6 companies and although JES was the most expensive, they had the smartest and most complete/permanent solution. My rep was Jose Amaya and he was very helpful and recommended a solution the other companies didn't that solved the problem! He was very responsive and answered questions even after the work was done. The crew led by Brian Swain was awesome and they worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. I was very satisfied by the work and I'm very happy I went with them. They are an example of you get what you pay for!

The person I first talked to explained everything the workers would do. On the day they were scheduled to come, they were on time and did a great job. When I went down to see what they had done, I was very pleased, and the basement looked very clean. I would recommend JES to anyone who has any kind of foundation problem.

After talking to a couple other companies I decided to go with JES. My sales rep was knowledgeable and worked to explain all aspects of the work that was needed. They were extremely professional and the workers were on time and had the job completed as expected! I would definitely recommend them!

After getting beyond the salesman the companies practices are customer 1st.

I signed a contract with this company at the beginning of March, wrote them a check and they were to do the work by mid-April. I never heard a word until mid-April arrived and no one showed up. I contacted them repeatedly, they changed their plan, I had to sign new contracts to alter work plan. It is now late May and nothing has been done. I keep calling. Now they are saying July. I have tenants moving into the house on June 1 who intend to use that space. I am totally disgusted with this kind of service.

all contact has been professional and on time. Jared Smith was on time and very helpful in explaining the process and working up the proposal. i received several emails updating me. Kade and James Monell were on time and very professional in explaining what was taking place and definitely knew what they were doing. job went well and i was happy. they ask me several times if i had any questions or concerns. Wanted to know if i needed them to do or explain anything else. Cleaned up and i was satisfied. Great job. Thanks to all at JES.

The installation team quality of work and customer service was excellent. Antonio Riley, Foreman, Kareem Ferdanan, and Danzel Gaines worked well together, were diligent and represented JES well. The communications with the project office and management team could be improved. We think it will be good value for a good deal of money. The materials used are top rate and the thorough job represents good quality. Crawlspace encapsulation is in high demand now and I can recommend this company for a complete encapsulation job. Make sure you allow enough time and don't expect a quick start to the job once you have signed a contract. There is, apparently, a long waiting list.

This is the 5th year we've had a contract with JES. Marty - the tech who performed our annual inspection - arrived on time, was very professional, spoke most knowledgeably about the product he was inspecting, thoroughly and clearly answered all my questions about the inspection he was conducting, and had refreshing, friendly manner about him. Estimate done by Christian was very detailed and accurate. Eric did the work in a very professional manner.

Had some delays due to equipment issues, but over all the work was neat and they made every effort to take care of the property.

Kade Monell & James Monell did an all round great job.
