They were prompt and courteous.. It has been several years but I don't believe they came back out for just the basic system check which I thought was standard for a new unit.. Top notch company..

It happened again not to much later and I had someone else come out. HVAC Warehouse was overpriced. The company I had out next was $200 less expensive. HVAC Warehouse did NOT honor their coupon offer because they had already written up the ticket.

The guy told me he was going to be there, he showed up late. He showed up with out tools and parts, said he'd be right back. This whole job should've taken less than an hour. Four and half hours later he still wasn't finished.

Everything was great except for the price. They upped the price by around $400 after they started the work. We haven't had a problem with the system since they've been installed.

Thorough explanation of work being done as well as suggestions for future work in spring. Technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. Great service.

The job went very smooth. Thay were here when they said they be, made sure everything was secure before they left and did a fantastic job on cleaning up after themselves. Everyone was professional, neat and very curteous. My thanks to Mike, Bret and the other techs that were here. They did a fantastic job. I have used HVAC Warehouse for years and highly recommend them. I will definitely use them in the future.

The technicians were a little early. They were professional and friendly.

Fantastic!! They were here when they said they would be and even though they ran into some problems, they stuck it out and solved all the issues. Their people are very friendly and professional. I used them again to install new air conditioning and ducts. I would use them again if I needed to.

Nice, friendly, technicians. A few mishaps over the years due to their own errors, which they corrected at their own expense. When we renovated and added to our home, we got an estimate from their estimator only to get an email from the owner which was much higher. Same thing when we got an estimate for a new geothermal. We now work with a one man operator. Does the work and estimates himself and is much more reliable. |

I contacted them with dates through their website. I put two dates in hoping they would call and they never bothered. Not sure why I assumed they would, so now I have waited a few days for nothing and have to try and get someone else.

Although their estimate was lower, I decided to stick with the company that had originally installed the equipment and held the maintenance contract.|

Regular furnace maintenance and also responded to clogged kitchen sink drain. Both services on time and well done

It was great. They were on time and they were responsive and took care of it. They got the job done very fast. They were very good to me. The technicians were good, and I haven’t had any problems with it since. They cleaned up everything.

They do excellent work. The company’s owners are responsive to getting back to their customers. I have been using them for about 4 years now. Their price is worth the quality of their work. The cleanup is always good. They also do the annual maintenance on HVAC system and have installed flash hot water heaters.

They never responded to phone calls, e mails, or to their own complaint report.

It has been a long process but we are near the end. Lots of items missed and had to keep calling to have them corrected. Now that we have the operations manager working on the completion things are getting finished. We are ready for it to be complete.

Hunter thermostats are a different beat altogether.

His explanation went well as he explained in detail what they would do. We did not hire this company as the price was too high for us. We went with another company.

Was on time, clean, fast and polite. Exactly what we ordered.

They had a subcontractor install the unit and when I tried to call the subcontractor, HVAC Warehouse said they were no longer affiliated with that subcontractor. It took them a long time to do the initial work because they were at the mercy of that subcontractor. It's really hard to put the blame on anyone.

The install went alright, but they couldn't get heat or a/c to my room over the garage. So we have to use portable heaters and a window a/c unit; unsatisfactory for the amount of money I paid. Follow up since hasn't been that great either. December 4th, 2012, we had a technician for routine maintenance. He said he would get a part for the heat exchanger; still not here on January 25th 2013. I spoke to Josh on January 25th and he blew me off and gave the standard industry answer "we'll have someone out Monday between 3 and 5pm." So, I have to wait because they didn't complete the job correctly the first time. They also seem to have excuses because of the lack of technicians they have available, I guess that explains it all. They don't have a "can do" attitude, but, instead they have a we "can't do it" attitude.

Cleared line and air started to work
