JES Foundation Repair

The crawlspace encapsulation preparation crew of Motola G., Thomas M., Austin C., and Justin S. were fantastic. They arrived on time and kept us informed of their progress throughout the day. They were professional and courteous and outstanding representatives for JES.

Orlando, Jordan and Lerel were awesome. They explained everything to me before they did it, and they cleaned everything up when they were done. They even came back to add more concrete when some of it settled. Great crew and a great company!

We had foundation piers in our crawl space and 3 pumps with drain gutters installed in our basement in October. They had to come back in July because water was seeping into the basement from another area. They scheduled the additional work quickly. Conan and Charles added the additional gutter to the existing gutter and did not have to put in another pump with outside drain. The work invoice was adjusted to a lower cost, and we are satisfied . Time will tell if our basement stays dry. Wish they had done all the gutter work originally , as it is noisy and dusty , Thanks , especially Conan!

I had drainage and sump pump added to my basement. The men, Brandon, Michael, Gabe, and Devin, worked VERY hard and the end product was great. I also appreciate their respectfulness in communicating to me about the project. Also, I received quick help anytime I called the office and spoke to Jessica. Many thanks to all of you!

My overall experience with JES was awesome. I left a message on Home Advisor with my issue and they called me back the next day to schedule an appointment for a free estimate. Blaine Harvey came out to perform the estimate and he was thorough with his inspection and provided an estimate for the repair. I signed up immediately and the job was scheduled very quickly. I just had the repair completed this morning by Orlando, Jordon Reyes, and Lorell and I am very satisfied! The team arrived on time, were professional and friendly, explained everything they had performed (including pictures), and left my finished basement clean. I would highly recommend JES, and the team that performed the estimate and work, to anyone. Great work JES team!

A while back, I hired JES Engineering to correct an issue with my kitchen floor. The issue stemmed from rotten sub-flooring, unknown at the time, and the solution they applied did not remedy the problem. Some time later, after money was spent, I discovered the real cause of the issue and asked them to make good on their guarantee. They did, and at no charge. They scheduled a crew and resolved the issue to my total satisfaction. The crew consisted of Josh, Luke and Lenny. I found them professional, knowledgeable and polite. They answered my questions, went above and beyond to resolve all aspects of the issue, and completely cleaned up their work areas afterwards. Initially I had problems with a dehumidifier and drain hose were leaking because they were not properly installed. I wrote a one star review based on that. However, since then JES responded to my complaint and Brian came out and did a thorough job of installing a drain system for my dehumidifier, I was also impressed by a follow up phone call about my review and the subsequent work. I have upgraded my review of JES.

I have a large basement - ever since Hurricane Sandy I have had water leakage into the basement after a big rain - which continued to get worse. JES installed an internal drain system that is working great! The installation crew of Mizael, Cedrick, Dionte and Keenan did an excellent job of professionally installing the drain and cleaning up afterwards. They were very responsive to my questions and concerns. -- Wish I did this 5 years ago!

The repair team of Kade and James Monell were fantastic. They are knowledgeable, courteous and meticulous in the work. I was extremely pleased with quality and care they took in this job. Jared Smith, the sales rep, was exceptionally helpful in coordinating the work and recommending the right solution to my foundation issue. I am very pleased with the overall outcome.

We had Eric Smith, Jacob Muller and William Fanning show up this morning. Eric called and told me when they would arrive and briefed me on what they were going to do once he and his crew arrived. They were totally professional and did an outstanding job. And left no mess. My wife and I barely knew they were there. Simply a pleasure to deal with. Great crew with good work ethics.

I would highly recommend JES! We had our basement waterproofed by JES after it leaked following heavy rains. From the first step of getting an estimate to the final walkthrough of the completed job, the experience was smooth and pleasant. Every individual I communicated with and/or met at JES was professional, responsive, kind, and easy to work with. We had a 1yr old running around our house and the job was completed with no disruption to our day or routine. The job site was left clean and tidy and the work was done well. Before hiring JES, I met with a couple of other waterproofing companies and found JES' cost to be comparable, but their transparency and clear communication to be better. They were straightforward in their estimate and took the time to explain the job - one that I found confusing and complicated - clearly so that I understood everything entailed in the work. Our experience was great with JES! And, again, I would highly recommend them for anyone else needing waterproofing work (or other services) done!
