Mike Vukovcan, the owner of Flawless Pools has been outstanding in responding to all my calls and questions. He is reliable and does great a job! I highly recommend Mike for all pool services.

When Flawless Pools closes my pool, it is in great shape each year when I have them re-open it. Mike is always professional and takes great pride in his business.

We purchased an older home with a pool that had not been operational and serviced in years. Mike did an excellent job at assessing our pool needs and he got the job done. He's reliable, straightforward (no upselling), and knows everything there is to know about pools. We will be using them next season to replace our liner, cover, and heater.

Our hot tub needed a pressure switch replacement, so we went to Angie's List to search for a professional that could accomplish this. We called Flawless Pools and discussed options and availability. Mike was superb with working out a date and time to do the replacement. Initially, he agreed to come on Saturday, and due to scheduling issues on both our parts, he offered to come on Sunday and perform the work. We're so glad that we called him--outgoing, professional, courteous, respectful, and accommodating. We will always use Flawless Pools and Mike's superior and error free service for any future hot tub maintenance we may need. I would highly recommend if anyone needs any assistance of this type--it's a must to call Mike--absolutely OUTSTANDING service!! Thanks Mike!

The work was never performed and vendor never showed up.

The experience was wonderful. They are my all time favorite contractor. I love him. I see him at least once a month.

Mike was very knowledgable and helpful with a possible fix with floating pool liner and he also gave us an honest answer on the life left on our liner. He also checked our pool light which is not working, but it's not because of the bulb being burned out. He gave a free diagnostic. He also broke down and washed the filter of our salt water system and his prices are better than all the companies I had used over the last 5 years. Quality of work thus far is great and I hope prices and quality do not deteriorate. I will continue using Flawless pools. So far so good.

It was a pleasure working with the owner Mike. He was prompt in responding to our initial call. His inspection of our pool was extremely thorough. We plan to have him fix the issues he discovered on his inspection.

We contacted Flawless Pools to install a chlorine generator in our pool. We had a problem with another pool company because they didn't service the Peninsula side of Hampton Roads. My wife called and verified over the phone that Flawless Pools would provide service in Newport News. Several emails went back and forth trying to schedule a date. We sent them our address on Monday, the 16th of June. We scheduled for Thu, June 19th. There was a delay because of an out of stock part and we rescheduled for Sat, Jun 21st. On Thu, June 19th, Mike Vucovcan, the owner, emailed requesting our address. We sent him the address again. He responded that he had no idea we were in Newport News and blamed us for not telling him we lived so far from Virginia Beach. He cancelled the Saturday appointment and rescheduled for Monday, June 23rd. That was the last time we heard from Flawless Pools. We called, left messages and even went to the website and left a message. He never contacted us again. We chose this company because of the great rating they received on Angie's List. The company does not deserve the Super Service Award. I'm disappointed Angie's List gives less weight to my review just because I didn't actually spend my money with this company. My rating is just as important as those that received service. My rating may save someone money, because they will read this review and decide not to use Flawless Pools. Update: After I posted this review, the owner responded with a rude and childish email in an attempt to belittle me. This is extremely unprofessional and I encourage Angie's List users to stay away from this company.

IT WENT GREAT! MIKE AND HIS CREW ARE WONDERFUL.

Having used a number of pool services in the past, I cannot emphasize enough what a joy it is to have found Mike. He is very professional, pleasant, super responsive (anyone who has had a pool for any length of time knows responsive pool service is rare!) and always willing to take the time to do the job RIGHT. He has opened and closed my pool, and also performed repairs. I need to change my liner in the near future and there is no question I'll ask Mike to take care of it. This is a young man who is truly concerned about his business and developing a reputation of excellent service forhis customers.

Mike is a true professional. He will take the time necessary to make sure that the job is done right the first time. He is very meticulous. He is knowledgeable and courteous, taking the time to explain the process and make recommendations on getting the best result possible. He has reassured us several times that if we should have ANY problems or ANY questions, to please give him a call. He approached our job, as I'm sure he does all jobs, in that, he made us feel like it was the most important job that he was doing. We can't say enough good things about Mike and we would recommend him in a heartbeat and will seek his services again should we have any future pool concerns.

We have been through many pool guys who just could not show up or do any work right. Mike did a very good job. I cold called him because my pool pump died. It was kind of a emergency. He came out the next day and replaced the pump. Mike was very professional and provided great customer service. Wish I had contacted Mike before. We recently had another company (I'll kindly not name them) move our filter and equipment. They did some messy work and all they talked about the entire time was the payment terms for the work. Without me asking Mike corrected (at no cost) a shoddy electrical connection that this other guy had installed. We will use Mikes company again.

Mike and Jake were a pleasure to work with. The installation was seamless and Mike explained everything before he left. Additionally, he replaced a leaky valve handle at cost. He has been back several times to follow up and ensure everything is working properly. During his last visit he removed several wrinkles from my liner and we replaced a burnt out Sam light bulb. It's obvious that Mike's priorities are quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend Flawless Pools to anyone that needs work done on their pool. Their prices are vey competetive and the quality is second to none.

They did a fantastic job. Since I installed the pool, I have had 5 different companies and they have been far and above the best company that I have had to deal with. They were on time, honest and reasonable. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it where the previous 5 companies didn't even know what they were doing. Based on previous experience which cost about $600 or $700, they really surprised me with coming in at $335. I contracted them to do my regular weekly maintenance for the summer.

Mike was very efficient did a great job and kept me informed as things went along.

Flaw less pools is fantastic! came out earlier than expected and opened pool water is crystal clear and looking great!

We have been using Flawless Pools for 2 years. They do a thorough job and they're very professional. We understand Flawless, like most other contractors, gets tied up on other jobs. But we wish they would be more accurate in estimating and notifying us when they would be on site. (This is a pet peeve of ours. We consider our time to be as valuable as this or any other contractor's time.) In our opinion and experience Flawless Pools' prices -- including chemicals and installing and removing the pool cover -- are appropriate except when repairs are needed. We would suggest checking to see if a part is available at a lower price elsewhere, especially on-line. Flawless allowed us to buy a part we found on-line at a much lower price than they quoted. Flawless installed the part and the associated labor cost was reasonable.

Not good at all...could not get him to do what he said

Mike was on time and is very reasonably priced. But more importantly his service is just class. He answers all my questions and helped train me as how to use my pool system.

Mike, owner, is very professional and dependable. He has a lot of knowledge of the upkeep of swimming pools and he shows up when he says he will be there.

Excellent customer service and professionalism above and beyond expectations. I give my highest recommendation to Flawless Pools. All of this for a reasonable and fair price.

Mike and Jacob were on time and efficient. Mike did a great job explaining the pool and how the components worked. Mike made himself available for any issues.
