Rewarding experience from the get go. Frank showed up to give an estimate the same day I called. Once the work started, the old tub was out and the new one installed in two days. We had a problem with some of the subfloor being rotted out ande I had to replace that myself before the job could continue Frank provided the tub and enclosure for about the same price as a big box store but the quality was much higher than theirs. Elite did the tear-out and new installation and had a different contractor come in for the drywall repair. All I have to do is paint. Good clean-up and very responsive to questions and phone calls. Excellent job all the way around. Sometimes it seems that smaller outfits can provide just as good service for a lower cost than the bigger outfits and I would say Elite Plumbing falls into this category. Definitely first on my list to call for future plumbing needs.

They were very friendly and professional. Did not try to sell us any work we didn't need.

The two person crew arrived timely and performed the work professionally with little to no interruption to our daily routine. We purchased a two-hour labor coupon; however, the plumbers were at our residence for less than 1 hour. Perhaps when we need additional plumbing service, Elite Plumbing will work with us on labor costs.

Sunday morning we woke up with no hot water. I tried to relight the pilot but it would not light. I realized we needed to call someone unless we wanted to give the kids sponge baths. Frank was very prompt and willing to come out just 30 minutes after I called! I couldn't believe it. Many companies were not open on Sunday or charged a ridiculous emergency service fee. We talked about options on the phone (replacement vs changing the ignition system) and I was thinking I had a major job on my hands. He came and quickly diagnosed that there was just a minor problem with the thermocoupler. Frank used a little trick were he shook the thermocoupler to get off any moisture... and viola the water heater flame lit. Even though Frank went out of his way to come over on a Sunday he refused any payment. What a nice guy. I would definitely use him again in the future and recommend him to any of our friends.

We made an appointment....but he never showed up or called back. VERY disappointed.

He showed up and looked at the problem and said he would need more supplies and left to get them but then never returned. When I was able to get ahold of him we made another appointment and he didn’t show up for that one either.

We set two appointments for the service to be done. He did not show up either time. When we set up another appointment he informed me that he had acquired the correct permits to complete the work. I called the city to make sure that he had indeed gotten the permit, he had lied to me, he had not gotten the permit. I canceled the Big Deal and would not recommend anyone to him no matter how good the deal sounds.

Great! They had excellent customer service and the plumber arrived the day after I called. He was very friendly and really helpful. I highly recommend this company.

We've had a few experiences with plumbers and the services provided by Elite were by far the best to date! He came when he said he would, worked until the job was complete. He was pleasant and his customer service skills were top notch. I would recommend Elite to any one!

We had installed new Kohler Cimarron toilets in our two bathrooms that share a common vent/drain systems, however their high flow rate designs caused water to be sucked back from the opposite p-trap. After quickly determining that this was not a vent problem, Mr. Mills appropriately rerouted one of the toilet drains which corrected the problem. He also noted a minor problem with a newly installed drain line suspension and corrected that at no charge. We have just moved back to Virginia Beach and did not have a regular plumber so we went to Angie's List. We couldn't be more satisfied with Elite Plumbing. Frank Mills was quick to respond with solutions that solved our problem at a very reasonable cost. In a few words, he is pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and responsive.

I awoke on Saturday morning to a stained kitchen ceiling. I cut a couple of holes and sure enough there was water leaking from somewhere. I checked Angie?s list and found Elite plumbing had both (1) Saturday hours, (2) lots of good reviews and (3) was highly rated by the BBB. I called Elite plumbing and Frank said he could be over in about an hour. About an hour later there he was and before lunch he had my leak fixed and I was able to get back to my other Saturday plans. I was very pleased with Elite plumbing?s service and will definitely use them anytime I need a plumber.

I had a problem with them. I called them for service, and they didn't show up. They said they would come out but till today, they haven't come out. I got someone else to do the job. He told me he was swamped and would get back to me later that day, and if not today, he would get in touch with me tomorrow, but tomorrow never came. I want my money back, because I will never use him.

Extremely nice, punctual; offered to fix anything else in our home. Very knowledgeable.

I find I do not need the service, I called and talked to owner, Frank Mills. He was very pleasant, said it was no problem, just to let Angie's List know, they would contact him for conformation and they would handle the refund. I spoke just now with Autumn D, who did just that. I am satisfied with everyone involved.

Everything went very well. I will use them again in the future for any plumbing needs.

Mr Kelso arrived on time, did the repairs in short order with no mess, and left. Courteous and pleasant.

I asked for a refund because after I purchased the $60.00 plumbing certificate for any services for one hour but he told me he does not unclog toilets and that was the only plumbing issue I had. I was quickly refunded.

They returned my call and I explained that my water heater went out and was looking to have a new one installed. I noted the Big Deal he was offering,$650 For Electric Water Heater & Installation. He laughed and said that the deal was only for local neighbors, though I am only about 15-20 minutes away from him.

I only wish the estimate to fully replace (upgrade) the shower hardware could have been less expensive.

Coldest day of the year. I called in the morning and they said they would call back to arrange a time to come out in the early afternoon. I figured I'd not get a call back. I was wrong, they called back as arranged and turned up that afternoon. Pleasant and professional. They had me fixed up in an hour or so. The guy fixing the pipes was crawling under the house in freezing water to get the job done. I was so pleased with how fast the mess was fixed, I offered a tip. The didn't want to take it!

They were fine. He was great and he fixed it really quick. I was very happy. He was on time and personable. He talked about what was going on and he said to call him back if there's any problem. In fact, I probably over spent on the deal because it was a minor problem but I am not complaining since I was very happy with the service.
