He arrived on time. Went right to work,had to run out for a few parts. Back in a timely manor! Would highley recommend him and would definetly use him again

One of the plumbers went under the house and inspected while the other was requested to check out the sinks and drains throughout. I was concerned about the age and condition of the drains. I asked how to keep them free-flowing in future. They said just flush with hot water. Volunteered an estimate on hot water heater.

Elite Plumbing was called after our new countertops in the kitchen were installed. Since we had a new sink, we needed all the plumbing work done. Our plumber told us he would arrive at 9:30 but he called at 8:00 to see if he could arrive earlier. He was here at 8:30 ready to work. He installed our garbage disposal, hooked up my new faucet, and cleaned up his mess around the sink and floor. He then moved to the hall bathroom and replaced our old fixtures that did not work. He was done in less than an hour. He made sure I approved of his work and then he asked that we call him again if any more plumbing work was needed. He was quiet and courteous.

my husband and I noticed a water leak in our ceiling coming from our upstairs bathroom. We called Elite on a Sunday, and they came out Monday to look at everything. Since the leak wasn't getting worse, they determined it was not a leaking pipe, and that we probably just splashed too much when we were in the tub and shower. Apparently we just need to redo the caulking. They took care of it for us, and didn't charge us a penny for coming out since no major work needed to be done. Whenever we do need work done, we will definitely be calling Elite, they were great!

After a courtesy call to say they would be 1/2-1 hour late, the plumbers arrived nearly two hours late. However, the work was done well and quickly and they cleaned up the work areas before leaving.

I selected Elite plumbing based on a coupon offered by Angie's List. I called Elite to help renovate a recently foreclosed property that appeared to have several plumbing related related issues. Elite arrived at the scheduled time and quickly assessed what needed repair and what did not. They even got the kitchen food disposer working for no cost. We agreed to apply the coupon toward installation of 3 high efficiency toilets, plus 2 bathroom faucets. All installations were completed on time. The contractor did have to return later, at no charge, to rework one toilet that had a minor leak. Rework has been completed and inspected by the city. The toilets were by Toto, a brand I have used before and highly recommend. My son is one of the tenets and is very pleased with the finished work.

He answered questions and advised me about cautions with turning off the main water valve (a problem in my condo complex). I really appreciate Frank's professionalism and helpfulness and have added him to my call list for plumbing on my cell phone. I will also advise my friends and neighbors to call Elite plumbing with plumbing needs. A positive experience overall and when I need any sort of plumbing help, I will call Elite!!!!

Frank & Dale managed to make the appointment on Sat. in spite of the snow that fell on Friday. They were very professional and personable....the replacement only took about 40 minutes. I definately plan on using them again & will recommend the company to friends and family .

I had a great experience with Elite Plumbing. My bathroom had to be completely redone and quest plumbing replaced. Pricing was excellent, not inflated at all. There were quite a few delays on my part and they were patient and understanding through it all. Customer satisfaction is obviously their priority and I cant say how much I appreciate it. They even referred me to another flooring contractor when the one I hired did not work out. Frank and Dave were wonderful in explaining everything that had to be done; Frank even offered to get the supplies for me. I would never choose another plumber, thanks guys!

The entire experience was pleasant. The work that I requested got done quickly and correctly at a price that I could afford. Frank was great, he is a man of his word. He said that he would make sure that I was completely satisfied and I was. I purchased the 2 hours of labor plumbing special for $99 because I had a couple of small projects that I wanted to get done before the holidays. After contacting Frank we agreed that I would purchase the material to make the repairs tothe toilet and sink. I liked the fact that he didn't mind coming out to do this small job during his hectic holiday schedule. Frank came at the specified time, he was friendly and to the point which made me feel comfortable . He worked quickly and efficiently. He even used some of his own supplies to repair the toilet at no extra charge. He also made a second trip to my home to finish the job because I hadn't purchased the proper items for the kitchen sink repair. I appreciated that he phoned and emailed to confirm the appointment date and time; he also phoned to let me know his estimated arrival time each day. He cleaned the work areas and discarded the old materials. Frank is highly skilled and has a great personality too. I definitely recommend Elite Plumbing to others and I plan to use this company in the future. +

Overall it was a good experience. I did not call him back after discovering the nicked counter area because I did not consider it crucial however if it would have been a new counter I would have felt differently.

I found Elite plumbing through an Angie's List promotion offering 2 hours worth of plumbing for $99. We'd planned to replace our kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal and to install an under sink water filter. Before I'd even met Frank, I spoke to him on the phone a couple of times, seeking his advice on the quality of different products I was considering. On the day of the install, he and Dale were very professional, personable and thorough. In the end, the job required three hours to complete, including an unexpected trip for parts and management of an unforeseen complication that reflected issues with the original installation of the dishwasher. When I pointed out that they had worked beyond the promotional 2 hours, Frank graciously asked only that we think of him first the next time we had a plumbing need. We certainly will. It's been almost 2 months since the work was completed and we remain thrilled with the work.

Frank was very nice, He went to the store and purchased the facet and then installed it. That was very nice he didn't have to do that.

Fast service! After calling, we were given appointment for the next morning! They called the next morning at the time discussed when appointment was made and work was done within an hour.

Repair took about 30 mins. They were few minutes late due to running late.

I called Elite Plumbing to install a pump on the hot water line. They showed up on time and did a quick thorough job.

Frank was willing to come in the late afternoon but I had to reschedule. We picked another mutually agreeable date and time. He arrived as scheduled and completed all the work within the time allowed. I like to watch and help where possible. Frank was perfectly fine with that and didn't mind my questions. We talked about some other projects and I'm sure I'll him again.

Very professional service. Courtesy phone call the day prior to confirm the service appointment was appreciated (I had to reschedule once, but no issues on the 2nd attempt). He asked what kind of service would be done & recommended certain brands and offered to provide cost-estimate for replacement kitchen sink kits. Initial estimate of 4 hours of time & thus about $200 in extra labor costs. Service technician arrived on time & made a verbal estimate of about $150 do complete job. Efficiently removed the previous sink & hardware and began installation of customer-provided hardware. Had to make a brief (30 min) errand during the middle of installation to go to nearby local hardware store to acquire the required PVC pipe fitting-hardware. During installation of the garbage-disposal. Discovered a leak & recommended replacement. Customer purchased & provided new garbage disposal. Technician returned the following day for installation of the new garbage-disposal. First day total time was approximately 3.5hrs. 2nd day was 1 hr. Overall prompt, professional, courteous service. There is a minor service-fee for credit-card payments.

They came out and fixed the items quickly. They also crawled under the house to inspect the smell. Found no problems. Priced well and responsive. This was the first time we used Elite because the plumber we used before never returned two of our calls. We will be more than happy to make Elite Plumbing our new service provider.
