Description of Work: I bought a big deal through Angie's List for 1 Hour of Professional Plumbing Service.

Description of Work: Shower faucet would continue to run when the shower was on Frank was very professional he got the needed supplies and completed the job very quickly.

Description of Work: I attempted to set up the job the day I purchased the "Big Deal". Mr.F Mills answered the phone and acted like he was interested and told me he could do the work Friday(7/12/2013), but said he would call me later to "get the details because he was on a job now". I ask him to call my cell number instead of my office, knowing I would be in the field by the time he called back, but he said he didn't have anything to write with and ask me to call him back later, so I agreed. I called him Thursday to confirm and give him directions and he said he would Not be able to do it until next week because he was going to be "over there" then. I had taken off Friday to facilitate the project, and made plans to be out of town for the weekend, that I had to cancel because my AC has no drain installed and that would have flooded my kitchen ruining my hardwood floors. Several times I have called Frank, but either get a recorder or no answer at all. Twice I got him, and he said he would get back to me and never did. I am tired of dealing with this guy and would not let him in my house at this point. Please refund my money. I was told that no other Plumbers are available for the "Big Deal" in my area.

Description of Work: Bought the coupon for $99. for service. Plumber came by to see what was needed and returned the next day. Two plumbers replaced parts to stop two toilets from running. They work fine now.

Description of Work: Arrived on schedule. Checked all taps and toilets for leaks and tightened screws as necessary. Replaced c*** around kitchen sink. Very professional and got the job done. Drained water heater.

Description of Work: Frank (the owner) installed an instant hot faucet for my mother. Very courteous, work went without a hitch. On an unrelated job, came out to check my water heater at my request. Didn't even charge me for visit. Knows his job, happy with the service.

Description of Work: Called Elite Plumbing on a Friday afternoon, told the person who answered that I a toilet that had "running water". I was told that it would not be done that week. I perfectly understood that and informed them I did not deem this was an emergency. I was told they would call me the next day (Saturday) as that was when they did scheduling for the following week. Never called me Saturday, or the following Monday. I found someone else to do the job. Will not call them again.
