If you would, allow me to introduce "Flawless Pools, LLC” The legacy began in 2008 with a certain vision in mind. Our primary mission was to provide our customers with the finest quality workmanship coupled with the emphasis on ethics and customer service. Setting high standards, our goal was to create pleasant and challenging employment opportunities while providing the best possible product and service to our customers. Over the years, our number one priority has remained the same, 100% personal commitment and total customer satisfaction. Mike Vukovcan Company founder Mike Vukovcan has been heavily involved in the pool industry since the age of 16 and has worked in every facet of pool construction. He began his journey working the summer months through the school years up until the end of college. He gained a vast amount of knowledge and experience during this time. Upon graduating from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University, popularly known as Virginia Tech, in 2007 with a degree in Biochemistry, he set out for a pursuance to the School of Pharmacy at Virginia Commonwealth University’s Medical College of Virginia (MCV). It was not until that time the expected pathway for pharmacy school would deviate toward the pool industry. The rest is history… With an emphasis on vinyl liner and safety cover replacement at the heart of the company, the other services and products provided are endless. We have professional experience working in all areas of the industry and have been renovating, servicing, and maintaining swimming pools since the start. Our executive team consists of myself and compromises some of the top specialists in the area, leading to breathtaking designs and extraordinary craftsmanship. Heavily due to the pride and dedication we have for our reputation, we live by our motto, “When overcoming perfect becomes possible…” and strive each and every day to reach the highest plateau. With our office located in Virginia Beach, we are conveniently located to service any of your swimming pool needs. Are operations are not consolidated only in Virginia Beach, but include most of its neighboring cities and all of the Hampton Roads area. My other pool services include: swimming pool light repairs and replacement, salt system conversions, pump & filter repair/install, sand changes (all size sand filters), chemical balancing, partial leak detection, etc.

Mike and his team are simply the best! Professional, responsive, kind, and beyond generous…they will take care of all your pool/spa needs with a smile. I’ve worked with Mike for a year now and truly cannot put into words how wonderful of a person he is! I am a first time pool owner, so I would hit him up regularly for advice and he was always swift and helpful in his responses, even altering his routes that day to stop by and coach me. Description of Work: I was strongly impressed by the responsiveness and quality of service. They returned my call within a few hours of calling, suggested a few simple tests to save me the service charge, and then set an appointment within the next few days. They were there exactly on time. They were friendly and professional. They fixed the problem very quickly and my system was running better than it had run in years. I recommend these people highly! I will use them again, without question.

Description of Work: Mike and his crew replaced my pool liner and added the salt and chemicals back in to get it swim ready. I was very impressed with Mike's professionalism and expertise. He was always very prompt in calling/texting me when I contacted him and the job they did is beautiful. I would not hesitate to refer Flawless Pools to anyone!

Description of Work: I found Flawless Pools on Angie's list, and after reading the reviews sent Mike an e-mail asking for a quote to replace a 3/4 hp motor on my pool pump. Mike quickly responded with a proposal, that was very fair, and much less that Leslie's ( who wanted to sell us a remanufactured pump, for the same price as a new one!). Mike arrived as scheduled and is a very professional, polite young man, He quickly changed out the motor, and made a few plumbing changes we requested at no extra charge. I highly recommend Flawless Pools, and will use them whenever we need any work on our pool. If you want the highest quality work at a fair price, give them a call
