The service was good, no complaints at all.

The communication with their installers could be improved. It was okay.

Selected some tile for a kitchen backsplash at Home Depot. They had a special on installs, so went ahead and scheduled them to do it. They showed up when scheduled and did a quick and professional job. It looks easy when you know what you are doing, and this guy certainly seemed to have done thousands of these installs. It was perfect; everything lined up nicely, grout was just right, no mess whatsoever. An excellent job.

Our hot water tank rupture around. noon. Went to Home Depot to purchase a new one. The salesmen showed me what they had. The one I picked out was in the 4 hundred dollar range. the salesman told me the one just below the one I picked out was all I need for just 2 people, and it was 129.00 cheaper. The following morning, two gentlemen arrived, removed the old one, installed the new one, in a flash. Cleaned everything up and told me I purchased just the one I needed. Had I purchased my first one it would not of fit in the space I had available. Great hint he told me.++ you know after the water is turned off and when you turn it back on, it has a lot of air in the lines. Instead of opening the water lines in the kitchen and bathroom sinks, he told me to go up stairs and open the water line in the tub. the lines cleared much faster and my kitchen and bath room sinks were not all dirty.

It took them about 3-4 days. It was less expensive then purchasing new countertops and cabinets. I thought their pricing was just fine. If anything was not quite right, I was able to call them and they came right out.

The installation went excellently! I had previously purchased the blinds from Home Depot, so I felt that it was logical to go there for the shades and I'm glad that I did as they did a really good job. The contractor was very efficient and quick during the installation process.

Initially had hard time finding someone to help me. When I found the right sales person, it went very smooth. I asked someone for help and was led to Sean. He went above and beyond. The same mower was $50 cheaper on the internet. He honored that price and set me up for free shipping the next day. I originally went to decide if I wanted delivery or should rent a trailer and pick it up myself. When Sean set up free delivery which was going in effect for a couple of days later in the week, I was sold. Sean was extremely helpful, very friendly and a people person. Anyone looking to but anything in the home and garden section should look for him.

They could get us in a short amount of time. Their price is comparable to couple companies that work around here. They haven't actually put the carpet in yet.

A new bathroom remodeling program was started at Home Depot late 2013 called Home Depot Interiors (HDI). We liked the idea because we were told they would take care of everything and were quoted one price for entire job. The beginning date was to be within six weeks of the contract dated 1/3/14. Our tile was not even ordered until 2/22/14, and then there was a problem with that. By March, nothing had been started and, after more than 15 phone calls and 11 emails, we cancelled the contract. Also, HD requires full payment UP FRONT, so they had our money the entire time and we had a difficult time getting it back after contract was cancelled. Too many people were involved in this process, some of them completely out of this area! Very disappointed with a company as large as Home Depot who stresses good customer service. If they use other people who are not actually Home Depot employees to implement and oversee this program, they should disclose that fact at time of sale, and get their act together on this Bathroom Remodeling program. The contractors who came out were very professional, and we looked forward to working with them, but they seemed restricted by what HDI was telling them they could do as compared to what we had been told by the salesman would be done. Bad experience.

I liked them. I got my washer about 6 months ago and my fence about a month a ago. My fence is almost $6,000, my washer and dryer is $1,500, a confectionery oven, a stove top, dishwasher and microwave was about $4,000. I spent a lot in Home Depot.

Arrived on time. Professional. They caught an error that the store made in the order and fixed it. They also adjusted how the equipment was installed to meet our needs due to location limitations in the house.

They were accurate. The only thing I didn't like is that they didn't use their own people to do their own work. It was actually contracted out to local companies, which I could have done myself. I used them for my mother because I take care of my mother's services as well.

Overall we are very happy with the service that Home depot supplied. We did try shopping around for a better price but most of the other stores had cheap carpet and huge installation fees. The clerk in the store was very helpful and the job was done correctly and done early. We would use them again for another room and we would recommend them to anyone looking for carpet.

installation went smoothly. took about 3 hours. seams are not quite as invisible as advertised but still very good.

They said that if we have any problems with it, to call them, and they would come out and fix it. We had a black mark on the children's bath which we couldn't get rid of, so we called them, and they came out the next day and fixed it.

We went with another company after looking at their stock and prices. Assistance was not easy to get, we had to wait for help. One employee had a attitude like we were bother ing her, another lady was quite knowledgeable and friendly.

The purchase of the tile went well. The flooring department was very knowledgeable and assisted me in finding everything that I needed. They in turn, subcontract out to a company to come and measure and estimate how much tile and other product is needed for the service, then you make the purchase. Once the purchase is complete, the subcontracted flooring company contacted me for installation. Of course it was during the holidays, so the service took a little longer than I had originally anticipated. However, when Romanoff showed up, they were incredibly professional and worked in my house for three days. They had to remove old tile, lay the concrete backerboard and then laid the tile and grouted. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend Romanoff flooring. I would recommend you go directly to them, vice using Home Depot. This just cuts out the middle man.

It was seamless, but worth it in the end.

Home Depot's installers were excellent. they finished in about three hours. they showed up on time to intall the countertops. i will use them again in the future.

It went very well overall. The salesman was helpful and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The delivery also went very well with no problems.

I told them to make sure the blinds measured 15 and they did not. He forgot to put the last to slats on as well. He actually took out his pocket knife and cut the corners himself. I told him that was not very professional. It was all messed up. I took the blind back and told them that I wanted my money back. They said they do not give money back on this kind of thing. I told them I bet they will this time. He actually told me next time I should just go somewhere else. I could not believe it. Well anyways, guess what? I did get my money back.

Because they were running a promotion, they were very very busy. People were lining up to give their orders. The staff at the desk was still very nice and courteous. I felt that they were still putting their efforts into doing a quality job. The paint has worked out great. I really liked the layout they have in their paint department, it is full of light and open.

We called a contractor who had done work for us before, but the price was twice as high, so we went with Home Depot. The work was done in a very professional manner and the workmen were extremely clean about it. They finished in two and a half hours and did an excellent job. The door is more solid than the old one and has a much tighter seal.

The installers did a decent job. It only took about four hours for them to complete the job. The installation was included in the price of the carpet. The installers didn't communicate very well with us, mainly because they didn't speak English.

They were very late and I was upset because I took off a half day at work waiting for them. They were suppose to be here at noon and didn't show up until six pm, and didn't even bother to call. They did a real good job and cleaned up all the mess and didn't leave any broken glass. The windows are very nice and I haven't had any problems with them. The window installers were very skilled and professional. I would hire them again.
