Description of Work: Had my Geo-Thermal unit updated and my duct work upgraded and professionally sealed. They did an outstanding job, I am getting the Tax credit as promised, and have had a decrease in my energy bill approaching 40%. We could not be more pleased with the overall experience.

Description of Work: Installed supply well (with submergible pump) and two return wells for a geothermal system that was originally put in incorrectly. Most knowledgable company I've found in geothermal matters - both the machines and well/pumps. Worked through terrible weather to ensure our service was completed as soon as possible and our family had heat. Extremely professional crew, who took extra precautions to ensure our lawn was not destroyed despite heavy rains. Office staff was fantastic with communication - keeping us aware of all service status, and remained consistently pleasant - even after normal working hours. ABSOLUTELY recommend this company, wish I had found them sooner.

Description of Work: Great service. Fixed a geothermal compressor issue that was misdiagnosed from a different HVAC company. Not the cheapest, but learned our lesson the hard way about picking the cheapest. Still fair price.

Description of Work: Geothermal residential HVAC complete system install; 3 well closed loop system.

Description of Work: Sometime during a frigid night out pump stopped working. We called Gildersleeve about 7 the next morning. One of their techs came about 1 that afternoon in the cold and snow. He identified the problem as a frozen pressure sensing line, repaired and insulated it. He also stopped, more or less, a small leak where that line connected to the pump. He was here for about 2 hours and charged us several hundred dollars. But we again had running water. | 3 weeks later our water stopped again. My husband went out and jiggled that pressure switch and the water flowed again. This happen repeatedly over a couple day span until my husband bought a new pressure sending line and pressure switch and repaired what the Guildersleeve tech had worked on just a few weeks earlier. |

Description of Work: put a well in for us.

Description of Work: Checked well which was fine, pulled prime, replaced pressure tank. Came at time appointed, worked very quickly, no mess. Pump works fine now.
