Did a great job. Pool sparkles. They did so well that I hired them to do the weekly maintenance on the pool. Would highly recommend them to anyone who wants their pool to look great, at a fair price.

I would use this company again. It took a few days for them to schedule me but it is summer and I know this is their busy season. They changed my sand in my pool filter and gave me some great information about the use of my multi-valve system. I will call them in the future and recommend them to my neighbors.

Mike and his team are great! We used them last year for our pool maintenance and this year to replace the liner. They are reliable and honest, two traits hard to come by in vendors these days. We used them in high season and they kept their promise and the pool was open by Memorial. I highly recommend and will continue to use them for all of our pool needs.

Mike is an awesome guy. He's come out multiple times to get our pool up and running, including providing chemicals and training on our salt water pool. Our pool looks great!

Mike's team opened the pool in April and checked to make sure everything was working. Shortly after opening the pool the tenants noticed that the pump was malfunctioning (loud clunking noises are not good) so they turned it off and called Mike. No response. The rental manager called Mike. No response. I called Mike from stateside when on a trip there and then from overseas over a dozen times to both numbers and sent two e:mails and posted to his web site. Nothing. No reply, no visit, nothing. The pool is green, the chemicals are out of balance, the pump does not work and now there may be a leak. The tenants have been unable to use the pool for a month and won't be able to enjoy it for the Memorial Day weekend. What a disaster. Since we have a signed service contract I expected the pool maintenance to be worry-free, especially based on past experience with Flawless Pools. At the very least I expected Mike to call and tell me what is going on. We are so disappointed. I would not recommend Mike, unfortunately, because of this horrible experience. Flawed and unprofessional.

This guy was a no show two weekends in a row. I concur with everything the last reviewer posted. Mike agreed to open our pool but blew us off twice and then told us that he doesn't technically do work in our area (Rt. 17, one mile from suffolk on bridge road) and that he was doing us a favor by scheduling us in. Wow. Why not just tell us that he doesn't work in this area? We had 10 other pool companies to pick from with reviews just as good or better than his. I wouldn't recommend him. Update #2 After submitted the above review, I received a text message from Mike at Flawless Pools. I'm attaching a picture of the text message so the world can see what a professional guy Mike is. Real class act.

On March 23 on contacted Mike via e-mail and phone message to confirm April 2 Pool opening- He confirmed and had me go to his website to enter contact information and reconfirm. He no showed .I called, text and e-mail with no response. You if business in that good just tell me sorry I can not take anymore customers. I hate contractors who do not respond or communicate. Disappointed.................

This guy is OUTSTANDING and I would never consider using anyone else for pool services. He was so incredibly helpful. No matter the day, time, circumstances, issues, he made himself available to me. I had just purchased my home and had a pool with really no supplies to clean it with! He came to my rescue and completely saved the day with his customer-friendly impeccable service. The quality of work and the professional demeanor of everyone in this company is second to NONE!!! I will be calling him again to open my pool for the new season and am very grateful. After the use of several different companies for the service and repair on our large and old pool, we finally found our keeper and go to guy. Mike is outstanding in his knowledge, courtesy and pricing. Included some minor repairs free of charge, which no one else had done. Even surprised at the thoroughness of the pool closing. Equipment neatly put together and stored in shed. Just Fantastic all around and can't recommend him highly enough. I feel better that after 3 years here, we have finally found our go to person for all our pool needs.

This is my second review of Flawless Pools, but given the extensive nature of this work I wanted to be sure to take the opportunity to sing Mike's praises again. Since I figured most people think about liner replacement in the Spring when they are opening their pools, I decided to do mine in the Fall so I'd have less competition for Mike's time! I needn't have worried...as usual, Mike was knowledgeable and always patient in explaining to me the process as well as liner replacement options. I was terrified about picking a liner that would look great in a brochure and not-so-great in 20' x 40' real life. He brought me several sample books so I could literally hold the patterns that I liked under water to see how they'd look. It took me awhile to make the decision, but once I did, Mike got me a great deal on a premium liner with sun and chemical resistant features (and it looks beautiful!). Anyone who's replaced their liner knows this is a multi-stage process, between emptying the pool, removing the old liner, repairing cement defects, installing the new liner, and ensuring the new liner remains wrinkle-free during re-filling. Mike and his team were diligent and thorough in performing the work and monitoring the refilling. He then also re-located and installed a new exit ladder, fixed an electrical issue, fixed a leak in the pool pump, and made sure chemicals were correct and balanced in the newly refilled pool before closing for the winter. I can't wait to open in the Spring with a brand new pool! If Angie's List allowed an A+ review, Mike would deserve it. He takes great care to provide his customers with phenomenal service, and with such a positive attitude to boot. I previously highly recommended Mike for pool servicing issues, including openings and closings. Not surprisingly, now that I've gone through the liner replacement process with him, I can add yet another glowing recommendation for his company if you are in need of this service. I am so happy with the results!

Flawless Pools, Mike Vukovcan was recommended by a couple of neighbors. I called and left a message with Mike who immediately returned my call. When I explained what I needed done, Mike knew exactly what was to be done. He really knows his profession. He came out and got to work. He was really very good. Mike and a co-worker estimated the time it would take, and started to work right away and met his own timeline. The pump is working and appears to be (Like the company) Flawless. I hope to use Flawless Pools in the future.

He said he had me on his list, then did not hear from him. Called him and he said he was waiting for a warm day. There had been several warm days prior to this. Told him I could turn the heater on if he would let me know when he was coming. Never heard from him again. Oct 6th I sent him an e-mail saying that I would assume no response to my last requests meant he did not want this job. I wish he had told me that a month or more earlier so I could have contacted someone else.

Mike inspected my pool, filter and pump. Since I just bought the house and pool, he showed me how everything went together and the job they did. He answered all of my questions and provided me with excellent information. Everything was sparkling clean when he finished and the quality of work was great.

Mike has been opening and closing our pool for several seasons. He and his crew are extremely professional and efficient. I trust Mike and he has never let me down.

Mike opened my pool this past season and gave me a thorough intro as a new pool owner. He has been available to answer all questions throughout the year and just did my closing. We used a different company to close last year and for the same price, the difference was night and day. He took the time to explain everything and was very thorough. Don't hesitate, call Mike!
