I would have to give the sub contractor for Home Depot a "B" grade, because I didn't like the way they cut the carpet where it met the tile. Home Depot said they would make up for it on a re-do. I was satisfied with Home Depot and they get an "A".

We are very unhappy with the job that Home Depot did on our home. The floor is not leveled, and it has many bad spots. It looks terrible. The workers at the store were not very knowledgeable or helpful. The only good thing is that the workers left the floor clean when they were finished. The company is also not very good at customer service issues. It took us a long time, and ended up going through the corporate level to get our issues resolved.

The sales people were very helpful helping us choose the right quality and color of carpeting. They were very experienced and professional. The carpet was installed very quickly and we did not have any problems. We are satisfied with the service and the installation.

This door is so much better than the old heavy one we had replaced. It is much easier to open. I am very happy with it, and it is much prettier. They did not leave any mess for us, and they hauled the old door away as part of their service.

I had checked with other companies on prices for installation and quality of carpet and didn t find any that was as good as Home Depot. The quality of work done was excellent, and there haven't been any problems with anything.

I really didn't mind the Home Depot, but the contractors were not very good. They cut the vinyl flooring too short, and also created a bubble in the flooring. They attempted to fix it, but it wasn t right. They did not arrive to do the job when they were supposed to either.

The carpet they installed looked great and I would not change anything about the experience. The people that came out were excellent and they got rid of all the leftover junk when they were finished. I felt their prices were good also.

I purchased the carpet from Home Depot and they contracted the installation to another company. Home Depot stood behind all their subcontractors. There was one problem with this installation and that was in the hallway. They had cut it wrong and they pieced it together. It didn't look good and we complained to them and they sent them back out. This time the carpet didn't match the other so we had to complain again to Home Depot and this time they are going to redo the whole hallway.

I was very happy with the work that they did on our doors. The whole installation process went very smoothly and I really liked the price for the amount of work that was done. The quality of the work was excellent. I would tell all home owners, if they need something like this done, this is the company to call.

They did a real good job on the kitchen, we were completely satisfied. The remodeling was a custom job and they gave us the exact design we were looking for. They stuck to their original estimate and finished the project on time. I was familiar with remodeling work, so I knew what to look for and they stood up to my standards.

This is the only time we have hired Home Depot, and they did not let us down. We knew they were inexpensive, but we were not aware of the quality of service they provided as well. This job did not take very long, and the workmen cleaned the whole area after finishing. This included the mess on the outside too. The door slides extremely easy and there are no areas where wind can sneak through.

The carpet looked great. We were very happy with them and the finished job. I was not totally sure what the price was because my husband took care of that part.

Home Depot sent out contractors, and they scheduled the installation a month after we purchased the flooring. They ended up getting into an accident so it took another 5-6 weeks to get the job done. I felt they should have sent someone else to do the job. Overall, the floor looked good, but there was one area that was not quite right and we were checking with Armstrong about that. The process was just plain frustrating. I would consider using them again, but it would depend on the contractor.
