Description of Work: First floor heating was not working the day before winter storm. They came out 30 min after I called. Troubleshooted issue within 20/30 min. While watching them troubleshoot they showed me exactly what was wrong. The inducer fan motor was broke. They went to retrieve the part needed and went to pick up the part while servicing other clients in between. They came back well within reasonable time and installed the inducer fan. They even re-wired my unit correctly since the builders of my house used a company that did not wire unit correctly. I will use them again and will recommend them to others. They also have a great service plan for maintenance and repairs which will make you a “Fusion Family Member” for emergencies like mine, along with 2 cleanings a year and priority services that puts you to the top of the list if there is a emergency be it weather or other issues.
