Excellent all the way. Prompt response once I put in request to Angie's List. Evaluated the situation, contacted me back with cost of parts and labor costs, set up a date for return, and handled the appointment and completed service efficiently. It involved a complicated addition of a shower handle to an existing Jacuzzi Walk In Tub. Owner/Service Man was terrific all the way.

Fast, efficient set of plumbing services. He explained what he was doing in detail and concentrated on his work.

I didn't have to pay more than the "Big Deal" I purchased. We didn't exactly know what's going on. One of the things they said they could do is flush it. It didn't fix it.

Had no contact with vendor..left messages and emails.

Did not show up at the appointed time. Had to call and remind him. Inspected and said he would get back with an estimate. Never called back.

Beat me to the property and was done by the time I arrived! I inspected the work and gladly paid him! Thanks again!

After purchasing the deal for 2-hours of plumbing labor and service call to use at our newly purchased home, we scheduled Frank for a visit. He diagnosed our water heater as requiring replacement, and we paused the service call so we could contact our home warranty service. After arranging for the delivery of a new water heater, Frank did the installation, adding the additional $200 to our original purchase. Frank was reliably on time and performed the work well. We'll certainly use him again.

The guy was pleasant and things went well. I didn't realize how stupid it was to have to pay to have a water heater washed. No slid against him but when I saw what he did, I kind of felt that it was kind of wasted money. Now I know that so the next time I will just hook a hose up and do the same thing. They did honor the big deal price. It was an easy 75 dollars made for their company. He didn't put in a lot of effort and work to get anything done but I guess it was what it was. In the future if I needed those type of services then I would shop around but I wouldn't discount them because of that. I would definitely consider them for future.

It was alright. The man came the day that he said he would. After I saw what he did, I said, I could kind of do that. For somebody who's not really handy, that was a good deal, I think. He attached a water hose to it in the attic and ran the water hose down to the bathroom and drained it. I asked a couple of questions while we were at it and it took about five minutes. I thought the plumber was a cool guy.

I paid up front for 2 hrs this took 30min. Didn't offer to do anything else to fill the time or any money back but charged for parts of course. Then to top it off he failed to tighten the new fittings all the way so it was still leaking.

I told them in a message that it was an emergency. I realized it was the fourth of July the next weekend, so I assumed it would take a little extra time for them to get in touch with me. It's been weeks now and I have yet to hear back from them. They never called me back. I had to call someone else, who was out within 2 hours of me calling them.

My experience with them was okay. It was a pretty superficial examination of the problem and I didn't think he was thorough. He was adequate but not great.

It was fair. He did good work but he wasn't the best at communicating. The work that he performed was very good but afterward when I needed him to come for an additional job, he didn't return phone calls. He did the work in a very timely fashion.

Arrived on time and completed job quickly. Fixed 2 faucets [minor adjustments] at no charge. Would recommend!

He was nice guy but I will give him a “B”. He was very sporadic and he had to come back and forth because some of the stuff he did had to be done over again. I would not use him again but I think what he did was okay. He is good at what he does but not to the point where we were satisfied. He was good and a nice guy. The work that he did was okay but I would not hire him again.

He was wonderful. I can't say enough good things about him. Extremely compotent, efficient, effective, and knowledgeable person. They cleaned everything up and everything was the way it was suppose to have been. I liked that they were efficient and effective. I would tell a friend that I would hire the person in a heart beat.

I made phone call on 6/11. FRANK WAS IN THE MEETING but he talked to me briefly and promised call me back., he did . HE WANT ME CALL HIM ON 6/12 . I CALLED HIM IN THREE DAYS CONTINUALLY AND LEFT THE MESSAGES . I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE FROM HIM UNIT NOW. How his company is rated on A.

I was very satisfied with his work. Extremely professional and competent.

Contracted arrived and tried different methods to find the cause of the problem . After determining that it was under the house he went under the house and used a snak to clear the drain.

He completed the job and was very professional and friendly.

Frank was really good in keeping in contact and juggling his schedule around mine. He was a really nice guy. We have a terrible situation for a bathroom remodel that was destroyed by another contractor. So the job itself is a bear. Maybe Frank didn't want the job. I am not sure. But he gave me an e mailed estimate to install things that I didn't need. Like a bathtub drain when we aren't installing a bathtub. I responded to his estimate and asked him to remove these items that were not in the "design". I never heard from him again. I was ready to hire him immediately and had all the money set aside. Like I said before, in his defense the job is a nightmare. I understand if he didn't want to take it on. I just wish he would have let me know so I could move on to the next guy.

Because I have an hectic work schedule it was very hard for the two of us to get a schedule to agree upon. Technician was kind enough to meet with me on a Sunday in between family function to accommodate my need. Friendly and punctual

He was quick and cleaned up after himself.

He was supposed to check my whole house for plumbing, thats what I paid for, he was more concerned about just getting the water heater drained. I asked him what he thought about my washing machine not working as the water was not coming through and he responded "I don't know, you should get a repair man out" or something of that nature. He never went upstairs at all and opened the door to my down stairs bathroom vanity looked inside and that was it. Useless. If I hadn't have left for work and left this so long I would have asked for a refund.
