Pest control guy called me to say there was a water leak under my house. I called Elite based on Angie's List and they came out that same day. I was given a quote and when I asked if they could talk to my father "retired plumber but living many states away" Frank said "no problem". My dad spoke with Frank and was very satisfied with the quote/explanation and so forth. Elite came out and fixed the problem... ran into a small complication and needed to get more PVC but didn't charge me additional. I was very satisfied and would use them again in the future.

I believe that most companies would have sent someone out and charged me for an unnecessary service call. Elite saved me the time and cost of a service call. Unfortunately, not enough companies go the extra mile and I will be recommending them to my friends.

I had granite countertops installed and Elite Plumbing was called in by my contractor to install my faucet and garbage disposal. They came right in & got to work. There were a few hiccups along the way, but they resolved my issues promptly and stated that there were interested in my satisfaction and provided me with options. My faucet was defective and they showed me what the issue was and I contacted the manufacturer. The manufacturer will be sending out a new part. Elite said to let them know when it arrives and they will come back to install the new part. My job was done clean and professionally. Hopefully, I won't have any plumbing issues in the future, but in the unforeseen event that I do, I will only call Elite Plumbing!!!

I had an outdoor spigot that I needed moved to the side of the house, since the current spigot in our back yard was under our deck. The guys had to work with me on the date to come out, because my schedule has not been open. They came out yesterday, needed to go get a little material, and came back and finished up in the crawl space under my house in no time. Quick and easy. Love it, all service should go this well!!

Frank and a co-worker arrived at the agreed upon time and went straight to work. The installation was completed in about 45 minutes and they cleaned up after themselves. I will probably use them again for my plumbing needs and have already referred them to a co-worker.

Saw a special on Angie's list, but was for 1st floor install and an electric water heater, but they gave me a good price (the best quote I had so far) so I went with it. They came to the house and inspected my old heater, and confirmed the quote and set the date the following week for the install. (We were replacing an old - 21 year! - heater, this was not an emergency repair or replacement call.) They arrived on time at about 1030AM and were done before 130PM. The guys ensured I tested the water temp and told me how to adjust it if I decided I wanted it higher or lower, checked to ensure all the faucets were working correctly, and cleaned up after themselves. Both were master plumbers and very personable and efficient. I have a hard time sometimes as my house is very tall and narrow (the stairs wind a full 180 degrees to get to the 2nd floor and you have to climb stairs to get in the first floor as we are in a flood zone overlooking our lovely river, so.... at times the cost goes up and/or people don't want the job because of the difficult access. In addition, I have a zippered insulation "hood" that is over the access to the attic, which could be torn or broked in care isn't taken moving things in/out of the attic. After the job, the attic was neat as a pin, the hood totally undamaged, and the new water heater in place and beautifully connected! These guys were great and I would recommend them to others and use them again!!

Bought Angie's Deal for a sink installation. Called last week and was told they couldn't do it until next week. He called back a couple days later to set up date for install. I took off work to be here and nobody showed at the 9:00 am install time. I waited for 15 minutes and called Frank to see if he was lost. No answer, and I was sent an email from Frank shortly thereafter stating he was on another job about an hour away and needed to complete it before Friday. This p***** me off, so I emailed him back and this went on for a couple more emails. Then, I called Angie's list and told them what happened. Long story short, he showed up 10 minutes later around 10:30. Wasn't even on the other job yet!!!! Anyway when the job was complete, the pedestal was off centered because he couldn't get it to fit. So, I went behind him after he left and redid it myself...what a waste of money.

The experience was great. He was very polite and easy to talk to. Both Frank and his partner were very professional and courteous. Unfortunately, the new plumbing could not be installed due to standing water in the crawl space. Now we are waiting for the water to subside and the crawlspace to dry out so he can come back and replace the plumbing line, but in the meantime they fixed my shut-off valve and now I am able to turn the water on and off with an adjustable wrench. If the weather would hold out for a few days, they can come back and replace the plumbing line that goes to the outside spicket. would definitely use them again if I have any plumbing issues.

They called immediatelyand showed up when expected. Both were very polite. One person startedwork draining the water heater and the other went through the houseinspecting plumbing for leaks. We were happy to have the water heaterchecked and drained, however we thought that the plumbing inspection wasvery superficial. He didn't check any toilets for leaks or make anysuggestions. Maybe it was because everything looked ok to him. Perhaps wewere expecting more of an inspection than we purchased. However, overall itwas a good deal.

They arrived on time. Replaced my water heater. Put the old heater on the street for pick-up by the city. Cleaned up the work area. Excellent and fast job.

They should up exactly when they said they would, quickly assessed the problems and explained what was wrong and how to repair. Then departed to get the parts not on hand and returned in 45 minutes. Once they started repairs they were finished in 30 minutes. They showed me the old parts and tested all repaired items. Everything was repaired and working properly. Both gentlemen were very nice and professional! I will use them again!

Answered frantic call. Came after hours on a weekend. Shut off water replaced water heater, and minimized water damage.

Elite Plumbing came to us via a "Big Deal" listing for a flat fee 2 hours plumbing labor and service call. We got an immediate reply after leaving a message on the answer phone and a next day service! All repairs were executed in a fast and professional way. Frank gave us also advice on how to do a few things ourselves as to avoid future problems (such as - how to prolong the life of one's garbage disposal, etc...). Yes, the plumbing service was "Elite"!

He did a really good job and we are even hiring him again for more work!

The plumber arrived on time, assessed the situation and needed other parts. They left to get parts and returned with out delay.One plumber fixed my tolit and replace water line while the other put on my new shower head. They were friendly and very nice. I will use this plumber again.

Frank and his partner we're very professional, courteous, and on time. I would highly recommend them and they will be doing more work for me in the fall. We have already discussed our plans

I called to schedule an appointment and they were quick to return my call, he even told me which faucet he would recommend I get to replace my old one. The faucet installation was fast, they were so friendly and they even took the old one away. I also had them look at a couple of my tolets that I was having some issues with a handle what was relatively hard to flush. They loosened the handle so they are easier now to flush and saved me some money since I thought I would have to have the plunger/handle replaced.

bought Angie's List Big Deal for 2 hours for $99. As soon as I bought, I called and made an appointment. They came out few days later. Very prompt, nice, neat, etc. I need to replace kitchen faucet and he quoted me great price of $75. now I just have to buy a faucet!! Will definitely use for my plumbing needs!

Frank came out on of the most oppressive days we have had here in Hampton Roads. I needed the outdoor spigots fixed because they would spray more water at the spigot than out the end of the hose. I had called Frank and told him we could reschedule this job for a cooler day but he said he works regardless of the weather. He came out and fixed both hydrants quickly and Was kind, pleasant and professional. He also called me when he was on his way which enabled me to secure my three dogs. That was very much appreciated.

Mr. Mills was timely, very thorough, professional and his price was reasonable. Mr. Mills has performed other re-molding work. For us several years ago. Re-modeled kitchen and hallway and bathroom. Installed central VAC system.

Mentioned the leak to my neighbor and he recommended Elite Plumbing. I called and explained this was not an emergency, told them what the problem was and an appointment was scheduled for the next day. Said my appointment time was 1200 and they would call prior to arriving. Receivied a call 20 minute prior to appointment time, and they arrived 10 minutes early. The leak was caused by two sections of pipe rubbing agains one another. The leak was fixed promptly and they cleaned up my garage area around the crawl access area when they were finished. The terminte man doesn't due that. They were friendly, professional and the price was resonable. I asked about a tankless hot water system, and was given an estimate on cost and the amount of time it would take for installation. I will be calling them again. I higly recommend Elite Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. They are my plumber now!!
