I called on a Friday and Mike, the owner got back to me the same day. We talked about price and then set up a tentative appointment for the following 'thursday. Afer several text messages we agreed on a time and he and his partner showed up that day. Mike explained how he would accomplish the conversion and we agreed on where he would install the control box. After about three hours the install was complete and Mike was adding salt to the pool. The installation was neat and professional. Mike told me he would be back the next day to check the salt level in the pool and calibrate the controls. He returned the next day, added salt and then said it had to run for 48 hours before it would be ready to go. He came back and set the contrlols and explained them to my Wife and I and told to me to call if there were any problems or questions.

Great! Mike continues to go above and beyond, performs extra tasks at no charge to do the job right.

I have reviewed Mike before but feel the need to do it again. He is so nice, knowledgeable, honest, etc.! Even though he could not really fit me in for another week - I sent him a 911 text (my husband is gone and usually takes care of the pool) and he is coming today! If you have a pool - not only is he the best (and I tried 4 others in Chesapeake) - but no one can touch his prices for salt water conversion.

The referred provider completed the service the same day as initial contact The repair was reasonably priced. The provider was professional and courteous I would recommend both providers and will definitely use both in the future for any pool services.

They were professional, punctual, and thorough. Mike and jake got right to work and completed the job in about 4 hours. They had closed our pool last year and done an outstanding job but I wanted to wait and see what it looked like when they opened it in the Spring before writing a review. The pool was clean! Some leaves and pine needles blew in under the cover and there was an inch of algae just starting to form on the pool lining closest to the pool cover but, compared to past years where we had deep green throughout the pool and it took two weeks to clear up, this was beautiful. The colder winter helped but I think Mike put the right amount of chemicals in and we took the cover off before it got too hot. I'm giving them most of the credit for how good the pool looks. They're great guys and I would strongly recommend them to anyone with a pool. We will continue to use them for ALL pool related work we need done.

Michael is exceptional to work with! The pool at our new house was a complete disaster. But, I explained to Michael that my primary concern was the safety of our dogs through the winter and that we'd deal with cleaning up the pool in the spring. He ordered my new cover immediately and it was installed within a week. I came home to find he and his coworker finishing up in the middle of a snowstorm!! What a load off my shoulders knowing that our dogs would be safe in the backyard! Michael, thank you for your knowledge and professionalism. You are a pleasure to work with. I will see you in the spring!

Flawless Pool Services were very polite and courtesy. Mike kept in touch with me to let me know when he would be at my house. After arriving at my house, Mike and his partner took a look at the tank and the motor and found out the problem right away. Needless to say they where able to fix the problem right there and then. They were very professional and nice guys. I would be using them again for sure.

Mike came out and took detailed measurements of the pool, sent those to the liner company and had the liner custom made to fit the pool. They removed the remaining water in the pool and removed the old liner and fittings. The pool bottom had settled in an area, so he made sure this was patched correctly. The new liner was installed with all new fittings and everything looks wonderful. Mike was very willing to explain all procedures and took the time to stop what he was doing to answer my questions.

Update: punctuality has been downgraded due to never making an appointment on time, over the past year and a half. Service remains great otherwise. ___________________________ Great. Mike was very communicative, and always treated us as a valued customer. The installation required customization since the deck was built right up to the pool soffit. During the consultation process, Mike consulted with specialists to find the best solution for our particular case. Unfortunately, on the one day I had some time to meet Mike, his arrival was delayed. We just missed each other, but he made it up through phone, email, and text conversations.

Mike is always on time, extremely professional, courteous, affordable and impeccably good at his field. We have tried "many" pool companies and Flawless Pools is above and beyond this Best Virginia Beach has to offer!

I have a bigger job I am planning with him in the coming weeks.

I called Flawless Pools based on rave reviews from Angie's List. Mike promptly called back and scheduled a time for him to close our pool. We have a 28,000 gallon in-ground pool. He arrived a few minutes early. He and his colleague went to work and did an outstanding job cleaning the pool and skimmer, back-washing the filter, lowering the water level, draining and closing off the pump and filter systems. They replaced a couple of return caps, put in chemicals to prevent algae growth, and put the mesh cover in place securing each tie-down. He showed me what they had done and I noticed that everything was cleaned up and put away. Mike is very personable and professional. There is a difference in pool service providers. I am really impressed with Mike and Flawless Pools. He lives up to the name of his company. He'll be back in the spring to open up the pool.

Mike was, for lack of better words, AWESOME! He was extremely professional on the phone and very knowledgeable. He asked me several questions and was able to give me a exact quote and accommodate my time schedule. He showed up on time, provided the services I required, gave me some much needed advice, and left the area clean! I will definitely use him again in the future!

Perfect, our pool was chemically perfect and clear. All our excess items like our pool ladder and polaris were carefully put away. Mike even sent us photos showing us our pool and clean filter. Professional, polite and perfection describe this business.

They came on time, did what they said they would, and were reasonably priced.

It went very well. They did a really good job cleanup the pool ($225) than installed the new cover ($7200). Friendly, efficient, honest.

From the moment he contacted me he was the ultimate professional. He arrived on time, came with his own pool equipment to clean the pool until he could check our equipment to ensure it was in working order. He spent over 5 hours total the first day and then again today to make sure everything was in perfect order. He will come by once a week until my Husband is home to go over everything regarding our pool and work out the details to convert the pool to salt water. His costs were fantastic and coupled with his professional knowledge and professional behavior I cannot imagine using anyone else! We have used 2 other pool companies in the brief time we have owned this house (3 weeks) and everything about Flawless Pools was like a night and day difference. His price alone, for the conversion, is 1/3 of what one of the other pool companies quoted. I recommend him totally for anyone looking for anything to do with their pool!

Arrived early, were quiet, prompt, professional. I needed them to hook up a now motor to my pool filtration system, not only did they wire it up, they checked the entire system, and moved the pipes, ensured that everything was working properly and only went 10.00 over what they quoted due to all the problems, These guys are A+++

Mike was prompt; did an excellent job; he is very friendly, we have been using him for four years and have been extremely satisfied with all the work he has done for us. We can't say enough about him. He is a man of integrity and honor.

Came in cleaned and stayed cover, vacuum install rail for steps and ladder for pool.

They did a great job, the pool looks fantastic! The liner was installed and pool filled and ready to swim in by Memorial Day as requested. I would definitely use them again.
