Mike and his crew did a great job! I did my homework before deciding to go with Flawless Pools and it paid off. Mike is a true professional that did a great job of cleaning my swamp of a pool and installing a new salt system. He was always on time and delivered exactly what he said he was going to deliver. When the pool cover came off, the pool water was very dark, but its crystal clear now after a lot of very hard work and many trips to the house by Mike and his team. He checked and repaired our system as needed. Very thorough. This energetic, ever positive young man runs simply the best the pool service company we have used in over 20 years. I wont even consider calling another company.

If you are looking for PROFESSIONALISM stay FAR AWAY. I purchased a big deal to have Flawless clean my pool. The coupon said any size pool. The technicians came out to my house, spent 15 minutes, and left without a word. The next day the owner contacted me and said the coupon was for a small template pool and my pool was so dirty it would cost 250 - 300 to clean. When I purchased the coupon we entered into a contract to perform a specific service at a specific price. When the technicians were at my house hey did not even go through the motions of cleaning the pool (no vacuuming or scrubbing) so I lacked confidence in this revised estimate. I said thanks but no thanks and requested my money back. His response to say that I should be paying him double for wasting his time. I suspect this company has sold too many big deals that they can no longer service. Either way they lack professionalism and the rude and incomprehensible messages I received from the owner makes them one company I will not use or recommend. There are plenty of quality companies that clean pools in the area. I found one whose regular price was a little more than the 'big deal' price I paid.

Mike was easy to reach, explained everything in detail and took pictures of parts replaced for my records. He was very professional and pleasant to work with unlike many pool guys I've hired in the past. I will definitely call him for future services.

Mike is the best of the best! Conscientious responds quickly to tests, shows up when he says he will, has a fantastic attitude, does a great job and always goes the extra mile. The best part is he does all of that and is also reasonably priced. I wish all companies were like flawless pools.

The crew was great. Arrived on time. Removed old sand and determined a good portion of the old filter sand was missing/had been lost. Replaced the sand and in addition checked all the filter fingers and other internal/external parts to make sure everything was in good working order. They answered all the questions they could about the pool, since it was rather old, and the cost was more than reasonable.

We are very pleased with the service provided - promptly responded to our call, showed up when promised and performed the service we needed at a reasonable cost.

They were a joy to work with. Responsive and adjustable to schedules. Spent more time than expected and left area ship shape. Could of asked for a better deal!

My experience with flawless pools was a good one from the very beginning. Mike responded to my request for services right away. He was actually on his honeymoon but was still staying on top of the business. He was coming home that day and contacted me the next day. We set up a date, which was one of the dates I requested and he worked around my schedule. He gave me a two hour time span in which they would be here so I didn't sit around all day waiting and they arrived on time as promised. It rained on the date we had scheduled so he contacted me and rescheduled for the very next day. He was a very nice and considerate man. The team went above and beyond to help me out. I really appreciated their kindness and help. The two young men arrived on time and introduced themselves and showed a great deal of knowledge about what they were doing. They got right to work and they had brought all the necessary equipment to clean the pool and get the pool ready for winter. I had my own winterizing kit but they had brought extra just in case. They were super efficient with the work. They did a much better job cleaning the pool than I would have done. After unplugging the pumps, they put them neatly in my shed for me. They also put away my bulky ladder and cleaned up the pool area. You wouldn't even know they were here. After they covered the pool they came to the door with all of my warranty paperwork that I had forgotten in the box. They were both professional and polite throughout the whole process. I will definitely be using their company again. I highly recommend them for your pool needs.

Mike is great to work with. He is very responsive and professional. He goes out of his way to make sure everything is working perfectly. He is a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him.

Mike V. at Flawless Pools provides top notch service. I moved here about 1.5 years ago; this is my first house with a pool. I tried my neighbor's pool guy but he was unprofessional on multiple levels. I know very little about pools and related maintenance. I needed a pool guy who was knowledgable and patient; I found that person in Mike V. at Flawless Pools. Mike spent a lot of time with me, going over the basics (how to back wash, how\when to clean my filters, etc.); he even let me record him on my iPhone. He also fixed a light in my pool for 85 cents (the cost of a replacement bulb); other contractors had quoted me hundreds of dollars to replace the whole unit\wiring, etc. My only problem with Mike is that he can be difficult to get ahold of. I think this is because he's really good and holds himself to a very high standard: he gives his all to every job; providing that level of effort, consistently to every job takes time. I wish he had more availability.

Mike provided excellent communication and service, including taking and sending photos of the work before and after.
