Went great! He did all I requested well within the timeframe I paid for.

The repair was fine. Repairman was fine. The only issue I had was that it took over 1 1/2 weeks for him to come. I live in Yorktown and his business is in Virginia Beach and he only comes over to this side of the water at certain times. He also had to cancel his first service date due to having to have a root canal, which I have no problem with. The Angie's List blip on him did not show his address. Had I known that his business was across the water prior to purchasing the service, I would have hired someone closer to where I live and I would not have had to wait as long.

Everything went fine--Elite plumbing came on time and quickly assessed the nature of the leak and fixed the problem. He also added additional caulk to areas for more leak protection. Thanks!

It went great. It took him a couple of hours. They were on time, and did what they said they were going to do. I liked that they kept to the price that they quoted me, and it was quality work. Their value is also pretty good.

Was very professional and did the work promptly, with information about what should be done for future help.

First of all, I have contacted other plumbing companies such as Tony & Sons and All Time Plumbing and Drain Cleaning prior to contacting Elite Plumbing. Tony & Sons were NO help whatsoever and All time plumbing showed up and told us that he will call us back to get a quote put together. 3 weeks later, I tried calling them back and left a message, I get no answer. Finally, I called Elite Plumbing and Frank schedule an appointment to get an estimate right away. He was very easy to talk to and gave me details on the problem that we were having with our plumbing. Since we have steel plumbing ( in a very tight crawl space) and our house is old, our plumbing were corroded/leaking/possible blockage which led to not having any hot water pressure at all, in addition, we have rusted/brown water coming from the faucets. Mr. Frank gave me a solid quote and amount of time the work has to be completed. Everything he said he will do was right on target AND SOME! Thank you Mr. Frank.

They have never contacted me. ?I attempted to contact them after purchase and got voicemail. ?Not one single call from them. ?Rip Off!!!!!!! ?Do not buy....ever ever. I buy lots of services from Angies list and have never had this type of experience.

The faucet to a bathroom in my home broke, which became an urgent issue since guests were scheduled to arrive on an upcoming weekend. I couldn't fix the problem because the cabinet space below that sink was too small for me to fit within... and I'm only 125 pounds. I don't know how he did it, but the serviceman from Elite Plumbing found a way to squeeze inside the claustrophobic nightmare. Moreover, he had to cut through metal pipes to insert the replacement... and did all this WITHOUT removing or damaging the surrounding cabinet. I'm still amazed at the feat. Once finished, he cleaned the metal shavings and disposed of the broken parts. Elite Plumbing sent someone who arrived on time and was an absolute professional. I've finally found a permanent problem solver for future plumbing concerns.

The first time, they were fine but after that, I had some issues. I still got charged and I was told if it will occur again that they would come back out free of charge and when I tried to contact them to come back out, I never got a response. The price was good and I believe that if my problem wasn't resolved by the time they came out to fix it, they will fix it but just the service after that first initial visit was not good.

It went great. He was very professional and fixed everything to my satisfaction. I would definitely use him again.

I called Frank Mills an hour and a half ago, and here I sit writing a review, job successfully completed. My husband was getting ready to turn off the hot water under our kitchen sink so he could replace the faucet, and the knob broke right off. Fortunately it broke before he turned the water off, so we still had running hot water, but there was a slow drip. Frank came, diagnosed, repaired, cleaned up and departed - problem solved just that quickly. While he was here, he patiently answered questions (faucet brand recommendations, how to maintain an older disposal, etc.) and was quite personable. I'll definitely call him again the next time a plumbing problem arises....and with an aging house, I'm sure that's just a matter of time.

I had originally bought this special because I had washing machine draining issues. He did not have the equipment to clear that line out (took a longer snake) so I had to call another plumber for that. He was friendly and punctual.

Frank was very professional and responded to text messages even. I was in a hurry as construction was being done where the old tank was. So, he had it out the next day for me!

I bought a coupon for Elite Plumbing on Angie's List, for 2 hours of plumbing work and a service call for $175. I called Elite Plumbing after dealing with another company and not having the problem resolved. The Problem: Water coming up in the shower in downstairs bathroom, and water spewing into the crawlspace. Frank was on time, knowledgable, and personable. He came out and had me run water until he could see where the water in the crawl was coming from-through the wax seal for the toilet. Unfortunately Frank doesn't do line snaking. However, he did a better job of identifying specifically what the issue was, and said he would provide a competitive estimate if I needed the sewer line replaced. We had some time remaining, so he installed a new faucet that I had been 'meaning to install' on my kitchen sink. :) I would definitely hire Elite Plumbing again.

On the first visit, Frank (the owner) came by to assess whether or not the toilets could be repaired (constantly running) or needed to be replaced. Verdict was replacement. He advised going to Home Depot and picking out whatever I wanted - he even offered to come along to assist. Before leaving, he fixed the leaking faucet, no charge. After a couple weeks (delay was due to my schedule and getting the toilets), Frank came back out and in a matter of an hour knocked out the replacement effort. Highly recommend Frank and Elite Plumbing (in fact, already have - to both a coworker and my parents).

Went very well. The provider was so quick and efficient, I wished I had more things for him to do as he was finished well before the allotted time. The quality of his work was excellent.

They were awesome. I bought a coupon on Angie's list - 2 hours of work for $135. The first time he came out, the toilet I bought at Home Depot had broken! Apparently this happens all the time so be sure to check. He was very nice about it and came out again to take out the old toilet and install the new one. He also disposed of the old one. Would call them again!

Communication is extremely difficult. For every two inquireies I might recieve a reply. While mykitchen sink was running better, the bathroom sink then began to back up. I reported this to Frank, but he did not reply.

I made online contact with Frank, and he called me. He said he had alot of work currently, and would get out there as soon as possible. Over the span of a few weeks, he came out, and then replaced the shower. I think it looks like it should, and that it will hold up.He did a good job, was professional, and fixed the problem. i will definitely call him again if I need a good plumber.

After getting the correct materials, the installation was done very well. I am pleased

It was totally amazing. They were on time and prompt. They have quality service, cleaned up their stuff and they were awesome. I would recommend them. He's very personable and did quality work. I asked him to do additional stuff. He had cancelled the original appointment and he was very apologetic but we re-schedule. He was absolute on time on the second one.

Frank is outstanding. This is the second time he has helped me in a holiday emergency situation. He is prompt, honest, and does a great job. He has earned my loyalty for life!

The trip to buy supplies added to the price, but that is to be expected. The faucet work, but the knobs aren't lined up like they should be. Purely cosmetic, but I felt was worth mentioning.

We'd been having problems with two of our toilets as well as sustaining hot water through the morning shower/bath routine for the whole family. Frank checked our system and gave some professional advice on the settings of our system which have proven to work wonders for the hot water issues. He offered options to replace and/or fix the toilets at issue per our request and replaced some parts in one of them from a refurbishment job he had done previously. Each time we've hired Frank I've been impressed with his professionalism, punctuality and ability to break it down into laymans terms. The responsiveness was rated a B only because it took a couple days to hear back from him after I purchased the service through Angie's list, once I did hear from him he had lots of availability and was able to work with our schedules to come out and perform the service. Would definitely recommend and hire again if services are needed.
