Description of Work: I bought a repair from this company plus one-hour of labor off an Angie's List deal. At the time, mid-November 2014, the reviews were favorable, so I figured I was getting a good deal. He came in and spent 10 minutes tinkering with my sink, only to tell me I needed to replace my faucet, since it had a crack in it, and to call Delta and let him know when the new part came in. Fast forward to February 5, 2015, I had the replacement faucet head, and a new leak, so I called him back. He came in, spent 20 minutes, told me I'd have to replace the entire faucet, this time, and did a temporary fix on my sink pipes. Well, that left us without being able to use the dishwasher, which was fine, since he said he'd be back the next day to finish the repair and install the new faucet. The next day comes along and he's a no-show. Call him up, and he's "stuck under a house all day" and will come by the following day (Wednesday) by 10am. 11am, Wednesday, comes along, still no sign of him, I contact him, he says he's on his way in 20. He finally arrives at 11:45. Doesn't have the part needed to finish the repair on my sink pipes, so I can use my dishwasher (which, btw, is full of dirty dishes, in anticipation of being able to run it this afternoon), he futzes around with the faucet and "magically" the hose sent in the kit is the wrong one. So he says he's gonna hit Home Depot for the part he needs to finish the pipe repair, takes the faucet parts with him, and disappears! An hour later, I call him, he's on another job! I called him after 2 hours pass, and he says he'll be on his way over soon. By the time my husband gets home from work, he's still not here. He finally pulls up, and asks if I've picked up the part that he never told me to pick up (apparently he wanted me to spend ANOTHER $150 to buy a second faucet kit, which I couldn't have gotten anyway, my husband had the car all day). He runs off to a Home Depot and gets the part, comes back and finishes the repairs. This was not a good example of professionalism, and this is not how you retain clients. I'll definitely be seeking services elsewhere for future plumbing needs.
