It didn't happen, too many excuses to return.

Removed old pipes, re-aligned everything, and plumbed correctly.

this is the third time I've used Elite for plumbing repairs. They are professional thorough and extremely reasonable.you must be patient because they are very busy.

They were prompt and helped me with an extra lead I had!

I called him and he said he could do the work on Wednesday. He said he would let me know the time. I never heard from him. He sent a message today. I am cancelling the deal.

He was very friendly and professional. Gave an honest assessment of the hot water heater, saying it needed to be replaced soon. I knew it was honest because that's what the inspector told us when we moved in three years ago. He answered all my questions about a tankless heater and gave me a decent quote for the heater plus installation.

I live in VB & Dale Kelso came by today to take care of a few plumbing problems I had called him about. He took a look at what I was asking (re-plumb a stove gas line) and suggested a solution that was quicker, easier AND cheaper than what I had in mind! His honesty truly saved me about $200-300. I'd give him a call next time for my plumbing woes just for the fact that he is obviously more interested in doing a good job than just collecting your money. Thanks Dale.

He was only here for 15 minutes. I wasn’t impressed with the plumbing inspection. I don’t think he put forth any effort. He did give me some recommendations and provided a quote. He was very knowledgeable. He took care of my main concern of the water heater. The price was fair. He was late but called to let me know he was running late and was very apologetic.

The initial water heater flush was quick and efficient. I had a lot of sediment that was flushed out. The inspection of the rest of the plumbing showed a problem I already knew about. I had no hot water in my master shower. This problem had developed about a week before the scheduled service, so I waited for the inspection. I was told to purchase a part and the technician would return to install the part. There were scheduling issues, but these were resolved. The part was a problem and would not fit into the tub without leaking. After 3 attempts, the technician went to his truck and used a complete unit which worked and I have hot water again. He went above and beyond the initial service call and I really appreciate his dedication to fixing my problem.

I was not at the house when the plumber worked on the the fixtures. All I know is that the toilet is not leaking anymore and that now I can take a shower without getting burned.

This is the second time this year we've called on Frank Mills to handle a shutoff valve problem in our home and the second time he's arrived, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, and charged a less-than-expected rate - his pricing isn't just reasonable, it's excellent. And for those of you with large dogs who believe every visitor is there to see them, not to worry - Frank gets along just fine with enthusiastic canines. In a house with aging plumbing, I expect we'll be running into ongoing repair needs over the next several years, but as stressful as plumbing problems can be, at least we don't have to worry about scrambling to find a good plumber -- we'll just keep Frank on speed dial.

This is the second time I've used Elite Plumbing. I called Frank and explained to him that we were replacing our countertops in our kitchen. I needed to have the dishwasher, sink and disposal disconnected. He came to my home early (8:00 am on a Thursday morning because I had to go to work), looked under the sink and finished the disconnection in less than 20 minutes. He also said the plumbing under my sink was a mess (I had heard this from others as well). He took out what he didn't like and promised to straighten it out. We had scheduled him to come back on Monday (four days without a kitchen), but because this is a very caring company, Frank offered to come back on Friday if the contractors were done early enough. Of course, they weren't. Frank came back on Monday, installed a new disposal, changed the layout of the plumbing from two sinks to one, straightened out the plumbing problems under the sink and connected the dishwasher. In my opinion, this is a great company. They are so easy to deal with. One phone call to set it up, an email for my address and everything could not have gone better. They do what they say they are going to do at a very reasonable price. Definitely would use them again in the future for any plumbing issues.

A man came with a hose and hooked it up to my water heater and drained the water out into my kitchen sink. It was all done in about 10 minutes. He said my water heater looked fine and he took his hose and left. I don’t think it was worth $75!!

Nothing went because I couldn't get an appt, they eventually said oh it was email trouble........right who has email trouble?

Dale was professional and very pleasant. I am writing this review almost 2 months later and there have been no plumbing problems or leaks. We would definitely hire Dale again for plumbing repairs.

I'm a landlord on the west coast with a house on the east coast. He was responsive, offered a military discount, completed the job, flexible with billing method, and even called me back with additional information about the house which was above and beyond what was called for. Would definitely recommend and would use again!

Frank was very quick to respond when I contacted him. He was able to come out the next day and replace the water heater. The quote was given over the phone and he was very knowledgeable about the type of system I had. I would definitely recommend him!

Dale set up an appt easily and very quickly. Came on time to the appointment. Was pleasant and polite. Did a great job, worked very hard and then charged me less than he had quoted over the phone! Dale is a great, professional plumber and the nicest guy in the world. Ill never use another company.

Dale came out to fix a leaky jetted tub that neededt o be repaired as part of an inspection to sell the house. At first I was very impressed with how responsive and kind he was. Afterwards, I realized that the repair had not been completed correctly. My home buyers have spend 2 months chasing him down to repair the tub correctly and he was non-responsive. When I finally reached him today, he told me that the repair was too small for him to do and he was too busy to fix his mistake. I would never recommend doing business with this company who does poor work and doesn't go back to fix it.

I didn't wind up having the work done.

They were expensive but they took care of the job. I'd recommend them. They were expensive.

It went well, he came in with a plumbers wrench and fixed the problem with no mess. Pleasent and explained everything.

GREAT SERVICE!!!! ***HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*** I woke up the other morning to a busted water heater leaking water all over my garage. I came on Angie's list to find a good plumber? I called Elite Plumbing. He was polite and professional. Gave me a price over the phone and said he could be at my house in an hour. Less than an hour later he showed up and went straight to work. He cleaned up after himself and remained polite and professional the entire time. I couldn't imagine this going any smoother than it did. He honored his 20% military discount as well. Use this company for all your plumbing needs. A++++
