JES Foundation Repair

JES encapsulated our crawlspace. The crew (Neri Beltran, Hector Gonzales, and Denilsson Fuentes) worked hard and efficiently as a team to complete the project with professionalism and attention to quality.

I had complete Crawlspace encapsulation 2 years ago. I had 3 companies competing. I chose JES ; great employees, caring, on time, salesman was compromising. Augustine, Greg, CJ, and crew were phenomenal! They made sure to explain next steps and offer walk through as after every step of the project. They were very efficient and respectful of our property. The clean up was also fantastic- other than the expected debris there was no sign they were drilling holes, cutting pipes, or pouring concrete! The worst. LIARS! They said a foundation issue would fix a warping floor. It never did. They charged $7k, installed some foundation jacks, and nothing happened. Then they tried to sell more foundation work. Can NOT be trusted!!

I hired JES to perform a number of foundation works for my property, and I had a very satisfactory experience largely thanks to the JES employee Chris Yi, who was very helpful and informative in every step of the process. He went above and beyond to ensure I got all the information I needed to make the decisions and to make sure the project went smoothly from start to finish. He even came back the second time to take me through another tour of the finished project to make sure I get to see every corner and get a good inspection of the work. Not to mention his exceptional mannerism. This level of professionalism is rare to find these days and people like him should be nominated for the employee of the year.

Chris Barefoot gave me a prompt and professional estimate. Michael and crew placed four jacks and did some shimming work. They also installed a dehumidifier under my house. They had to return on two occasions to get the vents properly blocked and the dehumidifier working properly. But they kept at it until it was right. Hats off!

JES employees called to let us know when they were coming, arrived as scheduled. explained everything to our satisfaction. They completed the job on time, took pictures of the work (it was in our crawl space) to show us what was done. We have worked with JES before and have always been pleased with their profeessionalism, When they were done, they did a great cleanup!

My father asked me to leave a review because he doesn't use the internet well...lol. David Hill, John Prillamon and Joseph McKamey put a support beam in his home and he was extremely satisfied with the results. He will recommend this company to friends and family in the future. JES replaced some major beams under our house, installed some jacks, and installed a sump pump. This was certainly a major project, but thanks to Diandre Williams, Yasser Garcia, and Thomas Jackson from JES, there was no disruption or inconvenience to our family. They arrived on time, checked in with us, explained what was going on, and went right to work. They were professionals and kept their workplace (our driveway!) neat and clean during the entire process. After they were finished Yasser, Deandre, and Thomas spent some time with my wife and me explaining what they did and what we need to do should we have concerns in the future. They even had pictures of what was done and showed us the beams they removed. And after their truck pulled away, there was no indication that they had even been there, not even some sawdust; that was impressive.

JES YES! If you need courteous, professional, high quality work then ask for Tiger, Johnathan Rouse and Jerome Highter. This team did major work in my crawl space to provide new support to old floor joists and replaced main beams. I had 12 intellijacks installed as well as supplemental beams, band board and sill plate replacement. I have a new high level mark to compare other contractors to. They were on time, cleaned up after themselves and were patient with all my questions. No injuries and no shortcuts! The only pain I have is where my cheek muscles hurt from smiling. Thank you team!

Krista and Greg were able to get us in sooner than appointment day. Knowing our desperate situation. They were very knowledgeable and great with explaining things and answering our questions.

Two employees arrived on time , explained the process to me worked.efficiently until the concrete lifting job was completed, cleaned up to my satisfaction collected the balance and left. We are pleased with the job and can recommend it without reservation,

This is our 2d project with JES - a follow up really. The first project addressed the initial discovery satisfactorily. We now have the follow up. We are quite comfortable with this new effort because Chris Barefoot and Parren Felton took us through the diagnosis, suggested solutions and costs. Not just the costs for service but the impact costs. These are not-insignificant expernses and, as unsettling (pun intended) as the work is, I confident we picked the right company , and got a very fair price.

Luis A was the manager on site. He was excellent . Great communication skills and knew his product.Jose C, Jose C, and Jonny M were hard workers and very polite. They did an excellent job and cleaned up thoroughly when done. I would recommend them to anyone.
