Luis A was the manager on site. He was excellent . Great communication skills and knew his product.Jose C, Jose C, and Jonny M were hard workers and very polite. They did an excellent job and cleaned up thoroughly when done. I would recommend them to anyone.

Crawl space was cleaned and encapsulated with sump and dehumidifier installed in less than two days. Kudos to the crew of Emilio Sanchez, Juan Mata and Angel Mata.

In the annual inspection of the flooring jacks installed a few years ago, the inspector discovered one of the foundation piers was starting to lean. The solution was to install 3 additional jacks. The crew, headed by Neri Beltran, and accompanied by Hector Gonzalez, Denilsson Gonzalez, and Johnathan Rouse, arrived about a week later to install the jacks. They arrived on time and got tog work immediately. The job took a few hours to complete and when finished, the crew cleaned the area and crawl space thoroughly. They did a great job!

We had a bad experience with our salesman who lied to us about three specifics of our crawl space encapsulation. These lies came to light while the crew worked on our project, which took longer to complete and caused extreme frustration. The work itself was fantastic, but we will never trust JES again.

I had my slab lifted with push piers then filled with poly and this company came in a tad bit more expensive than some other companies however the quality and warranty made them worth the extra cost, which in my opinion is marginal, and their team was professional and explained everything so I knew what was going on during the process. I definitely recommend JES for your foundation repair needs. Huge thanks to the crew that did the repair for push piers it was Agustin G., Agustin L. and Eduardo L. Poly was Andrew F. and Steven S. Super professional they got in did their work and cleaned up great looks like no one was ever there.

Our experience with JES was unmatched! Everyone we interacted with was kind, patient, and professional. We like to understand the why and how of the work being done, and they walked us through the process each step of the way. From our initial phone call and quoting with Christian, to the amazing work of Larry, James, and Devaun we knew we were in good hands! We had an initial estimate for crawlspace encapsulation last year but werenâ t ready to move forward due to other home projects. We had quotes from other companies, but based on neighbor recommendations and our interactions with Christian, we knew JES was the right company for us to use. When we called back a year later Christian remembered us and details of our home and was able to quickly get us a new estimate and scheduled for service! Larry was our main point of contact throughout the project and was phenomenal. He gave us 30 min heads up for arrival each day, walked me through the plan of work each day, and was so considerate of my need to work from home. He answered all our many questions, and came to us to keep us updated and informed on progress. He is incredibly respectful and inspires confidence in the work he and his crew do! James went above and beyond in our crawlspace encapsulation! He has great attention to detail, in making sure our vents were correctly sealed, and patiently answered our questions about how the encapsulation worked. Devaun also helped install our sump pump and did an awesome job! I was impressed by how quick that process was- I came down at one point and the pump was already installed, without a trace of dirt or debris behind in the basement! Completely satisfied! Will be enthusiastically recommending JES, and our crew specifically, to all of our fellow homeowners!
