Description of Work: Annual check of HVAC system, in attic and outside. Replaced 2 -3 circuits to correct amps. I asked about something for rust around the inside ring in the HVAC to keep from rusting, he told me about appliance and I ask to try it, and how long would I see results; I am watching the process to see how this should work. Service was excellent.

Description of Work: They installed a furnace. They installed a Rennai furnace. The job took longer than it should have. I don’t think they had much experience installing this type of furnace. Their attitude was always excellent in trying to fix issues. Their intentions have been fine. They have been ready to solve any type of problem that has come up.

Description of Work: Absolutely the best service I have had from any HVAC service. I have used HVAC Warehouse twice before and they exceeded my expectations. Shawn Ford is by far the most helpful technician. Two specific examples prove that he is willing to go the extra mile to help. On the first occasion Shawn heard that I was having trouble attaching a washing machine supply valve to a Quest water line. What had been kicking my butt all morning Shawn fixed in about 1 or 2 minutes. He REFUSED to accept a tip for helping me. The other incident involved an additional charge from a follow-on call that was more than what I was originally quoted. Shawn actually brought a refund check from HVAC Warehouse on his next visit. I have never seem this happen before. Todays visit by two different technicians was also good. They were on time, professional, did a great job, and cleaned up after they were done. I didn't mention the Angie's List coupon until they were ready for payment, but they accepted it just the same. HVAC Warehouse is awesome.

Description of Work: Estimate - worked to Shawn to get an estimate for two HVAC units. He was very responsive and easy to talk to. He provided a manual J calculation. We ended up going with another company -- however appreciated the professionalism provided by HVAC Warehouse.

Description of Work: I had an Angie list cupond the for cost of the service. They checked the coolant level and presure in the A/C unit (outside) and the fan in the furnace (the actic). Both units use the fan in the furnace for circulation.They said the 22 year old A/C unit coleant level is still good. However, the blower fan and flywheel in the 22 year old heater is off balance, which I knew for some time. They estimate the cost of replacing the motor and flywheel is $989.00. I don't know if this is high or not. Will research it later. They also suggested I may consider replacing the A/C and heater since they are close to the end of their life and doing so would save me spending $989.00 on the fan alone. I'll think about it. They recommended a Goodman A/C and furnace unit and quoted what appears to be a very good price. However, Consumer reports says there are problem with Goodman units. The major complaint being that they were not installed correctly by various contractors rather than being of poor design/material. Will need to research Consumer reports more if I decide to replace it.
