Took him about 20 minutes although I paid for 2 hours work. When I inquired about any type of reimbursement, I got no response. A simple "discount" coupon would've been nice.

They were professional and they were very quick. Pricing was very good.

on time ,professional, quick fix. Definitely found our future plumber for all needed work.

Plumber was very slow with "email only responses" and never ever called me to explain delays, only email via Angie's List website. I had to cancel service call with provider after 5 days of waiting without use of my kitchen sink. I will NEVER, EVER use this provider again and if you live further than 30 minutes from the Virginia Beach oceanfront, I suggest you look else where for timely plumbing services.

When he arrived, he flipped a switch and my old one worked fine. He did not charge me anything. I was able to get a refund of the big deal I purchased. He was very good and very friendly.

We are new to the area and are trying to get a list of vendors we trust. We don't have any issues with this vendor, but would try try another plumber in the future.

Timely arrival per our scheduled appointment and quickly fixed the kitchen sink. Did not do the tub faucet initially as the tenant said that it wasn't a big deal to them. Took a while to get him to come back and finish the job. Ultimately, he made it right and did not charge me for the material.

I left an email for them with my phone number briefly describing the service I was looking for. I told them I can not answer my phone while at work but if they leave me a message I would call them back. They sent me an email saying they would call me Tuesday. I was at work and never did get a call and message from them. I don't think they are interested and I'll try someone else.

He was fine. The cost turned out to be whatever it was when he advertised on the Big Deal purchase. He worked with me and I was the one who was late. It didn’t take him a long time to do it. The quality was excellent and there was no problem.

Franklin Mills provided an extremely thorough job, fine craftsmanship even in boring holes for perfect alignment and widening hole. He did not damage the tile and assured that all seals were tight. Do make sure the sink is loosened beforehand, you purchase major parts that need replacement, or these would be add ons. I did send photos in advance.

What he did was fine. But I don’t think he did everything that was on the list. The work was incomplete.

They were on time and they did a good job. I would definitely use them again.

He did not do a thorough job inspected the plumbing. He also had no explanation of why we were having problems. He was not professional and not very forth coming. It seemed like he just wanted the money and get out.

The provider arrived at the time we agreed on. He was very pleasant and even performed a much needed "fix" for me at no additional charge. He had to overcome a complication to get to the spigot on my hot water heater and did so with no complaints. I will call Elite Plumbing to take care of my other plumbing needs.

I called and he called back. He was in the area and was in here in 15 minutes. He thought it was a pipe under the house that needed fixing. He didn't think it was a big leak. He was very reassuring. I plan to contact him. I had called another plumber who wasn't able to come out. He was very polite. He had what he needed to check the crawlspace. He took his time and didn't rush through things. I appreciated his expertise and calmness. I will definitely call him him back.

We have used Elite Plumbing for several years and have found them to be a very professional, punctual company with fair prices. No fancy yancy sales talk. They do what they tell you they are going to do. They have done work for our accountant, boss & co-workers, neighbors, family and friends, and all are extremely satisfied with Elite Plumbing. Great company!

Was a great experience from start to finish with no effort on my part. I asked for a quote through messaging and received a prompt response. Arranged a date and Frank was even a few minutes early. He replaced the old one, cleaned up his mess and hauled away the old one. Highly recommended! Was originally going to go with a different company but didn't like the idea of putting money up front for an estimate.

Frank was fantastic! He came back several times even though he didn't have to with the deal I purchased. He was very thorough polite. I'd definitely use him again and I strongly recommend him!

The service didn't go real well. They never followed up on some problems that they did not complete the first time they were out. The work was not of standard.

Unfortunately we had an issue with the sink hookup. The main issue we had was that the next day after the plumber hooked up the sink, I went to drain the water after doing dishes and the pipe he had connected came apart and water went down into our brand new cabinets. Thank goodness we were standing there when it happened instead of being away from the kitchen and running the dishwasher for the water to drain when we weren't within site/hearing distance... or my brand new cabinets would have been ruined. I will say that we contacted him and he came out on Saturday and fixed the pipe that had come loose. However; I sadly have to give the ratings I did because I am still hesitant and nervous about the sink when it drains. We are hoping everything else including the faucet are set up properly and that we don't have issues in the future. We also had a new Danze faucet and the plumber had trouble installing that particular brand I guess. He seemed very frustrated and was vocal about his frustration. In addition he also made comments about the sink drain caps that we selected to match our granite composite sink and was tossing our new drains in the sink making comments about how they were plastic (we chose them to match the sink). I would recommend to the plumber that he work on his professionalism and comments/words when he is in the house. I found it to be a little offensive.... Just a little word of advice going forward. And also to double check his work before he leaves. I also had to as him to come back to fix one of the sink drain covers because it was not in there level. He fixed it and we have not had issues since. I will say that we had the work done in September and have not had any issues since he did the repair. So this may have been a one time instance where we had an issue. He also came back promptly and remedied the issue.

I purchased the service online through the Angie?s List website. Almost immediately, received an email from the provider requesting that I provide my address and desired date(s) for the visit (which I indicated for within the next week). Then nothing heard for 9-days. I called the provider directly and was asked to text my address and told that he could come early next week. Following Monday (12-days after initial contact), I received a text asking if I was home and available for him to come over that morning. He showed soon thereafter, took about an hour, did a good job, and seemed very competent and professional.

On 08/28/2014 Frank from Elite plumbing came out and did, what I thought was, a great job so left an A+ Angie's list review. 2 months later I had my annual terminex inspection of my crawal space and saw one of the toulets he fixed was leaking worse than before. I called Frank from Elite plumbing and left him a voice mail but he never returned my call. I then had to hire a new plumber.

They fixed two drains in the house. They were professional, respectful, responsible and they were very clean.

I discovered a rather large water leak from my yard with water running down my driveway. I looked on Angies List and called Elite Plumbing. Dale came immediately - so I didn't have to have to call the utility company to come out and shut off the water. He found and repaired the leak (bad connection joint which he replaced) within less than 2 hours. Very polite and professional. Plus having done no prior work with him, was extremely grateful that he responded so quickly.

I provided three days that would work for service. On the 31st, Elite replied and scheduled an appointment on the 3rd at 1pm (the last of the three days I provided for service). On the 3rd, I called him about 20 minutes after 1 and he said he forgot he had a test that conflicted and we rescheduled for the 4th. On the 4th, at 1:30 I called because he had not arrived. Frank from Elite said he did not have my address (despite that it is included in the original email I sent requesting service) so I provided it. Over an hour later he arrived at my house, looked at my sink agreed it needed to be resealed and referred me to another company for the work. He also took a picture of my leaking faucet. During his visit he spoke with my brother, because I was upstairs with my daughter trying to get her down for a nap. He was not at the house any longer than 10 minutes. I called later to get some clarity on what exactly he intended to do with the faucet. He said he'd see about getting some parts and asked me what the brand of the faucet was. I told him and he recommended contacting the manufacturer myself to see about parts. He did not provide me a time or plan for his return to do any further work. I am pretty dissatisfied with the experience. While Frank was very polite and friendly he seemed very disorganized. He could have easily seen in the service request that the work I asked for was not something he offered. Instead he made, and subsequently broke, appointments, only arriving after several phone calls and did not do any actual work or even offer an estimate or course of action to complete repairs. I did not receive any actual return for my $99. I had to schedule alternate service to address both issues with my sink. Elite Plumbing did not meet the terms of the agreement and I had to make other arrangements to get my sink fixed. I would like Angie's List to refund the $99. I did not to redeem the coupon purchased.
