These guys are very fast. In a couple hours they were done. The seams and corners are real good. They were very polite and hard workers. They cleaned up after they were done. The finished project is very nice; I am real satisfied with their work.

We are very pleased with the carpet that we had installed. The price was very reasonable for the quality and square footage of carpet we had installed. They were real helpful and experienced in carpet sales.

The quality of the carpeting is very high, and there was a great deal of assistance given to us, when trying to decide on which carpeting to purchase. The men, who installed it, do little of anything else, and it showed after they were through. The carpet is stretched very tight, and the seams are completely invisible. They were personable men, and it was all done in two and a half hours.

Unfortunately, we had to have them out twice to try and get the carpeting level in places and even after that it wasn't the best. When paying a price such as this, it's expected that the service would match that and it just wasn't the case. It didn't seem worth the time to keep having them come back; the carpet just wasn't going to get any better.

I had a problem with the guys that came out and laid my carpet. The seams were in the wrong places; you could see them and I didn t like that. The quality of carpet was pretty good, but I would not recommend them to anyone in the community.

Haynes was one of the largest stores of its kind in Virginia. They really did such a remarkable job and they did it real quick. The corner and seams looked great. The crew was hard workers and real nice people. They got my recommendation.

I really liked that they minded their own business. They showed up on time and went straight to work. They did a great job on the floor, and I will be using them again soon. They had a great crew that were nice, well groomed, and didn t use any vulgar language in my home. I got a special on the carpet.

Haynes did a magnificent job with my kitchen floor. It looks absolutely fantastic. I was referred to Haynes by a friend and I was very happy to have listened to him. Everything is so perfect you would not believe it. The grout lines are 100% in line with one another and they have yet to obtain any dirt inside them at all. I have been very careful to clean them every other month so they will not get dirty. The guy who did the floor told me exactly what to do as far as keeping the floor clean. He was a very helpful man and I appreciate his work a lot.

These guys did a great job for us and everything went good from the beginning. They were friendly and they had many different choices of carpet to choose from. When we made our choice they came out right away and got everything done right.

I went and bought the carpet at The Dump. It was a scratch and dent store and they had rolls and rolls of carpet to choose from. They found me somebody to install it and they did a good job. They got right out there and got it done. I went to look at it when it was finished and it looked real good.

They did a wonderful job installing the carpet in our home. We are satisfied with the turn out of the installation of the carpet, they provide great service. The carpet was a good quality and the price was very reasonable.

I was actually referred to this company by another home owner, and I was glad that I decided to use them because they did a great job installing the carpet. The crew was very friendly and hard working and my carpets looked good when they were finished. I will pass on this recommendation to others, like it was passed onto me.

The tear down and installation went quite well; it only took about two days to complete. However, after it was through, I noticed huge streaks and spots on the flooring. I have tried to contact them, but they have not returned my call. If there is something wrong with the flooring, they are responsible and should have replaced the bad pieces. At the very least, they should have returned my call. This is the last time I will ever do business with Haynes.

Haynes Furniture Company was a very reputable company here in this area and I thought they did a good job for me. The guys got the carpets up and installed the new that same day. They were just terrific carpets that looked and felt good. It was never an inconvenience to me in any way to get the carpets laid, and they were a pretty nice group of people to deal with on all aspects of the job.

The men were very good at their job and they didn t leave any mess for us to clean up when they were done. The quality of their carpet was very good. They had a good reputation around this area. I have not had any problems with their work and they hauled away the old carpet as part of their service.

The carpeting was top shelf material, with extra padding underneath, and we had a great deal of help in selecting it. The installers came over for their part of the project two days later, and got right to work. The house was filled with dust after they removed the old carpeting, so after the new carpeting was installed they did a thorough cleaning of our house. The whole deal was done in one day. The new carpeting is beautiful, comfortable to walk on and easy to clean.

This is the second time I have hired Haynes to do a job for me. On this occasion it worked out quite well, but they tend to be inconsistent. They did not have to remove any flooring, it was a relatively simple job. They did arrive a little late, but they made up for it by doing a good job. I would be much happier if they would behave like this on all the jobs they are hired to do.

We actually removed our old carpeting ourselves, so this was strictly an installation of carpet and padding. They did a good job. They were very courteous and hard working. They finished the job in a good timely manner, and the carpeting looks and feels great. The price was kind of high though.

They day that they were supposed to install they called after the scheduled time to say they didn t have the carpet. It took another week after that. Even though we had already moved all the furniture and stuff. Then when they did make it out it was the wrong carpet again, and after agreeing to use this carpet they did a poor installation job also. It's safe to say I wouldn t use them again, and I would let others know that there is better pricing and services at other carpet dealers here in town.

We have known about Hayne's, and their reputation for years. Many of our friends have hired them for this, and they were happy. The job was done in only a single day, which is rather impressive considering they had to move all the furniture, and remove the old carpeting as well. The job was done cleanly and accurately. There are no hills or valleys to trip over and the carpeting has stain guard to make it easier to clean.

I purchased the carpet from them and they did free installation for us. The crew was hard workers and the corners and seams matched good. They cleaned up when they finished and I was very pleased with them. They were very trustworthy people to do business with.

I will never in my life buy carpet from Hayne s. It seems like every time I go to vacuum the carpet, the canister is so unbelievably filled with fuzz. Not to mention that my home is only 2200 square feet and it took them almost twelve hours to complete the installation. I feel they screwed around all day and accomplished nothing. I am not satisfied and I refuse to recommend them to anyone.

These guys were unbelievable, they didn t show up to install the carpet until 10 o'clock at night and we were up half the night waiting for them to finish. Before these guys, I didn t know carpet installers worked a third shift. The carpet itself looked good.

The company was very efficient and showed up when they said they would. The men were polite, courteous and they explained what was going on. They got right to work when they arrived. We thought their product was very good and we have not had any problems with the carpet.

I was very happy with this company right from the beginning. They helped me when I was deciding what carpet to get and once I made a choice, they were out here right away to put it in. I am very satisfied with the carpet that they put down and the carpet layers who did the work.
