Description of Work: Installed vinyl flooring in one room upstairs. Did not do as I asked and because the workers spoke little to no English it was hard to communicate with them. The floor shows all the seams from the underlayment and still after one year, still has bubbles in it. I will never use Hayes again for flooring.

Description of Work: In November of 2013 we purchased a living room leather Sofa and Reclining Chair from Haynes Furniture. We paid 1/2 down in cash with the remainder due upon delivery. We were told that the Furniture would arrive in a week, that estimate was ammended to December 6th. That Estimate was ammended to January 7th. I am now in February of 2014. My salesperson called last week and said the furniture was in and I needed to pay the balance, $1400, in order to schedule delivery. Balance was paid and delivery was scheduled for the next Friday. On Thursday I received 3 voicemails stating that the delivery was scheduled for between 1 and 4 pm. Late Thursday afternoon I received a call from Haynes saying the furniture actually had never come in and was not available for delivery. I have been unable to talk to a real person while trying to navigate their voicemail system so I have no idea of the status of my 100% paid furniture. Very Disappointed with my entire experience with Haynes.

+ -1 moreI was not pleased with them at all. My old floor looked better than the new. They've done the floor three times now and it's still not right. They sent the same crew each time. I've had problems with bubbling, lumps and seams coming up. They offered me $1200 to settle or to do it a 4th time. It's really been a headache.
Description of Work: They tore up the old floor and put down new linoleum in my kitchen, hallway, entrance way, 2 pantries, a closet and half bathroom.

+ -1 moreWe were so happy with the way our carpet looked when they finished installing it. There were not any visible seams and they fit the carpet snug up to the baseboards in every room. We were definitely satisfied with the work they did for us.

+ -1 moreThe carpets and padding were just lovely and happened to be top quality. We had a problem with the carpet bubbling in places and even had them back out to take care of that. It wasn t real easy to get them to come out even though it was part of the initial agreement and the problem has reoccurred since.
Description of Work: They installed carpeting in 4 bedrooms, a family room, and dining room.

+ -1 moreI heard of them by a friend who had used and got terrific results and it's fair to say that I also got fabulous results. The manner they went about the entire installation process was the best and when the job was done I didn't have a single complaint with the floors. There were no dings what so ever in the linoleum and the carpet was as flat and plush as could be.
Description of Work: They installed one room of pad and carpeting and laid linoleum in the kitchen.

+ -1 moreThe crew of two men came in and worked very well to get the job done. I felt that the price for the carpet and the installation was very good. I was very pleased with the results and will call them again. I paid $18 per square foot for the carpet and installation.
Description of Work: Haynes removed and replaced 1200 square feet of carpet in the downstairs and the stairway.

+ -1 moreHaynes Furniture sent a sub contractor that was just excellent. He took care of everything involved. It was fair to say he did it all in great timing. The rooms were nice. I had a different quality installed in my bedroom that felt very soft. I have not had any problems with the carpet what so ever.
Description of Work: He installed carpet in three bedrooms, the hallway and on the stairway of our home.

+ -1 moreHaynes Furniture had good quality carpet. I couldn't have been happier with the carpet. It was in the installation process where the problem came in. The crew seemed to take very long breaks and left my house in a mess. Everything moved around was not very convenient to us. They did do a nice job on the carpet and we haven't had any problems with that. I guess that is what counts.
