Got estimates from 3 companies. By far HVAC Warehouse was the best price. Saved anyware from $3,000 to $6,000.00 for exact same job. Derek came to our house several times as I had requested to smooth over some details. On the first day (This was a three day job). Zack and Adam showed up promply. They were very respectful and first laid down floor covering to keep our house clean. All three days went smooth, and on the last day, Two other technicians (Brett and Gregg) showed up to offer help if needed. Thats how this company works, as a team. Not even one problem with any of this procedure. To be able to get the savings I did with the professional service!! Couldn't be happier. In the office, Jennifer handled the financial and administrative matters, Very easy to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend HVAC Warehouse
Description of Work: Purchased and Installed Trane XR-16 Heat pump and Condenser, and 80% efficiency Trane Furnace as well as thermostat, Removed old furnace. Relocated new furnace to attic. Also connected already installed duct work to a Trunk line they installed, added one return grill. (Dual fuel unit). Price also included an extended 10 year labor warantee I added.

The guy was fairly on time, but I think I could have gotten the repair done for less.
Description of Work: My kitchen sinks were leaking. I provided the strainer baskets. The technician forgot to give me my Angie's List discount.I asked how much to replace a faucet if I purchased it, and he said around $300.00.Geez...I'll live with my old faucet.

We got several estimates for the project, HVAC was one of the lower quotes and impressed us the most. I had a rocky start because geo thermal is not cheap and we wanted to see if he would get it done as part of a refi. The refi didn't go thought but the staff at HVAC worked with us to get financing for the project. After that it was just a question of timing things out. Geo thermal installation has more moving parts then the average A/C installation, so it took longer to get it installed then a conventional unit. The ductwork design and installation was great. Overall we are very happy with the unit and the level of professionalism of HVAC

Called out to diagnose and repair a failed A/C unit. Arrived as scheduled. The technician was very professional and quickly located and correct the problem. Replaced a capacitor and wire. Charged over $400.00. Found out later another company would have only charged $140.00 for the same repair. They are highly overpriced.3 Days after the repair, I met with a saleman to discuss replacing the A/C. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. He did a sub par job evaluating the needs of the home. Additionally, he did not provide information on availability of warranties and specials that could have potentially saved me money. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

It seems to me the service and professionalism has improved at HVAC Warehouse from my last years installation experiences. The new service manager, Amasa, has changed my opinion about the quality of service one can expect to receive on the install and the care of a heating and cooling unit from HVA Warehouse. I called to get my HVAC unit looked at because the heat would not turn off. They were rude on the phone. She said that they had people out on emergencies and I told her that I considered my problem an emergency. It was the first time I had contacted them in a year since I had all of the trouble before with the installation so it really bothered me. I spent all day waiting on them.
Description of Work: This spring I had to call HVAC Warehouse to fix a problem with the unit they installed a year ago. The heat just came on even though the unit was turned off. I asked them to send someone right away and they said they had no one to send right away. It took a day for them to send someone, so I suffered with the heat. The first person who came out found it was not the thermostat so he turned off the heating unit manually. Days later the service manager, Amasa, come out and found there was a wiring problem which he fixed.

Amassa (I hope I spelled that correctly!) came out to install a 110 outlet for our new gas oven which was installed, along with the gas line, by HVAC Warehouse several days previously. It replaced an electric one that ran on 220. Amassa was prompt, courteous, and very respectful and friendly. He arrived, assessed the job, and got right to work. He took great care with the new oven when pulling out etc., and even went so far as to level it for us. Above and beyond what he had to do!! He kept a very clean work area, even wanting to sweep up the dusty bits, etc., and didn't mind our dogs sniffing him at all. That may seem like a small thing, but when technicians come in and are less than pet friendly, it can create issues for the homeowners in what to do with the furry ones-especially on a hot day. Anyway, Amassa did a great job, he knew exactly what the range required and how to install it. He also discussed a few other electrical problems that we were having-HVAC Warehouse replaced the electrical box in our home several months back, so we knew that they were familiar with our home and would be upfront about what needed to be done. There are some minor conflicts with some outlets, apparently, and once we save a bit, we will have Amassa come back out and take care of those issues for us. We have had so much work done, in our home, by HVAC Warehouse, and regardless of whether it was electrical, plumbing, HVAC, related, Jesse and his people never fail to exceed our expectations. The pricing is accurate, the people wonderful, and the end result exceeds our expectations. Erin- in the office- is an absolute JOY to work with, always up to speed on what is happening and who is coming, what the job is, and stays sweet and kind throughout our interactions. We will always turn to HVAC Warehouse for any plumbing, electrical or HVAC needs in our home. I DO wish that they had appliance people working there as well, that would be icing on the cake!

We bought a dishwasher and had it installed- everything seemed fine, the install was great- but on the second or third run, we discovered that the kitchen flooring was saturated with water. This was about three am! We called HVAC's twenty four hour line and let them know about it... Once again, HVAC Warehouse came through with flying colors! They sent Louie out to troubleshoot and find out what was going on by about 9am. Louie discovered that the manufacturer hadn't hooked something up properly on the inside of the dishwasher. It held for a couple of runs, but then let go. This was not an install problem. Louie fixed it and was so very kind and helpful. We were going to try and repair the floor, etc., ourselves, but over the next day, the cabinets swelled and the water was squishing out of the flooring all the way into the connecting hallway and it was a mess. We wound up having to get in touch with the our homeowners and are in the process of working with them to get the needed repairs done. None of this was HVAC's problem or responsibility however, as a company-and individually, they have all been so very thoughtful and wonderful, ensuring that the problem with the dishwasher was fixed and that no further damage would occur. We can't say enough good things about HVAC Warehouse. Jesse, and his crew: Louie, Erin, Amasa (I hope I spelled his name correctly- will do separate review on electrician), who is the electrician that Jesse sent out to install a 110 line for our new gas oven, are absolutely super- they deliver quality services with respect and skill. So far, we have had HVAC Warehouse take care of our heat pump, install and plumb for a jetted tub, as well as install of gas line and oven, and now the dishwasher- all with outstanding results. Each person Jesse sends to our home has been reliable, courteous, trustworthy and affable. We have had other contractors out to work on areas out of HVAC Warehouse's scope of expertise and have had experiences where the people sent out were surly, didn't keep a clean worksite, didn't come in near the initial estimate, or extended the job by days and days... none of those things are an issue with Jesse's people. If you are looking for a super result, to your specifications (and an honest opinion as to whether or not what you want done is possible or practical) HVAC Warehouse is the place to go!

Louie did a gas line install for us and installed our new gas range. He also put in the pipes needed to enable us to install gas lights around our patio. We had already trenched the ditch and he came in, with a trainee (Jake), and had the job requirements detailed very quickly. He gathered the supplies that he needed and they went to work. Louie knew what he was doing, as both an installer and as a trainer, and worked well with his trainee. He also was able to answer our questions clearly and in a manner that allowed us to understand what he was doing and why. The job got a little more complicated than initially thought and Louie stayed late, without complaint and returned to finish up in a timely manner. My husband and I were both impressed with his ability level and the manner in which he trained Jake. He was respectful towards us and Jake and his teaching was seamlessly integrated with forward progress on the job at hand. Louie's knowledge and skills were clear in both application and in his ability to teach his helper. He also (thankfully) educated us on how to shut off the gas to the oven and explained the ins and outs of the gas line. Once the gas line and the oven were installed, the range developed a problem- the upper oven will not turn off. We shut the gas off to the oven. Louie was scheduled to come back that day, to finish up, and was able to let us know that this was a problem that needed to go back to the manufacturer and set our worries to rest regarding the gas to the oven, etc.. I certainly appreciated this since we'd been concerned about the safety of just shutting off the gas to the oven, etc., He answered our questions patiently, while continuing to work and train. Also, once the line was in and the oven ready to be installed, we realized that we needed a 110 not a 220 for the range. No Problem! Jessie had come by and scheduled one of his electricians to be out and set that up for us. The work was done well, the site kept clean, tech was skilled, courteous, and friendly, and cost was exactly as estimated. Once again, HVAC Warehouse, a job well done! We will be calling Jessie soon for a dishwasher install and, once we pick out the lights for the patio, installation of the outdoor lights. Replacing our ductwork is also on the list of must do's and HVAC Warehouse will be the people we call in to take care of that, as well.Jessie, and all of his people-from phones to field- are exemplary. Courteous and friendly to us, our children and dogs! OUTSTANDING!!

Jesse and his team were very friendly and professional from the start. Jesse, who is the owner, took the time to meet with me and answer any of my questions and concerns while perorming a free estimate. After doing research, HVAC Warehouse was clearly the best company out there for the job. With two young children I was worried about how long and disruptive this service would be. Jesse and his employees were very clean, considerate, and stayed within both the timeline and price that they had given me. The work was extremely professional and punctual. Once all the work was complete they made a follow up visit after 48 hours to re-check my system and go over and concerns. I would highly recommend this company!!!!
Description of Work: HVAC Warehouse completely removed all previously existing ductwork and installed new ductwork with additional lines. They installed a 3.5 ton Trane condensing unit, 2-stage Trane condensing furnace, Trane CleanEffects whole house air filtration system, Trane touch screen programmable thrermostat, and a Rinnai direct vent tankless water heater.

Overall project was great, system was put in first day so that I was not left without heat. There were two installers to begin and ended up with one installer on the last day, He did a great job of putting the system together and cleaned up well. They wore booties for my floors and were professional. On 2nd day, He finished the air handler and HVAC system very well. He went over the paperwork and the infomation needed to go online for the warranty. He was thorough and did very good work, I liked his job ethic. He stayed until the job was finished well after dark.

The servicemen that came out to install did a good job. But once I asked if they would clear out the cement blocks the old water heater was sitting on, they said they would come back and do it on another job. Jesse initially promised us that they would clean it all out as well, but that never happened. I ended up doing it myself, because I don't have time to keep calling companies to remind them what they promise.
Description of Work: I had a tankless water heater installed by HVAC Warehouse on 2011Aug26. I was told at the time that their company would file the paperwork that was needed to attain a $500 rebate from Virginia Natural Gas. Not having ever bought a water heater before, I trusted this company to handle the paperwork needed for the rebate. I didn't hear anything or receive my rebate after a few months and proceeded to call them again to check on it. I was told again at that time that they would check on it and get back to me. I didn't hear anything back after that. When calling Virginia Natural Gas, they informed me that the paperwork needed to be submitted within 30 days of installation, which was never done by HVAC Warehouse. The rebate ended in December 2011 and I am unable to get the rebate from Virginia Natural Gas. I would like HVAC Warehouse to give us the $500 rebate like they promised in the beginning when selling us the product.

Response from HVAC Warehouse
The member called HVAC Warehouse on 4/27/2012 at 12:01pm to inquire about a $500 rebate from Virginia Natural Gas for the installation of a Rinnai tankless water heater that was installed on 8/26/2011. We explained to him that the documentation required to claim his rebate needed to be filed by the homeowner to Virginia Natural Gas. The member then proceeded to advise the call taker that he was going to get his $500 one way or another. After reviewing his file there is no notation about HVAC Warehouse applying for the rebate for the homeowner nor is there any notation of him giving HVAC Warehouse his Virginia Natural Gas Acct number for us to file the rebate on his behalf. However there is record of the product being registered and that a Happy Call was placed to the homeowner with no follow up issues noted. The calltaker advised him to contact Virginia Natural Gas and see if there is anything that can be done for him to receive a rebate. The calltaker also called Virginia Natural Gas and spoke with Michelle who confirmed what we had advised him, that the homeowner is responsible for applying for the rebate thru Virginia Natural Gas. He called again around 5:05pm on 4/27/2012 and asked what we are going to do about the rebate and it was then explained to him again that we aren't responsible for the rebate that was provided by Virginia Natural Gas, and that we aren't even able to apply for the rebate without him providing specific account information required. For HVAC Warehouse to even begin the process of filing for the rebate, we have to provide the customer account number then all the gas appliances in the home, which needs to be provided by the homeowner. He appears to be confusing the registration of the tankless water heater with the filing of his rebate. HVAC Warehouse registered his tankless water heater on 8/29/2011 at 12:15pm, as per the discussion with the service tech during installation and the documentation showing this was completed. After thoroughly explaining to him that HVAC Warehouse isn't responsible for the filing of any rebates, to include his, that are given through Virginia Natural Gas, he became irrate and threatened to contact the BBB and small claims court to receive his rebate. I am providing supporting documentation from Virginia Natural Gas showing that the rebate is an agreement between Virginia Natural Gas and the Virginia Natural Gas customer. I am also submitting the invoice that he signed at the time of installation, the checklist for installs showing we have a process and the process was completed and the Rinnai registration. HVAC Warehouse feels we are not responsible for him receiving a rebate from Virginia Natural Gas as this isn't our rebate to give and there are guidelines that need to be followed in order to receive the rebate that would require the VNG's customer participation and authorization. Furthermore there was an extensive time lapse from when the product was installed, the clear deadline set by VNG and his lack of involvment with Virginia Natural Gas in making sure his rebate was submitted. The fact that Mr. Lacey called seven months later on April 27, 2012 making demands for $500 or he will file a complaint at the BBB against HVAC Warehouse is unreasonable and unfounded. At the time of his installation there was also a Federal Tax Credit available, is this too the responsibility of HVAC Warehouse to make sure he filed for it?

When we first used them, they seemed extremely professional and seemed to do quality work. We were happy with the first few projects, and were hoping to build a long term relationship with them. As time went on though, the quality of work dipped, as well as their punctuality of showing up when said, and we to this day still have issues with some of the work they completed. We had 2 water heaters in our house. We contacted HVAC to put in Tankless Water Heaters. We paid a large sum for the water heaters and the work. After it was completed, we had to wait upwards of 5 minutes to get hot water. We called them to come out and fix this, and after 4-5 visits, they got it to "kind of" work. Again today, we will wait 5 minutes for hot water. After spending as much as we did, we would expect our stuff to work. We felt they oversold us on purchasing 2 Hot Water Heaters, and were told by some that because they installed 2, it may actually make things worse. After giving them multiple attempts to come out and fix the problem, and different guys constantly saying different things, we have pretty much given up hope that they had enough knowledge to fix the problem.
Description of Work: We used them to replace water heaters, electrical work, as well as some plumbing work. We are small business owners, so we used them on multiple jobs.

We have tried to contact the member on several occasions and have left several messages for him to return our call. We haven't received a phone call back from the member as of yet, however his store managers regularly call us for service repairs and seem to appreciate our quick response and professional technicians. The member, please call our office so we can resolve any issues you are having within your home and the services we have provided to you personally. We would love to rebuild our relationship with you personally.

I selected a geothermal unit that I wanted and the manufacturer only worked through certain dealers. HVAC Warehouse gave me a fair price so I selected them. His crew showed up on time (6 guys), and took about 6 to 7 hours to remove my old system and install the new one. They replaced the concrete slab that the A/C unit sits on, installed two new gas lines for the furnace in the attic, and installed the new digital thermostat. I wasn?t too impressed with the two gas lines because this was never discussed before they installed them and I thought they could have done a better job cosmetically. One of the lines goes from my garage to the attic and it is somewhat of an eyesore. In addition if you are going to drill a hole in the side of someone?s home you should let them know first to discuss options. The crew did a pretty good job on the clean up and removing all the lines from the old system. I did have to repair the old holes myself, which wasn?t a big deal. The only other complaint I have is when they installed the furnace they didn?t move the cable and alarm lines, the new unit was sitting right on top of them. I had to call both companies out to move or replace them. This could of be easy solved with a little communicate. Also on the Trane clean effects air system, they put the unit on the back side of the furnace which is somewhat difficult to get to. The reason they installed it that way is due to how small my attic is and how the unit sits up there. I do understand that it would have been more expensive to install it somewhere else in my home, but this should have been discussed before they just did it. This is why I decided to go with the service plan. The filters are very easy to clean if you can get them out. Overall I am happy with the work and the money I am now saving with my new unit. My home is now cooler in the summer and the warmer in the winter. I also received a large rebate from the state and federal government for updating my system. Just make sure you ask a lot of questions, and have them explain everything to you during the installation and the final walk through. They were very good at correcting most of the problems I had. As for the service plan, they have been out to my home serval times to clean the filters, and make minor adjustments to the system. It was worth the $200. I am going to extend it for another three years. Nice job Jesse, just work on your guys communicate and you will have a great company.
Description of Work: My old A/C unit was about 20 years old, and really wasn't cooling down my home. I was also looking to replace my Apollo heating system (the heat for my home come from the hot water tank), for something more efficient, and cost effective due to having a higher than normal gas and water bill. I called HVAC to get an estimate on a new gas A/C and heating system. The owner of the company (Jesse) showed up on time and gave me a free estimate for a new Trane Effects A/C system, furnace, air filter system, digital thermostat, and tank-less hot water system. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. He gave me different quotes for various systems, and I decided to go with the Trane effects 15 system because it was made in America and consumer reports gave it high marks. I did decide to hold off on the changing out the hot water tank for another time. I thought the price for the tank-less system was too much. They do offer financing through Wells Fargo, and he will work with you to get you approved. If you do decide to go with these guys I strongly suggest getting the service plan. They come out ever six month to clean and check the system for you. It was only an addition $200.

They were super nice and came to perform the quote late at night. They did charge us a fee for the estimate. They were very responsive and was one of the only companies familiar with an antiquated system. However, I did not use their services because we are not replacing our boiler at this time. We might used them in the future.
Description of Work: HVAC Warehouse came out to repair our boiler. The Boiler we currently we have is the original one from 1954. They suggested to turn up the temperature in our boiler. It now works fine.

Went very quickly and professionally.
Description of Work: They arrived on time. They gave us the utmost respect since there are elderly people in the home. The noise was minimal. They replaced duct work very quickly and replace the heating and cooling until to the original position. I was very happy with their work and follow up.

Overall, we had an excellent experience with HVAC Warehouse from start to finish. I found Jesse to be honest and forthright and felt I could trust him. Pricing was quite reasonable for the products we selected, especially with incentives and rebates being offered. Installation went as expected until there was a glitch with a bad thermostat board. The installer stayed late into the evening to try to resolve the problem and took the action of calling for additional specialists until the issue was resolved. The quality of work was good and on final inspection by the company rep. they improved upon some cosmetic details of the install. They did a nice job cleaning up and replacing fencing and were respectful of our house and us.
Description of Work: We had our 2 heating and cooling systems completely replaced with new thermostats and repair work on some ducts.

We have had problems with our heat pump since we purchased the house 2006. The heatpump would freeze up, initially only in extremely hot weather, and we would call the home warranty company. They sent more than 5 different HVAC companies out, over the course of as many years, multiple times per year. In 2010 it began freezing up and stopping several times a month. The home warranty company sent people out and they would say that there was a leak, that the system needed more freon, or do nothing because by the time they got here, the system had thawed out and was working. We could not get a straight answer. Since my husband became seriously a seriously ill/wounded warrior in 12/09 and it is critical to his health that he have air conditioning and the UV light filtration system in proper working order, the typical requirement of keeping the system shut down for three or four days at a time until someone could get here, combined with the number of days that it just did not work, rapidly became a very real health concern and we began to call around to get estimates on actually fixing the system or replacing it. This was very frustrating to us, as a few of the techs had expressed to the hw that the system needed to be replaced and the response was to get another opinion-which was always that there was nothing wrong with the system, probably a leak somewhere. We called HVAC Warehouse for an estimate on HVAC, electrical box panel that needs replacing, and plumbing issues related to Quest pipe leaks through out the house. Jesse, Mark (electrician), and Milton (plumber) all came out to the house and went over each area of need thoroughly, explained what needed to be done and also how much it would cost. We had been working with others to try and get help with funding for the projects since my husband is 100% disabled and requires me to be home to take care of him. They gave us both sorts of estimates- basic fixes that would solve the problems, and then more extensive fixes that would take the steps to ensure that the torn ductwork no longer blew fiberglass and dust through the house, etc. They also are very very military friendly and gave us the best prices we'd seen. Unfortunately, our funding issues precluded getting the repairs done at that time however, as fate would have it, a few weeks later? perhaps a month, the heatpump crashed again and we insisted that the hw send HVAC Warehouse out, since they had given us straight answers and were people we immediately felt we could trust in our home.. more on each tech and Jesse, Mark, and Milton later. After a tiny bit of arguing, hw company did send out HVAC Warehouse and, I believe Mark came out to get it up and running- then Brett came to do a leak test-might have been other way around in who came first. Anyway, the long and the short of it is that HVAC Warehouse determined that the unit needed to be replaced and that two main ducts also needed to be replaced, the something in the air handler needed to be cleaned- i think the coil. The home warranty company was not pleased but somehow, Jesse and his people proved that it needed to be done. While we were waiting for the heat pump unit to come in, we had yet another plumbing leak. This time, right above our water heater and we requested that the hw company send HVAC Warehouse to assess and fix it. Two years ago, my husband would have fixed it-no problem- now that he cannot, it is important to us to have talented, honest, people coming into our home, so once again, we insisted on HVAC Warehouse. Ralph, I believe, responded to the call and assessed the situation and went to call the hw company who would not authorize them to do the repair. The hw called, while the tech was still in his truck to tell me that another pumbing company would be out, first thing in the morning, and if the leak got too big to shut off the water to the water heater. Just after I hung up, there was a knock at the door and Ralph popped his head around the corner to say that he had gotten int authorized and that he was off to get the parts and would be right back to fix the leak! He was gone no more than ten minutes, came in and had the leak fixed in about another ten minutes! I believe about three days later, they came out again, with a unit to replace the heatpump and, once they old one was off and the new one ready to be connected, discovered that there was a problem with the new unit and that another needed to be ordered and would not be in for a week. While I was concerned about how this would impact my hubby, the weather was not horribly hot, so we figured open upstairs windows and fans would be less than comfortable, but not dangerous for him, although the lack of UV filtration was a concern. The next day, as we were leaving the hospital, we got a call, from Gerrie at HVAC Warehouse, to let us know that they would be delivering two window a/c units so that my hubby could have areas that were cool. Since the temps had spiked into the high 80's and the house was unbearable (many windows are not operational..this is a fixer upper!) we were thrilled. Anthony showed up a little after we got home and installed a window unit in our bedroom and one in our son's room for our use, until the new system was put in. Mind you, this was not something we asked for- this was the result of Jesse, and his techs', paying attention and knowing their customers and caring enough to take care of their needs, insofar as they are able... The new system arrived later that week and it was installed beautifully, has performed magnificently, and we could not be more pleased. In addition to installing the new system, Jesse's crew also replaced the two big ducts and, while this was not part of the deal, moved our UV light filtration system to the appropriate area in the ductwork, and did not charge us. How many other companies had been out and seen that it was not in the right area and not even mentioned it? Too many to count!! HVAC Warehouse was not concerned about nickle and diming, they were-to a technician- concerned with getting the job done cleanly, correctly, and for the maximum benefit of the customer. Everthing that we had discussed was done, and more. There were no unexpected surprises anywhere. We knew what the hw would cover and what would be our responsibility. Now, about the people- I am addressing this separately because, as important as skilled, knowledgeable technicians are, if they are surly, rude, or inconsiderate, that can somewhat offset the pros of great technical ability. I must say that there was not one person who came to this house who was not personable, friendly, considerate, kind and able to communicate what they were doing, what needed to be done, and any fees involved, in an intelligent and courteous manner. They all wear booties, coming in and out, to avoid tracking dirt and debris into the house, every little tiny fuzz of insulation that came down as they were going in and out of the attic was picked up, and a protective carpet laid in areas that might need protecting. All as a matter of course, this is how I believe they handle each job, because it appeared to be routine to each tech here. Jesse is the owner and HVAC guy, Mark is an eletrician and Milton is a plumber. These are the guys who came to give us our estimates and they were, each, polite, helpful, able to answer questions and very very kind. Each took time to listen to our concerns, answer questions and giver honest costs associated with the jobs for which we needed estimates. They also gave as great a discount as possible, I think, in honor of my husband's military service. We can not say enough good things about HVAC Warehouse and every single person with whom we've had contact there, from Therese to Gerri, to Ralph and Brett--and all those in between. HVAC Warehouse has the recipe of good people providing great service at good prices, down pat. We are purchasing a maintenance agreement with them, on the 1st, to ensure that the new system gets the sort of care it needs, from people who we trust. I know that we still must get the electrical box replaced and are working on getting to a point where we can call Jesse and ask him to send someone over to replace the box and wire in the little generator to keep the UV and HVAC system and some of my hubby's medical things running during any jpower outages!! Down the road? HVAC Warehouse will be pulling and replacing the plumbing, as well. so--- all in all- we had a most wonderful experience with HVAC Warehouse, and all the employees who represent the company. One more thing for all dog lovers... not one person who was sent to our house disliked dogs, or objected to a couple of good sniffs and a kiss, or two..or three!!
Description of Work: Replacement of outdoor heat pump unit and large ductways. Additionally, estimates on replacing a panel box and removal of quest plumbing from the house.
