Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from this company for: $99 for 2 Hours of Licensed Plumbing Labor AND Service Call! Everything turned out just fine.

Description of Work: They plumbed the drain for a sink in a new vanity I was installed myself. I called on a Saturday morning and the work was completed by noon on Saturday.

Description of Work: Called him out to repair toilets (running and over-filling) and to repair/replace the spigot in the kitchen. He unfortunately had injured himself on the job so was not feeling well. We rescheduled once. He was very nice however one of the tasks was never done even though I asked if it was and it was confirmed (I found out later that it was not - when I had to have a dishwasher installed and couldn't. The water shut-off valve under the sink was to have been fixed). He had advised he was very busy due to his ad here on Angie's List. I felt for him since he was hurting... but I didn't feel he was able to give the jobs here his full attention.

Description of Work: I had a leak in my kitchen wall. Called to have it checked out and he came as soon as I called. Very prompt, professional and polite.

Description of Work: I did not receive a response for service inquiry in the timeframe needed. They did respond to me eventually, but by that time another provider had responded to my inquiry.

Description of Work: I used the service last year and they were outstanding. This time around my serviceman (may have been the boss) seemed extremely disinterested. He drained my water heater and the hot water has been better lately. However, I had poor water pressure through the faucet of the kitchen sink. He didn't really investigate it other than unscrewing the faucet filter. I had good pressure for a couple of days and now the problem has reoccurred. Since the first visit was so great last year I would be willing to give them another chance.

Description of Work: It was a Big Deal for $119 for $200 Towards Plumbing Services. He contacted me the next day to get services set up for the deal. He has been great so far. I am looking forward to working with them. He was very prompt and courteous. He has been nothing but the best.

Description of Work: They reversed the hot and cold when they installed a new cartridge and would not respond to my email asking that they return and correct the problem.

Description of Work: I called the contractor about a week in advance, and scheduled the service for 9:00 a.m. on Friday, March 21, 2014. The contractor is the one who actually gave me that date and time as being the best date and time for his schedule. I took the day off from work and arrived at my property at 8:30 a.m. By 11:00 a.m., he had neither arrived nor called to say he was running late, so I called him. Without giving me any explanation whatsoever for why he hadn't arrived on time, he said he could be there in an hour and a half. I waited until 12:30 p.m. and he still hadn't arrived, so I called again. He said, with no indication of whether he had left his business or not, or how far away he was if he had left, that he was on his way. By this time, I had already waited four hours and missed an entire day of work. Therefore, I told him that I was cancelling his swervice and would be giving him a negative review. He did not seem to be all that concerned. Obviously, I would like a refund of the cost. I will never use this contractor again, and would not recommend him to anyone. I considered it to be unprofessionalism to the worst degree. I can get my money back, but I can't get back an entirely wasted day.
