The service that Flawless pools delivered was “flawless”. They left the pool vacuumed and chemicals at the proper level. The pump and filter were set and humming. The pool cover was clean and folded and put away until the fall. I will surely call them for “pool closing”.

I would absolutely recommend Flawless Pools. Michael and his team did an excellent job of installing our new pool cover. Michael was always quick to respond to my questions during the process and the job was completed on time.

My experiences with Flawless Pools was nothing short of excellent from the point of first contact to the completion of the job (4 days due to my schedule). Mike is pleasant and easy to talk to. He did an awesome job and I was completely satisfied. In addition to the closing Mike thoroughly explained the job and added those extra details that made his quality stand out. For example, he did not have to wrap and zip tie drain hose, clean the pool desk, and cover the piping with plastic. His services exceeded those I have received from other pool companies I have used and his pricing a fair.. Will definitely use again.

Turns out we needed much more! Our pool walls had to be reinforced, bags and bags of sand were put in, needed wall foam! Was a lot more work and time for Mike at Flawless Pool! I will say he has excellent knowledge of installations and how it will hold up in future and most of all, how final job looks! We are very satisfied! Would definitely recommend Mike at Flawless Pools!

Simply the best! Not one iota of complaint or dissatisfaction. Professional demeanor and behavior (they are good guys too) and absolutely know what they are talking about and how to do it. Responsive to text, e-mail or phone calls and accommodating of "unscheduled" special requests. Handle everything except the swimming.

Mike and his team were professional, knowledgeable and actively communicated all aspects of pool operation to get me familiar with my pool. My pool was murky and my liner was bubbling when he arrived, Mike assured me he had it under control and he did! Within an hour he and his team removed all bubbling from my pool and had repaired my DE manifold with ease. He tested my water and applied the proper chemicals and had my pool crystal clear by the next day! I would recommend flawless pools to anyone! The best customer service I have received in a long time! If you need pool service mike and his team from flawless pools are the ones to call!

I wrote this once and it disappeared. Installed liner and never came back to remove wrinkles in liner - Have tried for two years - Mike just ignores and moves on to another customer.

At first things went well - Mike worked very hard installing liner and was doing a great job. It has been 2 years so some things are foggy but I have all the correspondence from emails. Mike never finished the liner installation. My brand new liner has 12 big wrinkles in it - that now cannot be removed. He kept saying he was coming and wouldn't. I am so disappointed in Mike. I kept waiting form him when he said he would come and nothing. No call - nothing. He came once to remove wrinkles and I don't know what happened but he left and the wrinkles were still there. As much as I would like to say I would give him another chance - I can't. He won't return calls, emails or text messages. Yet I see that he does work for some just fine and others have the same experience I have. As much as I hate the big pool companies around here - at least they do what they say they will do. He needs to make this right - either get the wrinkles out or put in a brand new liner. I have tried to get this resolved for 2 years!! Never again will I use Flawless Pools

Made the mistake of ignoring the negative reviews. We also scheduled a pool opening this April, and the time was confirmed via email. Took a half day off work and staged the materials only to have a no show, with no communications. After we reached out, still no follow up or communications. Do not recommend. Unreliable service and communications.

Omg! So intexted Mike on the Saturday prior and i came home on Monday afternoon from work and the pool was OPEN AND CLEAR!!! I was amazed! Immediately called and thanked him! I have used Mike at Flawless Pool for four years and never have i come across service like his. Completely unmatched! I swear he makes me feel as though i am the only customer and he is so knowledgeable and thorough. Spot on perfect every single time.

We love Mike. He has done our pool for 4 years. Would never call anyone else.

I have used this company for this same service so I was surprised by this problem. Two men showed up, one new guy and one of the one that had been here before. One guy was constantly out front on the phone. The pool got cleaned however they let out all but a foot of water which I didn't realize. This kept the winter chemical dispenser to float around and treat my pool. I opened the pool cover for the July 4th holiday and it's green with algae. I have tried calling and texting messages but nobody has even bothered contacting me. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MIKE.

We had a similar experience to the previous review dated 6/6/2017. No show or communication for a scheduled pool opening. Last year we had Mike install a new liner and new salt system. Normally I would have gotten several bids for that work. We just gave the job to Flawless because of previous excellent, friendly, on time service from Flawless. They did a great job. You would think after we handed them this high priced work last year we would be treated better. We really thought he was different from the other pool companies. We were wrong. Even a call saying sorry I'm to busy or whatever, would have been better than nothing.

This is tough to write because we have worked with Mike, from Flawless Pools, for three years and never had an issue. I first contacted Mike on 15 April for an opening on or around the 17th of May and he responded two hours later that 17 May would be fine. I reconfirmed the appointment on 14 May of which he responded that we were still on the schedule. 17 May arrived and no show. Mike stated he was stuck on a job and could not call to let me know he would not make it and re-scheduled me for Friday, 19 May between 10-12 am. No show again. Mike then text that evening stating he had a long day apologized about not making it out to the house but will be here Saturday 20 May. At this point I had lost faith he would be coming out at all and I was right. Mike even went so far as to tell me he was on his way and just never showed up.. The problem is my pool was uncovered and filled to assist Mike with the opening. It has taken me over $400 to pay for another company to clean up my pool and the fact that he lied about multiple scheduling changes. It is too bad. Mike is knowledgeable and responsive normally but ignored calls and texts. I will never use Flawless Pools or Mike again. I have the text stream with times, dates and conversations, and all photos of my green pool; if there is a dispute.

Mike and his company are remarkable. I have used MANY pool companies in the past to open and close our pool as well as for repairs and NONE come close to the quality of work as well as thoroughness and professionalism of Flawless Pools. They did things that no company has done for a pool opening. Mike is polite, professional and meticulous with regards to details insofar as opening our pool, ensuring that it is completely ready. He even hose down our pool deck. Our pool has NEVER looked so clean after an opening. I definitely plan on staying with this company for all my pool openings, closings and repair needs.

Great crew! The Flawless Pools team went over the top to ensure all question’s were answered and all pool needs were taken care of. They always show up on time and are very courteous. Clean up after themselves. My “60 70” guys for all my pool needs. Highly recommended!

This is the second time we’ve used their services and is both cases, Michael was very responsive to our request, he was prompt is responding and did an excellent job & fixing the problem. In addition, the price he changed was fair.

Mike was at my home in record time! The pump that he installed is so quiet! My husband is so happy!

Amazing! We called at the last minute asking if Mike could close the pool before the arrival of bad weather (Hurricane Matthew); his team showed up quickly and closed our pool. Everything is stored perfectly for me! I know when he opens next summer the pool will be in excellent condition!

I was told my service would be no more than $225.00 and I was charged more. This happened last year too.

Mike and his helper did an excellent job removing our 11 year old above ground swimming pool. They were organized, very professional and well equipped and prepared for the task. They carefully deconstructed the pool and rock boarder and removed everything, leaving the site pristine so that we can have a gazebo installed on the site! We were very pleased with the quality of their work and would recommend them highly!
