Even tho it was during the holidays, Frank (the owner) graciously looked at the problem and then fixed the leaking drain. He also noted that the garbage disposal was leaking and installed a new one for me. I had just installed a new shower handle and for some reason it was leaking. I shut the water off to my house and called Frank at about 8pm to see if he would be able to come right over to help at my lines to the shower so that I could turn the rest of the water to the house on. Luckily he lives nearby and he he came right over. I had the wall cut open already and he cut off my shower valve because it was cracked and capped the lines so that I could turn the water on to the rest of my house. I called my home warranty company to see if he would be able to complete the job, but unfortunately I had to go with one of their partners. I told Frank when I found out and ensured him that I will definitely use his services in the future if I ever need anything.

Frank couldn't find new fixtures to this old shower. Will need to be replaced completely, open wall, cut out old then install new. I will wait on that. In garage that was a disaster, still is. No fault to Frank (and business partner, Dale) as no one can find pipes entry point to building! I even had the pipe locator come and they couldn't find entry. So each frustrating joint was either cracking or had a rust hole! So now I need to replace entire water piping from street. Frank gave me a good price, he says, and. I believe him. He has put in a lot of time and even came out on a Sunday and has not charged me over what I signed up for on Angie's list. He is diligent and I can see a light at the end of the tunnel. More later!

I ordered & requested service from this company. I received no responses even after several messages were sent and the Angie's List also tried to contact them. It is very unprofessional to offer your services and never make contact with customers. After a month I requested my money back. I will never try to hire this company to do any kind of work for me again.

Very badly. I paid for $200. worth of service and received a wax toilet ring for what I paid. I am not a happy camper!!!
Description of Work: WE purchased $200. worth of plumbing services for $119. The provider was very slow in responding, in fact I had to call him to schedule an appointment. He came out on the appointed date and replaced the wax seal on our toilet and said that he would have to come back and cut into the downstairs bedroom ceiling to see if that was actually the cause of the leak. That was 2 days ago & we have not heard from him concerning our problem. I hardly believe that he provided me with the $200. worth of service I paid for. I have used Angie's list several times before and never had an experience like this. I wish he had just told me that he did not want to come out to our area and I would have contacted Angie's list for a refund and called someone else to fix our problem. I would definitely not use Elite plumbing again!!!

Your pretty funny ... Drove over 1 hr out to your house in Smithfield ... Woke up you smart mouth son ... Who had a attitude because I woke him up .... Look at your situation pull up your toilet and reinstall it .... Looked at tub and saw that over flow was very loose so I tight it up .... I guess you son Mr grumpy did not tell you I call the next day to talk to you !!!! That is when I call the cell phone number that he gave me and left a message ..... No one call me back till Friday ...... I told you what I saw and what I did ... Did not say anything about charge you or any thing ... So I suggest that you see if the problem is solved before you go trashing anybody on Angie's list have a great life

The tenant said they cleared the drain unless than an hour. I called them to find out how they handle the second hour of service for which I paid. He said it was a lot of work but when I pressed him, he said if I had another plumbing problem, he would take care of me. I have no records to prove any of this because I was not provided with a receipt for the actual work performed.

Frank Mills answered his cell phone immediately and was very courteous. Our electric water heater had sprung a leak and had to be replaced. He and his partner came the next morning after picking up a new heater. They were a little late, but given the distance and the traffic, it was not unexpected. Frank and Dale were very professional.

He fixed a leak in the back bathroom. Fixed leaked and in doing so, the plunger wouldn’t go up and down. He put in something underneath and now I have to open the door to get it to drain. He also fixed a front faucet that was dripping. While replacing handles, he broke a pipe in doing so. He had to send someone out the next day to fix the broken pipe and charged me an extra $75.

We had purchased a big deal, and I had to make them come back, becuase he didn't do what I asked him to do, and the drains weren't open as requested. But he did come back and do one of them, he still didn't do the other one. Once he did the job that I had originally asked him to do, it was fine, but he wanted to do it his way the first time round.
