Frank was very professional and punctual. He got the job done in very little time, answered all my questions and was a pleasure to have in my home. If I every need any plumbing work done in the future; I will give him a call first.

The things he did was great. Had a problem with my faucet in the bathtub leaking. He stated he had never seen anything like it before so he took pictures. He was suppose to get back with me but has not gotten back with me. He said he was a master plumber but he could not fix it. Bathtub still dripping.

I left an earlier rating raving about the service. The provider started the job, fixed one issue; something that was done fixed the low water pressure in the kitchen, however now the hot water pressure in the downstairs bathroom sink and tub is almost non existent. Also, the upstairs shower worked, but water would run out the faucet at the same time. water still runs out the faucet but now the shower barely has enough pressure to take a shower. We contacted him on numerous occasions, he has said twice that he would come out and correct the issues however he has yet to show up. At this point I just want to be indemnified, id rather be back in the position I was in prior to him ever coming out.

ELITE PLUMBING DID NOT WANT TO BID MY JOB DUE TO : THEY DO NOT INSTALL SHOWER DOORS. IT WAS COMMENDABLE THAT HE WAS UP-FRONT THAT HE DID NOT DO SOMETHING THEY WERE UNCOMFORTABLE WITH. BUT IF YOU ADVERTISE ON ANGIE'S LIST THAT YOUR CO. DOES BATH REMODELS, YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO INSTALL A SHOWER DOOR???????

He was very busy and it kept raining so the first few times we set it up it was a wash. But when he did make it over the work was done quickly and well . He fixed the leaking drain, ran new pipe for the faucet, and installed a spigot.

Went above and beyond for these repairs.

Turned out that there wasn't enough room because the new sink didn't allow present piping to work so he had to get more parts, and had to do some re-routing. This made the price go up $75 dollars due to extra labor and parts. He quickly came back to fix the issue so we were not missing our use of the sink for more than an additional 24 hours. Husband found Frank to be very knowledgeable, and felt confident having him work with copper pipes that were original to the house. I have to say that I don't know much about what a plumber would cost, but the person who installed our granite tops strongly recommended him as being good, reliable and very fair in cost.

Purchased an Angie's List Big Deal. Contacted Frank and he was here the next day. He recommended we replace a 25 year old toilet and then determine cause of very noisy supply line. Frank returned a week later to install the toilet we had purchased after which he was able to determine that the water pressure from the city was extremely strong and that was the cause. He still was able to reduce the noise level by more than 50%. The job took two trips - the Big Deal stated only one trip was included, but that wasn't a problem with Frank. Frank had offered to pick up a toilet for us, but we wanted to select. He had all our information regarding the Big Deal coupon number. Old toilet, box for new toilet removed and the work site was cleaned completely. Definitely will use in the future.

I was worried about my pipes..have had problems with the hot water stopping for hours at a time. Couldn't tell me what the problem was but no other plumbers have been able to tell me either. Drained the water heater but it was so easy.... I could have done it for free. Nice personable man. Took a couple of calls to get a date arranged but he showed up when we finally got together on a date. Haven't had as many problems with the hot water and I got some good advice about replacing my water heater soon!

I called Frank and explained to him our situation. We "remodeled" our back yard and needed some work done on the plumbing that was already installed. We talked about what needed to be done. Frank is very busy but he came to my house when scheduled and did the work in a professional and efficient manner. The price was extremely reasonable. I had originally called another plumbing company and they came out and gave me an estimate. Frank's price was $275 less than the first company. I would highly recommend Elite Plumbing for any and all plumbing work.

Pete picked up new toilet at close big box store and completed job quickly and efficiently. Great customer service, professional install, and all materials removed!!! Was really great not having to clean up after having work done in your home.

The two man team arrived at 11:30, took out the old toilets then installed the new ones in about an hour. I didn't think it could be done. They were very polite and cleaned up both work areas when they were finished. I would recommend them and call on them again.

Elite Plumbing weren't really great. I had to chase them for two weeks. Our street was being resurfaced and he could not get his truck into our street, so I had to put him off twice and I explained why. But he never really ever called me back. I had to keep calling him until I could nail him, so to speak. When he did come, he didn't have any parts with him. I had to go down to the local box store and get the garbage disposal. And then he came back the next day and installed it. Then he didn't have any seals at all on his truck, to repair the toilet that was doing the ghost flushes. He said he would be back with two more. He never called me back after the one call. I just got tired of chasing him and I gave up. He kept forgetting what it was that I called him for. He kept forgetting what the work was that I had requested. I had to tell him again and again. I don't know what the problem was, but he didn't appear to be very professional or interested in what he was doing. I told him that I was going up North to see my kids and that I had to have it all done by that date. That's why he really didn't pursue it anymore, because he just didn't seem to be interested in what he was doing. He's not a business man, that's for sure. He was really kind of strange. I called to ask him something about how the disposal was working but again, I got no response. My son said to just leave it alone and when he came down, he'll take a lot at it. I'm not using it until my son gets here. I want nothing more to do with him. I just don't know what to make of him. I've never had anyone come to the house and be so ambivalent.

After spending a frustrating time trying to replace old faucets, I bit the bullet and paid for an Elite Plumbing coupon "$60 for an hour." Why did I wait so long!? Top notch guy, top notch work. Called to set up an appointment, gauged the work over the phone, showed up on time and knocked all three projects out. Excellent work.

I don't know how the unit works, but it does and it corrected a very irritating condition in a house that I had just purchased. I had thought about installing a point of use hot water heater under the kitchen sink, but decided to get some professional advise as to why there was insufficient hot water and possible solutions. The owner of Elite Plumbing came to my house to troubleshoot my problem. he explained that the kitchen was at the end of the water distribution and he could fix it by installing the monitor/pump unit on my heater. I gave him the okay and he did the installation on time, for the agreed price, and it worked. I am a very satisfied customer.

Mr. Mills responded to a call within 24 hours on a weekend and did a professional instillation .

Elite Plumbing was wonderful. They were very thorough and they came right on time. They did the follow-up work if we needed it done. They were good.

He did everything on the list that I had asked him to. He did show up a little bit late because of a speeding ticket. He was very friendly and completed all of the work I asked him to complete very quickly. I was actually missing a piece from a garbage disposal that I had gotten and he went to Lowe's and got the right part and still completed the work on time. Overall, I was really satisfied, I would use him again. He was the only one that I interacted with. I thought he was friendly and easy to talk to. I would use him again.

Our sink was leaking and needed to be looked at. He came for the appointment and was a wonderful man, professional and very neat. But work was never actually performed. My husband took care of it.

I would recommend him. They are very nice. I told him the type of water heater I wanted. They were running 30 minutes behind and they called me.

The gentleman did a wonderful job on all the installs. Originally, I had purchased the 2 hr service for $99.00. They did such a great job on the kitchen sink and toilet, I had them come back at a later date to install a new water heater. They were on time or called when they would be late, cleaned up all material and were very friendly. I woud recommend them for all services.

Frank and team showed up on time, put in the toilets and hot water heater and cleaned up afterwards. The toilets are great and the water is hot. I have used them twice now and will use them again.

I contacted Frank a couple of weeks prior to starting a kitchen renovation. I needed him to re-position a gas line that was in the wrong spot. I told him the situation over the phone and he gave me a $300 estimate for what would need to be done (which was the lowest quote I received over the phone). We scheduled the appointment and come the day of the appointment, he showed up right on time (huge plus for me as I hate it when people either don't show up on time or at least don't call to give you a heads up). He came in and inspected the situation with the gas line and then did what most people won't do...he said that even though he quoted me $300 it was only a $150 job.... He then proceeded to work on the gas line for about 2 hours and adjusted it exactly like I wanted it for the new kitchen. He even told me he would come back once my range was delivered and hook it up for no charge. What plumber do you honestly know that will get you to agree to a quote and then cut it in half??? Frank was polite, extremely knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I would definitely use him again...

Frank (one of the co-owners) accommodated our schedule, showed up on time and performed the work in a timely and professional manner. He worked neatly and cleaned up after himself. No problems redeeming our Angie's Big Deal coupon. Definitely wold use him again.

The provider was nice and seemed trustworthy. The reason we would not hire him again is that they are located in south Hampton Roads which seemed to pose challenges with them being able to get to our place. We had to reschedule once and then the second reschedule was apparently inconvenient for him. He offered to provide additional services to make up for the schedule problems but we did not feel this was necessary. The service took less than 10-15 minutes and based on what he told us and what we observed, we were left feeling as if it was something that was basically not needed and probably a waste of money. This is why we did not rate the experience higher. I would not be afraid to use this provider in terms of expertise or honestly; he seemed to have both.
