Fusion Heating, Air Conditioning & Insulation

10/25 Rachael quoted me a price $138.00 per unit. Laster company called back with a price of $69.00 per unit.

I am a 62 yr old semi disabled widow who has been replacing just about everything in & about my home the last 2 years and this is the 1st time I’ve ended a project actually feeling good about having spent the money and having done the job when it was over. Started with a free estimate with Andrew- a very friendly; professional who advised me and made sure all my questions were answered. He quoted me a very fair price, set things up for the next week - he included things that hadn’t (but should have been ) included by previous company who replaced my HVAC👍🏼 Day 1- Andrew; Ross & Axel were prompt and worked all day in the hot summer attic cleaning out the old insulation I swear you wouldn’t know they were there. They were unobtrusive and left no sign they’d been there. Day 2 full team from day 1 PLUS Dom & Antwan joined them to replace my ductwork. Even with all those people working all day in the attic (it must have been choreographed!). They still didn’t even disturb my 2 cats. Left at the end of a LONG HARD HOT work day leaving my attic; home, and yard clean and better than new!! Wood repaired; cracks sealed and 12” of clean fluffy insulation in the attic (and nowhere else!!) Really THEY ROCK- made it painless!! Wish I’d met Andrew 2 years ago!!

I needed retrofit ductwork repair involving removing an old duct trunk line and reinstall a new one with insulation due to condensation problems the previous one was having. Fusion had the median of all the other contractors’ price points who I conferred with for completing the work. They also displayed the most confidence in being able to do the work to my satisfaction and rectify the poor craftsmanship that the original contractor exhibited. For the most part, the end result was acceptable, there was just some DIY work remaining which I had not anticipated. I acknowledge that retrofitting old flex lines and collars will afford some margin of error for exactness, but simple predesign calculations would have mitigated the problems observed post completion. Also, the insulation wasn’t complete as agreed upon, but I was able to install insulation for complete coverage of the whole duct on my own.

Shawn, Jay, and Lantz installed a new unit for me today and they were awesome. We discovered an unforeseen electrical issue with my second unit, and they took care of that too. They arrived on time and it took about 10 hours. They were clean, efficient and needed very little involvement from me. I work from home and some contractors make it very difficult to actually work, but that wasn't the case with Fusion. They knew what was needed and worked until the job was done. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Mike came out and look at the system. Mike knows his stuff and talk to you in common terms so you will understand what is wrong with the system. He works very quickly and identify the issue to my system. The price that they offer is very reasonable and the job are done right. He even went above and beyond to help me get my unit to standard. I would recommend this company to anyone that ask me who should they call for services. Sorry Michael and Son, you guys cost way too much and do a really poor job. And the Tech at Michael and Son are rude and don't care about you as a customer but Fusion does. Thank you.

They arrived right on time, the project ran over into another day but that was ok as they resolved all the issues that arose and they cleaned up afterwords. Every worker was professional. We would give you pictures of before and after but it was bad before (embarrased). Now we show it off to those who visit and our HVAC is so much more efficient now and we will save on our utility bill

I only got a consultation but decided to go with another provider since I received a better product. The only reason I did not go with this provider was the product that was being sold to me. I was told they sell 2 brands, one was York and the other was another similarly poor product based on reviews I read. Had this provider tried to sell me American Standard or other brand with better reviews I would have gone with them. I must say I was impressed with the professionalism, responsiveness, and thorough review of my current system. Some providers take a look at the outside unit and give you a quick price without seeing what you have. Hopefully they start providing better products which will make them #1 in Hampton Roads in my opinion.

They did the install in an efficient & timely manner and I am very happy with the system. Super increase in efficiency and wonderful wireless thermostat.

Fusion came to my home to work on my heating unit. I generally use a home warranty company but I called Fusion on a recommendation. What they found surprised me! We had a bad part which could have exposed my home to carbon monoxide. They quickly identified the problem and made sure that we did not use our heat until a repair could be done. As I said, I have a contract with a home warranty company and I used them for the repair. Fusion gave me good advice and information so that when I talked to the warranty company, I knew exactly what needed to be done and the approximate cost. Fusion did not need to be so thorough with me because, by that point, I told them about the home warranty. Being professional and caring, they made sure I completely understood the problem and what needed to be done to fix it. I truly appreciated their professionalism and ethics. Because of my experience earlier in the year with Fusion, I called them to give me an estimate on work that needed to be done in the crawl space under my home. I also had several other contractors give me a quote. Fusion was BRUTALLY honest with me. I was told that the mess under my home was the worst they had ever seen (I knew that from other contractors who had been under the house for various repairs). They took pictures and, again, explained what needed to be done and the cost. They gave me a fair quote - better than the other contractors - and I accepted their bid. Fusion was at my house on the date they projected, did the work (including replacing all insulation under my home) in a timely manner and were true to their quote. I must say that the work was dirty and the temperatures were high. The workmen were professional, understanding of my concerns and did not waste any time. They did a little extra but kept the bill to the amount quoted. In the future I will only call Fusion. Their rates, professionalism and ethics are exemplary.

Great prices, and John was great! I live in MS and the property the work was done at is our rental property. He was polite to tenants, and provided pictures of job so it would make me feel more at ease. Would use them again in a heartbeat!

We were able to get a quote within a few days of contacting the company. The work was scheduled very soon after that. Both of the technicians that came to our house were professional, pleasant and courteous. We were so happy with Fusion that we had them look at our central air conditioning system, which didn't cool all of the house like it should have. Having been in our new home about a year, we had our system checked out by 3 other HVAC companies, and no one seemed to be able to figure out what the problem was. Mike from Fusion took a good look at our system and was able to correct the problem in one day and we couldn't have been happier. Living in Hampton Roads, the Summers can be really tough to bear, so it's especially nice to have our entire house cool, not just part of it! We are happy to recommend Fusion to anyone needing HVAC service, or anything they do. They are not only very knowledgeable but very professional, and courteous, not too mention affordable! I had three different companies come by to give me an estimate for a brand new furnace and air condition. Fusion $900 less than another company using the same model and $2000 less than a company using similar products. Ben , one of the owners, was very accessible to me ,answering all my emails and calls promptly with the information I asked for so that I could make a decision. Ben sent over Mike, a friendly and knowledgable installer, who has years of experience in the industry. If this was baseball, Mike would be the workhorse in the bullpen-never complaining about the heat, the cramped attic,or busy workload. All he did was get the job done right with a cheerful attitude. Fusion did a tremendous job with my system and I highly recommend them forget that their prices are reasonable and competitive ......more importantly , they do the job right.
